I was referred to this practice by my own dentist for a difficult extraction. It's important to state that it was an NHS referral on NHS terms throughout. Within hours of the referral, Aesthetic Smiles rang me offering an appointment the following day - which I couldn't make - so an alternative date the following week was agreed. Quick, courteous and efficient with a prompt e mail and text confirmation; including the advice that roadworks nearby were, at that time, causing significant disruption. Advice which was oh so true, and most certainly appreciated on arrival. I was apprehensive - I last had an extraction over 40 years ago. The welcome on arrival was courteous and efficient and I was in the chair within 5 minutes of arrival. No time to run now!! Mr Tallipatt (I hope I have spelled that correctly) was supportive, considerate and caring in explaining what needed to be done. His actions were considered and gave confidence. (As indeed was his technician - whose name I didn't get, sorry.) I confess that when he stood back and said it was all over, I was shocked. "Minimally uncomfortable" is all I can say for the extraction of a large, 70 year old, broken tooth - and in an awkward place. 24 hours later I received a telephone call to check that I was ok, and that the healing process was in order - as indeed it is now, 48 hours after the event. Well worth a 30 mile round trip. Could I have had better attention privately? I really don't know; but I doubt it. I have NO complaints at all - only compliments. Five star from me - and if ever The Dental Spa appears on Trust Pilot, I'd be the first to give a 5 star review there too. Thank you David

My excellent review is not addressed only to Aesthetic Smile Dental, but is especially addressed to the Dentist Doctor "Mujtaba Tahir" I recommend to all patients and to all those who read this review! Ask for him. He was a really courteous, professional, kind person. An HONEST and SINCERE person! He informs you about real and THRUE problems you suffers from, and suggests valid and real dental treatments that you really need, without taking your extra money that unfortunately many dentists do., Inventing treatments to do, inventing useless problems unrelated to your real problem, not necessary treatments just to speculate money! I advise you to be examined from him, ask for doctor Tahir, who will be able to satisfy you and respond to your needs without too many words. A kind, helpful and above all professional person. The work done on my tooth is done to perfection at a really good price and also affordable when compared to other dentists in the UK. A serious person who will make you happy! He will be my trusted dentist, I will go to Aesthetic Smile as long as he is there.. Try and you will see, but above all you will not regret it! (I'm sure of what I say, because before going to Aesthetic Smile I had been to another dental clinic to double check between dentists, to see if they both say the same things... and Doctor Mujtaba passed the test!!! ) A piece of advice, you should do it too before going for a dental treatment!

As a very nervous and anxious person especially with going to the dentist, I rate this place highly! My initial visit was booked in with Dr Tahir, who just checked my teeth and advised me with several options that would suit my situation. He was very light handed and very careful when using the air pressure as my teeth are very sensitive. Some Dr are like a bull in a China shop but with Dr Tahir, it was the complete opposite. He even suggested mouth guards online and which to buy. After a week later, I had to get my tooth extracted and this was done yesterday. Lots of tears and anxious feelings that really put me under a lot of pressure due to my past experience with an awful Dr. The extraction was carried out by Dr Pratima who I must say did an excellent job. She was very patient and understanding with me and was very confident that even under sedation I wouldn't feel a thing. I put my trust in her hands and went for it. Didn't feel a thing and can't even remember what happened. I didn't actually think that this form of sedation would work as well as being completely sedated but it was the same as I didn't feel or remember anything. I would however like to make one suggestion to Dr pratima and that is to smile more as this will really ease the stress of patients like myself. The Drs here have literally restored my trust in dentists. Thank you!

I am very happy and impressed how Juttes and his team and hygenist looked after me. A total nervous wreck till I met these amazing people. Booking appointment was easier as helpful reception team tried their best to accommodate and arrange suitable appointment .Juttes was very patient with me and explained all treatment needed and had all treatment under sedation as I am really struggling. It was like having treatment in a dream after having a bottle of red!!! If you are nervous defnitely ask for sedation and it is amazing. Now mini looks after me to maintain my gum health. Mini is the most considerate and professional hygienist I have ever seen, extremely thorough and takes time to make sure every detail of the treatment is carried out to the best standards. Not only did I receive first class dental treatment, I was also given loads of helpful tips and advice as well as a demonstration on looking after my teeth. I recommend aesthetic smiles strongly!!

I'm potentially the worst dental patient, I get so nervous, and hate the sensation of the foreign items doing the dental work. But honestly I was so reassured and understood here. I was initially going to have sedation appointments for three extractions. But something changed within me recently and I thought it was all still possible, so I booked without. The first appointment I had two out, it's left two huge holes and I had stitches. But honestly I never thought I was brave enough, but the teeth came straight out the stitch work was great and I'm so happy with myself and the dentist. Came back for the third tooth and it popped out in less than a minute honestly took longer for the local to work. Which felt embarrassing. But sincerely thank you so much for your help, it means the world. And thank you for putting up with me and re installing a belief in my ability to have dental work.

After living most of my adult life extremely self conscious and unhappy with the appearance of my front teeth, I finally took the plunge and visited aesthetic smiles to see what my options were. Im extremely nervous about the dentist and the thought of having extractions and dentures would have filled me with dread before speaking with Lynsey. Everything was explained in a very kind and compassionate way, and I immediately felt like I could do the treatment. My dentist was amazing and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. If you're a big boy or girl bring your own chair or you could stand or sit down on the floor and be ready for the stares like you don't belong to be there. I went there with my brother in law as he's my carer. One of the dental assistant came to take me in and she was amazing She even asked my brother in law if he wants to come in he said yes. As we opened the door there was the dentist and another assistant. When she saw my brother in law she rudely asked my brother in law to leave. So I asked why she was asking him to leave she replied by saying he's going to be a distraction and won't be able to concentrate on me. So as my bro was leaving I looked at the two assistant were in shock I felt so bad for them. So I decided to decline the treatment. To those two assistants you guys were amazing Thanks so much for being polite and friendly

I can only say that visiting the team at aesthetic smiles has changed my life . As a child I had extensive dental work which left me with very high anxiety about dentists . Lynsey was so reassuring , caring and obviously passionate about making sure every step of my treatment was comfortable . From the first consultation right through my treatment so far , I’ve reached a place where I can honestly say I don’t mind going to the dentist at all ! I’m currently awaiting a root canal treatment , and thanks to the guys at aesthetic smiles - I genuinely am looking forward to getting it done . I was referred by my dentist for an X-ray here before I could have a wisdom tooth removed. The joys of the current NHS crisis meant a 2 year wait so I opted to go private through Aesthetic Smiles. I can honestly say it's some of the best service I've received anywhere! Always available for my stupid questions, the dentist who removed my teeth was amazing! Could clearly see I was nervous and made me feel at ease every step of the way giving me some guidance on what to expect. The team on the front desk are amazing as well. Visited Aesthetic smiles today with my partner, she was referred twice by her own dentist to 2 other dentists for a removal, neither of which could help, she was given an appointment at Aesthetic as she is very nervous and gets panicky during treatments, very welcoming reception but most of all Dr Pallipatt and his assistant were absolutely brilliant, explained everything in a calming fashion, gave her different options for anaesthetic/injections, 2 injections later and he had the tooth out in literally 20 seconds with no violent tugging! After not visiting the dentist in too long to admit, I was recommended Aesthetic Smiles. Dr Tahir and his team made me feel so at ease from the beginning. I went through 18 months of orthodontics with Invisalign treatment followed by composite bonding. This resulted in a smile I could be proud of and one that I can actually show off! Dr Tahir took his time with my treatment. I never felt rushed. Everything was done to the highest of standards. The staff here have been fantastic from day one! I am extremely happy with the final results. I couldn’t have wished for a better service and outcome!

I have very recently had a wisdom tooth removal completed at this practice. I was extremely nervous and worried about the procedure. Not knowing what to expect made me very anxious. I was very impressed and grateful with how everything went and how I was treated at the practice. All the staff were friendly, happy to hear my worries and answer my questions. I am still continuing to visit the practice for follow ups where I feel necessary and they have happily accommodated me straight away. I cannot recommend Aesthetic Smiles highly enough. I had implants and have to admit that this procedure was not without problems (which were not the fault of Aesthetic Smiles). Throughout the whole process Juttes and Lyndsey were brilliant, keeping me informed of what was happening at all times and answering any questions I had with efficiency and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble, they even contacted me out of hours to keep me up to date on what was happening. I had my appointment on the 3rd March to have a tooth taken out, my dentist said they couldn't take it out because they at to cut the gum and I was worried I was going to be in pain after the appointment, I had a huge football match coming up on Sunday LIVERPOOL versus United and the dentist was amazing 10/10 no pain, I think I took around 4 pain killers since Friday evening and I thought I would be taking a lot more than 4. Amazing job and bonus the dentist didn't have to cut the gum. The place was clean tidy and amazing staff and an amazing dentist.

Really good experience here. Never easy having minor dental surgery, but the staff go the extra mile to relax you and explain what they are doing and what is happening. They remained completely professional in a slightly tricky extraction, that took much longer than any of us expected, I think! Pratima took time to make sure I was comfortable, and offered helpful re-assurance during the procedure. And, best of all, I have had very little pain or adverse after effects in the 24 hours after the removal - which is a very pleasant surprise.

I cannot recommend Aesthetic smiles more. Having recently had a terrible experience at a different dentists I was very very apprehensive about having my teeth extracted today. I needent have worried - Dr Juttes & his team are absolutely incredible. I didn’t feel a thing, the teeth were out in moments and their husbandry & bedside manner were impeccable. I didn’t catch the name of my nurse but she was a godsend in making me feel relaxed & putting my mind at ease. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning for any future work.

The front desk staff where welcoming, the dentist's where fantastic, and between them they made the entire process as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. I'd also like to give some well-deserved recognition to the assistant, who through brief conversation made me aware that it was her first week as a dental nurse, but nevertheless did exceptional job supporting the dentist and when briefing me on the pre-treatment notices and after-care guidelines. I absolutely hope to see them both again for my next treatment.

Not being fond of dentists I wasn't looking forward to having 2 teeth removed. I was very nervous but the friendly reception staff put me at ease. Before the treatment began Dari, the dental nurse, spoke with me and further calmed my nerves. Once the anesthetic had taken affect Juttes managed to remove both teeth quickly and with minimal discomfort even with one of them being a wisdom tooth. I highly recommend anyone that is having reservations about having treatment book in asap with Aesthetic Smiles.

I am an extremely nervous patient as a previous experience ended with a dentist trying to extract a tooth while infected and I’ve never felt such pain. The Lady who took me into the dental room was so lovely she was talkative, engaging, answered any questions i had and was overall great. Thank you for being so patient and understanding with me, I found the whole procedure bearable, I'm not the easiest of patients, becuse of my needle phobia, and health conditions, especially my clicking jaw, which makes it painful for me to open my mouth wide or for too long. I was referred by my NHS dentist for the extraction of two teeth, one broken, one a wisdom tooth. The oral surgery was carried out efficiently and took no time at all, with no pain or distress. The staff are experienced, competent and very welcoming and reassuring. I would not choose to go to the dentist but if I had to, for this kind of work, despite the fancy name, I would choose 'Aesthetic Smile' and would highly recommend this practice; five stars.

I had need for some dental surgery and was referred to this practice. The pre appointment communications were very good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The dental surgeon Pratima Pallipatt, was very professional, reassuring and explained fully what the procedure was. Such a lovely dentist with caring staff. A lot of reviews I read suggested NHS patients weren't treated as well as their own patients but I didn't experience this personally. The doctor I had was really kind and put me at ease. I went there to get both of my wisdom teeth removed and both of the procedures went smoothly. I would highly recommend this practise!

Had a great experience today with Dr Tahir, I was very anxious about the condition of my teeth and gums. I was immediately put at ease and taken step by step through my dental health. Now we have a plan in place and I feel a lot better as it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.

Absolutely appalling service. DO NOT RECOMMEND - they only have part time dentists who apparently are only in once or twice a week and completely no access to dental files. You're better off going elsewhere for private dental care.

Had to have a tooth extracted here as my registered dentist was unable to do it. I was very nervous but the extraction was fairly quick and pain free. Had a call the following day to see how I was which was nice.
