Update 24/9/21 Today I went back to check my case status and ask for why there was no reply to my email sent in July and August. The staff, Jason said he had no idea and asked me to send the email again. I asked to speak to the Manager, he said, the manager was at lunch. I asked if I can leave the message for the manager to call me back, he said no guarantee. And the manager never called. Shortly after arriving home, I got an email, saying I need to talk to a lawyer even though I was referred by the lawyer for the clarification from the Judge. Jason again refused to forward my email the the judge. I find that the court staff are really inefficient and constantly making mistakes. What's worse, they are very ignorant about their mistakes. ....................................................................................................................... There was one time I was standing in front of a lady staff's window. She told me to move away. I was listening to how my documents were going to be handled but still forced to go the other directions. The reason I was given was I was interpreting her serving other customers while there were no other customers at the scene. Another time I lodged an application and I wrote down the correct phone number however, when that number was transferred to another file by court staff, the wrong phone number was entered into. The consequence was that I had to wait for the whole day for the hearing and only found out the next day that you got my wrong number. I had to cancel all my appointments for that day just because the mistake of my number being entered incorrectly. I was lodging an Affidavit over the courter. I asked the lady who was in training at the time, " Can you check my form to see if any thing was missing, or everything was filled out correctly?" She instantly replied, "you will have to see a lawyer for that. I can't check the form for you." I then pointed out that I need to sign the declaration in front of a JP. At least you could tell me that." She said," I have told you that." Then the whole office of staff said together, "yes, we heard that!!!!!!!!!!" I said," You were going to take the form away from me and lodge it. You did not even looking at my form. If I did not tell you I need to fill the form in front of the JP, you would not realise this and would ask me to come back" This time, I am requested by "this deputy registrar" after my application for a remission fee was approved to provide additional documentation. I feel I am not being treated fairly and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding all the "treatments" I have received from court staff. When I wrote my concern to the court staff, the court staff without any explanation, state," The court will post all documents back to XXXXXX Street, XXXXX SA 50xx" Details: My question is why Court staff keeps "bullying" me like this. Why didn't they be upfront and tell me exactly what is required and stick to the "rules" and "policies"? Why did they keep making "mistakes" or keep making requests out of the blue? (last request regarding banks statement and centerlink payment were requested after fee remission form was lodged and approved 3 months ago)

All the staff in the call center should sacked from their job . They like to controll people's LIFES an if you ask something they do nothing an hang up if you won't go into all details OFF YOUR request. They are only call centre staff that don't care what you want as long as you tell them you hole LIFE story you get hung up on Rude cows

There is a Judge called Ms Jackson. Never never try thus judge as she takes sides on locals and give unfair judgement to different backgrounds people. She ignores evidence and take only biased opions. Once she has decided who she’s gonna help, you will never be allowed to talk and you are just on the losing paths. Try any judge but her!

How can the judge make a proper decision when the system is so corrupt. I was assaulted... police made my video evidence, statement, and other things go missing. The prosecution lied and made up vicious stories to have me convicted. What a disgraceful system. no wonder the jail is full of innocent people.

Reading listing's and remarks one used to be easy and well laid out, recently the case lists have changed get layouts, it doesn't work, ya have to download pdfs and it has been complicated and made difficult to use. I don't understand what was wrong with the old system.

  • Travis McDougall

Whats has been done to the online case list format? A working system has been completely complicated and turned into something extremely un-user friendly and almost impossible to understand. Return to the old set up which was working fine.

  • Brian Edwards

Magistrate screamed at my lawyer, making her jump and then gave stereotyped quack psychiatric advice she was NOT qualified to give. All the time behaving in the most uncivil way and with dysregulated emotions. Five out of five kangaroos.

Worst night club in Adelaide because it doesn't open at night & they dont sell alcohol there. The Dj there sucks because he doesn't play music he just hands out fines & jail sentences. Dont party there, trust me.

Would not recommend. I entered that building smiling and full of optimism. I left that same building a broken man. I felt like a prisoner. And then they sent me to prison. Avoid this place at all costs!

Where magicians (magistrates) and attorneys a-turn the Rule Of Law into a dog's breakfast and make their wallets embarrassingly fat at the expense true innocence. NO VICTIM = NO CRIME.
