Advanced Auto Accident Repair (AAAR) is nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, my experience with Gary and his team has been perfect. The care and consideration shown throughout every stage of the process was noted and most welcomed. As a person who knows very little about cars, everything was explained to me in detail which was reassuring. Pricing was both fair and reasonable and the work completed on my damaged back bumper was flawless. My vehicle is back to looking pristine. This is undoubtedly a professional and courteous team with excellent after care. wow!! These guys know exactly what they're doing, they set a very high standard for work. I've used them twice (shamefully I scraped my door in the same location.. twice) but each time I've gone to them and they've made it look like it never happened.. at all! The management, Garry and john are both brilliant and welcoming. Their team are so skilled and I'm so impressed I will always continue using them as I trust them to go above and beyond. Can't speak highly enough of John, Gary + the team. We've had two cars repaired here now and have been very pleased and impressed with both. One was my "pride and joy", a Volvo V70R in Sonic blue. Not only did the team repair it perfectly, respraying some areas twice to ensure a perfect finish but they also corrected some poor workmanship that they discovered from previous work on the car. The colour match is incredible. They've also just repaired our Seat Leon through an insurance company and have been incredibly helpful with the complicated application process that the insurance company have in place. Collected it yesterday and it looks as good as new. A big thank you to all at AAAR and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolute 10/10 service from start to finish from Garry and all those at AAAR. Garry was an absolute life saver and after receiving a quote from him, I booked in the same day. I was being quoted by other repairers nearly 2x or 5x as much in some cases Communication was great and I was eager to get the work done asap so as soon as there was an earlier slot Garry called me first thing in the morning. I had images sent across of the repair process and Garry went the extra mile making sure I had no issues getting to or from the location. I was recommended to AAAR by the company that service my car who are also on Paper Mill End. My neighbour's contractor had dropped a ladder on my car. Fortunately accepting responsibility and cost. I took my car along and what lovely guys. (Gary and John) Instantly made me feel at ease, This was an environment I'm not familiar or comfortable with. Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was booked in. The repair took 2 days which was less than expected. During the repair I had a free courtesy car. My car is absolutely immaculate, I'm delighted. I could not recommend them highly enough. Fantastic job. Thank you. I had to give Gary a hug I was so delighted.

Not being known for being the best driver , I have had a few scrapes and accidents in my many cars and have had to visit many many car repair shops . But none , none have been as great as AAA repairs !! Again last October after yet another scrape I rang to see if my car could be repaired , Talked to john , he was superb , and very meticulous and most importantly honest and delivered exactly what he said he would both in terms of of the repair and timings My truck was like bran new . I went to AAAR after an unfortunate incident with a concrete corner in a parking garage, I spoke with H who gave me an honest quote, gave excellent customer service and was a pleasure to speak with. He estimated my car would be ready in 2 weeks and called to say it was ready in 1! I was also provided with a courtesy car free of charge to use whilst being fixed (this is provided for both private and insurance jobs). I am really pleased with the job, as promised you can't even tell anything has happened, can't recommend them enough.

I had an accident of my Jaguar XF which damaged the driver side bodywork. The insurance company deemed it as a total loss. So I contact AAAR who have done an amazing job. The result was like brand-new and was unimaginable to me. John was kind enough to pick my vehicle from my home as well. It might be a bit expensive than some other good garages but they also offer additional services, so it’s worth it.

Working in the motor trade I have taken several of our customers cars and our vehicles to John and Gary for repair. Their work is excellent and I am confident that when I return the car to our customer they will be very pleased with the work done by this very professional body shop. I trust their work and are my preferred repairer. I would not hesitate in recommending John and Gary.

Amazing job by the guys, first time going here for what was a fairly decent dent in my rear wing. They had the car for 7 working days and talked me through every stage the car was in whenever I asked. Would highly recommend and even going back soon to get some other bits cleaned up on the body as these guys know their stuff.
