I along with my family recently completed the South Africa Trip We were total 05 adults and our 10 days Trip was organized by the company Africa Incoming, covering Johannesburg, Kruger National Park, Knysna, George and Capetown. The tour was expertly crafted for us to enjoy each location thoroughly. For this Team Africa Incoming in general and Mr. Sanchit and Sunny in particular deserve high degree of appreciation. The quality and location of hotels and vehicles was excellent. Over and above the drivers cum guide were highly knowledgeable and polite. They were always eager to explain the facts. We visited the wonderful places like Kruger National Park, Oudtshoorn, Congo Caves, Safari Ostrich Farm, Congo Wildlife Ranch, Shark Cage Diving, Cape Town City Orientation Tour & Table Mountain Tour, Cape Point Tour, Seal Island, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach and enjoyed a lot. My family including 2 children had traveled to Victoria Falls and South Africa for the past 2 weeks. Africa Incoming was extremely professional and supportive throughout the trip. Inspite of the mishap we faced at the Victoria falls airport/airlines, the Africa Incoming team was very patient, understanding and professional in rearranging our trip according to the changes we had to go through. They were very active in receiving calls, checking on us everytime, following up with guides, punctual transfers etc. The team had indeed given us a memorable trip and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great, safe and memorable trip to Africa. Travelled from the UK to visit SA, all organised by Africa Incoming. Went last 2 weeks in February & were unfortunate with the weather but this didn’t distract us (much) from all of the events and day trips we had booked in. Went from Johannesburg, to Sun City, to Kruger, flew to George & spent time on the Garden Route & Cape Town. Did something different every day with many “life firsts” using our private drivers, who were also faultless. Never failed to get us to places, helped by getting us in without queuing, all organised really well. Very professional. No messing about. Can’t fault the service we got. Always at the end of a phone or WhatsApp when I had any questions. Really, really good all the way through!!

Africa Incoming helped us plan our itinerary, flights, accommodation and transport across 3 cities in South Africa and Zimbabwe at a very reasonable price. Sam was flexible in catering to our change requests for the itinerary. Bryan was contactable all the time and very responsive whenever we needed help while on the trip. While the itinerary could have been optimized to maximize the time there, the trip was generally quite smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Shuaib, our guide in Cape Town, who went the extra mile and accompanied us on a hike to Lions Head Mountain. We would recommend Africa Incoming to anyone looking for a customised tour in South Africa.

I spent several months trying to plan a 2 week safari through several countries for 6 people, including 2 seniors. I talked to many different companies before finding Africa Incoming, and none were nearly as helpful. Sunny was amazing. He helped me plan all the details and customized our trip so we got exactly what we wanted out of it. He was able to modify things to work within my budget without losing out on anything. All of our tour operators were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and Sunny was in touch daily to ensure we were having a great experience. Our hotels were top notch and in great locations. Me along with my friend went to Capetown and Garden Route on a self drive trip and we just got back last week. We booked out tour from Africa Incoming and they were very responsive throughout our tour. They always took our calls and advised us the best. The hotels, vehicle, meals, activities provided in the tour were all as promised and expected. I recommend Africa Incoming and will definitely use them again when I plan to visit Africa next time. My daughter and I had the most wonderful and well organised private trip to South Africa, including a visit to Victoria falls and Chobe national park. Our tour coordinator Sam was extremely helpful and responsive, he arranged everything perfectly, flights, transfers, accommodations and guides. All guides were professional and friendly. My trip in Joberg and Capetown was amazing,organisation and details we greatly set,Very professional services (from Tour guides,Hotels sellected,Inland transport,drivers)... Our Organiser Sunny-san was all times (24/7) available to ensure confort. My wife is also very happy of African incoming! However,we didnt enjoy the common alert on safety on walking around,at least not used(in Tanzania) from by such many warnings

We were in South Africa this summer July 5th to 13th. I started planning this with Africa incoming starting February. I was talking to Sam. He is the best! He keeps you informed, responds to your messages right away. Everything went well as promised. Not even a single complaint. I highly recommend Africa incoming.

This is the worst travel agency I’ve come across. I dealt with sunny he’s simply a lier. They’ve delivered deliverables which was agreed than eventually he agreed to refund which they didn’t delivered but till date it’s not done. Kindly don’t book your travel through them.

Very responsive tour organizer with bespoke tours. They work with you trying to accommodate your needs into the tours they propose. Moreover, they were available till late at night via Whatsapp for any queries giving a great sense of comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Everything was well organized, I am very happy with the trip. We got to see the big 5. And that leopard sighing was put of this world. My girlfriend loved the experience and this what matters at the end.

I have travelled with this co... But they dont know any knowledge about t places where t tourist should go... They dont have proper knowledge about t hotels which they r giving to t customer....advice...not to book with this tour operator
