Quick Summary: Don't trust them to pick you up, especially on time. Have a place to go? CALL A DIFFERENT CAB COMPANY. Longer Story: 5:15 - Scheduled for pick up 5:25 - Call the company to see where the cab is. Had to call several times before someone answered. I was told the cab would arrive in 3 minutes, and they apologized for the inconvenience 5:40 - Still no cab. Tried calling the company again several times. No one answered. 5:45 - A cab driver called me saying he was just dispatched and would be there in 15 minutes. If he picked us up at 6:00 (45 minutes after the scheduled time) we would have missed the wedding ceremony. We had to order an Uber to get to the wedding. NEVER got a call back from the company.

SUPPPEEERRRRRRR UNPROFFESIONALLLLL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I normally don’t do reviews because I honestly don’t care enough but I called this cab company to take me to work because they were cheap and I wanted almost an hour for somebody to arrive and when they did arrive it was a two door bmw which was odd but ya know I needed to get to work so I got in. When I got in there the car smelled nice but the back seat was beyond junky and had dirty and nasty towels and socks (which again I ignored because I was already late for work and this was my last option) when the man began to drive he constantly went above the speed limit and almost wrecked the cars in front of us. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER CAB SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️

Drivers absolutely wonderful. Dispatch absolutely horrible had a hard time with the man at dispatch trying to get a taxi and then trying to figure out how long it would take at first he said 20-25 minutes then I called back after thirty minutes and he said it’ll be 5,10,15 minutes Nearly an hour later and I finally got into the cab and after everything said and done.. I’d be taking lyfts from now on. Update: the ride ended up being 10 dollars more than I was told and management went out of their way to text me

Definitely recommend when in town or even close to town. I was recently in Charlotte for 5 days and had to get around to some important meetings/appointments and I put my trust in Affordable Cab and they came through every time. Also got me around town in the evenings and gave this newbie a short tour of the downtown area. Really appreciate the friendly service it was like riding with family. If you are ever in Charlotte or surrounding areas give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Dispatch and communication was horrible. Tried to secure a ride to CLT a day prior to my son's departure. My initial contact with this company was at 12:06pm, it is now 4pm and I have yet to even receive a confirmation invoice for the requested service. I was told that it takes about 30 to 40 minutes to process. In dog years maybe. When I tried calling back and texting, they stopped responding all together. Do yourself a favor, avoid them at all costs. Should be 0 stars.

I called numerous taxi companies. I was mostly treated rudely and was hung up on several times. No one had any drivers available. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get a ride home. Affordable Cab was a lifesaver as I thought I was going to be stranded. I couldn't use Uber or Lyft because all I had was cash. The driver was polite and I would not hesitate to call them again.

After my rental car broke down on the side of the highway with 30min left to make my flight I called affordable cab. They were there in 15min (to pick me up on the side of the highway) and got me to the airport in time to catch my flight. They were above and beyond superb. Thank you for your great service.

Poor service they never answered my calls even when I call they’re disrespectful just called one not to long ago just to get home from work... this person answered saying yo quit calling my phone... I recommend not to use there service this is ridiculous I just wanted a ride home that’s all smh

Love, love, love! Nothing but great service every time I use this company. Quick service and fare rates. What more could you ask for? Awesome customer service and have never had a problem with anything!

This cab service is awful! Not on time at all and the dispatcher used foul language the cab was dirty and smelly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
