Very well designed airport with good shopping and great food. Arrivals: Passport control was quick. Baggage took a little while. The belt kept starting and stopping. There's a duty-free shop at arrivals. When you come out you'll find the trains, taxis and buses right outside. If you are ordering an Uber, then there's a signpost telling you where to meet your Uber. This is by the parking lot and a big sign saying Uber. You can smoke outside the airport buildings. Departures: They are on the first floor. If you are early and a smoker, then Starbucks has set a few tables and chairs outside. The kiosk is inside, though si you may get a drink or food and take it outside. You can also smoke there. Ryanair check-in desks open just over 2 hours before the flight, so except queues. Once you have gone through security, you will find eateries and duty-free shops. BUT bear in mind that you still have to go through passport control before you get to the gates. And there's more food, shops, and toilets before/by the gates (after passport control).

Dear Málaga airport, 1. Please add “Arrivals” and “Departures” road signs for easy car navigation as is done at any airport in the world. Every time I have to guess where I should go to meet or send guests. Today I had to go around because I missed. 2. Why the cars that are not taxis are not allowed to enter the quick unloading zone for guests? It is very strange practice. I do not need to go into the parking house, I just want quickly unload the guests. You even hired a person in booth who is waving his hand that it is forbidden to go to the right. In case you still want to continue make it difficult, again, add a large road sign - Taxi Only. Thank you.

It’s a good airport with great connections, a lot of shops and eating possibilities. Many of the low fares airlines operate from here, so with this comes some bursts of crowds which generates lines here and there. We found very helpful and nice employees here, however I expected a bit better English competency.

It was so refreshing to be there over the Xmas. Less stress with great weather. 8km of sandy beach. The Xmas lights in Málaga were an added bonus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from on Christmas day and over the holiday period. The people are very friendly with a good sense of humour.

12/7/23. Very organized Airport, very spacious. They have the best duty free shop. They have Estee lauders perfume. I've never seen EL in a duty free! You have to wait for gates to be posted, so you don't know where to go! ABC or D? So you wander around spending money!! Enjoy!

Beautiful city - lots to see and do. Numerous outdoor cafes and restaurants in a beautiful setting. Very magical at Xmas - lights were beautiful; best I e seen. Easy to travel to from nearby resorts either by bus or train.

Good experience. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Maybe I was lucky because I did not have to wait in line for a long time for the security check.
