I booked this salon 2 days before my vacations for hydrafacial, nails, pedicure, hair cut and other basic services. I dont the name of the lady who booked me in and gave me deals over the call which I confirmed thrice. On the first day I got my hydrafacial and nails done which were satisfactory. on second day I went for the remaining services, when I entered the owner was sitting on the chair and was getting massage from her employee continuously for long time. When they started my hair and I told the girl to do blowdry waves she said this will be extra charge of 35 CAD. I told her that I booked the services over the call the price is already decided for me. In the meantime the owner came to me ans started arguing in such a rude manner that I couldn’t stay there for a minute and left my hair in between and was not able to complete all my services. As the employees were nice I paid the tip which I hope that the rude owner will give them and left. Please dont go there, the owner is not well mannered and talks very arrogantly

Today, I had an eyebrow appointment at a salon and was attended to by a lady named Inder. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Throughout the appointment, Inder continuously complained about my thick eyebrows, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Her body language and facial expressions gave the impression that she didn't want to provide me with the service. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering that this was my fourth visit to the salon and I had never encountered any issues before. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I have decided that I will not be returning to this salon in the future. It's disheartening to receive such strange and unprofessional customer service, especially when I had previously enjoyed my visits.

Owner is ridiculous. She even don’t know how to treat customers. Get the settings-pray curls for $70.00 even I did not know how much it will cost . I booked an appointment for $25 for hairstyle. and end up paying $70 .00. They decided by their selves without letting me know what kind of curls they will put on my hairs and if those were expensive they should at-least let me know the price of the curls that I could decide I will get those or not. Very disappointed. Will never visit this saloon again . This is all about owner’s negligence.

I have never experienced such a good facial experience. I booked appointments base on reviews and turned out just amazing. Shivani did my facial and it was amazing. I can actually see results as fir facial massage is important part which she did so good. I also got nails done and Jass did my nails. She is amazing. Both girls were professional and did such an amazing job. Cant wait for my next appointment. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this salon everyone .

I wish i could give 0 rating. Tbh if you wanna be a tester this place is for you. They just put trainees on you lol. I booked for head massage lol i am pretty sure you can get better then that at your home literally the guy was chewing gum loudly totally fresher dont even know anything about massage … a lady washed hair that was ok then she put that fresher again on it.. lol i js wanted to ran away in bw… totally time wasted and money wasted place ❌❌❌

Seems a bit lack of clarity in price of Women works. Hair Touch up was done for $95, that's ohk. The lady said $65 for touch up + $45 for blow dry (- 10% as discount). How can a touch up done without a wash & dry if we do not opt to? Instead it should mention a single cost for touch up. For Men's color I had to wash my beard in color in their washroom without gloves given, that was little uneasy, though the hair guy was good.

Walked in September 23rd for a basic men's haircut. Website posted price is 27+ when I get the bill it shows $42 and tips I choose 15% which comes up $48 . In the same day I emailed as it's contradicts whatever posted on website within 3 days waiting time no response as I submitted a query on their webpage. Absolutely not recommended with that pay with a basic trimmed without shampoo. Lesson learned

Great service, experienced and knowledgeable staff and amazing work. Nindi is very experienced and knowledgeable about root touch ups and highlights. She went over and beyond to make me satisfied according to my liking. I am very happy about it. This salon provides other services too, such as facials, manicure and pedicure etc. All the services are excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I went in to get a hair wash and a blow dry. I wasn’t hoping to spend $84. The lady didn’t offer an itemized receipt, I still don’t understand why I paid that much. I just moved from BC and my hair dresser over there never even charges that much. For the service I got I don’t recommend this because it was truly a rip off. Never going here again. Utterly disappointing.

I don’t recommend this salon at all. I went to get my only hair straightened after washing my hair at home. It only took them 15 minutes to straight my hair. Once i was about to pay, they charged me $58 for only straightening my hair. I’m shocked at their prices. This is beyond overpriced. Very poor customer service.
