Visiting from Texas my family and I were looking forward to taking my grandmother to an authentic Italian restaurant. The restaurant was short staffed, which i was fine with as i was a server for many years and understand that happens. They were out of several items we ordered one of which they didn't tell us until right before our meal was brought to the table. The food was good and the service could have been better. My issue came when their machine would not accept my card. The lady at the register tried twice to see if it would work and when it wouldnt an older man (assuming he is the owner) started being extremely rude. He accused me of not having money which i had to insist that i did. I told him he should not be so rude to his customers when the dining experience was subpar. He kept telling me i had no money and he wasnt the bank and that he wanted his money. I was nice at first telling him the card should work as i have sufficient funds to cover our bill and then some. He continued to be rude and degrading to a paying customer. Unnecessary!!! Do not waste your time or money going to this establishment. You will have a better experience at Maggianos Little Italy where they are at least decent and respectful to their guests. ***Notice how mature his response is below. The issue is not my card as again i have more than enough money in my bank. Despite your machine not accepting my card it was entirely unnecessary for you to be so disrespectful. Had you not been such a rude disrespectful man i would have calmly addressed the issue with my family. I should have read more of the reviews as this is not the first complaint you have had for being a miserable old man. You should not be in business if you are not in the business of quality customer service. Educate yourself on respect.

This is another go-to local place we like for pizza and pasta. I only give it 4 stars out of 5 because it doesn't satisfy our need to have wings with pizza so we skip it sometimes when picking where to order from. I love their crust, it's just thin enough and their toppings are good quality too. And, when I'm feeling like a total glutton I will order their Alfredo :) Their menu is a bit strange in that they also have things like Schnitzel to choose from - this is not a bad thing as it tastes delicious!

The best Italian Restaurant in Los Angeles! I had the Lasagna, the Lucia Chicken, Tiramissu and an expresso. All amazing. For sure a must go. Lucia & Adrian are so sweet. Beautiful experience, and great home made food. Sorry... desert and coffee were gone without pics.

I had a luncheon meeting here and I was very pleased a Great place food was the best around quiet and service was outstanding. We will return I had heard a lot about Adrian's so I had to check it out glad I did.

There's no problem at all lots of parking in back and safe. I wish more places had this much to offer.

The food is good BUT raising your prices 25% yes 25 percent during the covid19 crisis is not something I would expect from you guys. I know it’s hard during this pandemic but a lot of us (your neighbors) are having it just as hard. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt that you would do this! I’m sorry but I will get my Italian food somewhere else from now on.

I went with a friend and entered from the back. I was surprised to see white table cloths, and very friendly people who.seemed to really love their work. The food was very good I had eggplant parmesan and it was very tasty. The place was not crowded, and it was quiet which was nice. Bottom line... I will be back. I want to try other items from the menu.

Very small portions for a expensive price. And the spaghetti was very average which should be a tragedy when you are an Italian restaurant. The family had to stop and grab food on way home after spending 60 dollars. Extremely nice staff and family but i would rather crappier service if the food was better. It felt like I had been robbed.

excellent sauce! we ordered Chicken Parm Sandwich, Manicotti and side of meat balls. everything melted in our mouth good. Chicken Parm on Point, Manicotti filling was fluffy and the pasta had a great texture.. We took it to go during Covid, it was packaged and ready when we arrived. we really enjoyed our meal. Thank you we wil be back

Recently my mother and I ate lunch at Adrian's and we were surprised to learn most of their menu is pre-made frozen from a different company that they heat up in a microwave. Now I order a pizza to pick up that was 18.95 and when I got there it was 23.95 because she added 12% inflation fee without telling me. It feels sneaky.

This is how you wish pizza would come every time you ordered!!! Got mushroom and onion as well as baklava for dessert. Will absolutely order from this place again! Customer service was a friendly woman when i placed the order too. 10/10 delicious

It was fantastically amazing!!!! What a giant love filled tasty meal. You feel like you are home here. Mom just made the best Italian meal and now it's time for bed. I would give 100 stars if I could, well deserved. Oh BEST EXPRESSO EVER!!!

This was my first visit and the service was great the pizza was excellent fresh ingredients i am already looking forward to my next meal. We have just had our Second meal and the Canneloni was the best i have had in years i should have ordered the dinner portion . Thank you so very much

Lasagna was dry hamburger between lasagna noodles with a little cheese and sauce on top. The rest of our dishes were similarly bland. The topper was the 10% “inflation” charge they added to the bill. Not sure that’s even legal. The service was good, but will not be coming back.

I as to buy a drink and use the bathroom they told Me go somewhere and get a drink and to use the bathroom I am a normal person That was by far the worst terrible customer service from a restaurant I’ve ever had or been treated they treated me as I look like a homeless person

Great little gem in the Valley. The owners are warm and friendly. Great service. We had eggplant ,chicken parmesan and veal. All were homemade and delicious. Parking is limited. In the rear of the building. Prices are very fair and worth every penny. Will certainly go again.

The place is a gem, really great food, made from scratch pizzas, we odered a higly customised pizza, all was fresh.. they cook plenty of great dishes. Wines available, good italian coffee. Lucia and Adrian are very nice. Highly recomended. Parking in the back.

The couple who owns the restaurant are fabulous! And the food is excellent!!! This was my first time eating here and I will definitely return. I ordered the linguini and clams....

Called to order a pizza for pickup on a Saturday night and it was ready in 25 minutes! Fabulous pizza with a perfectly thin crust and just the right amount of toppings, cheese & sauce. So happy to support a family owned business with kind staff.

This place is fabulous. Every single dish has been perfect. My favorite pizza is the Adrians Special. It is paired perfect with antipasto salad. Would highly recommend to anyone in the LA area. I love this place so much.

I have yet to come across something i don’t like. Everything is delicious and the owners are the sweetest people you will meet.

My lovely wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Adrians recently. Everything about the experience was great, as it has been for the last 20 or so years we have either dined or sent out for pizza there.

Literally can't get over the taste of these dishes. Best Italian place I've ever been to. I love them, straight obsession. The owners are beautiful people as well. Well worth every dollar !!!!

It was expensive, yes the food LOOKED good but no one wore gloves. The workers touched the dirty ovens and then my food and it was in an open kitchen where anyone could see. Never going again.
