I asked for a super-blonde look and ended up with a very dull result. I let the hairdresser responsible know I was unhappy at the time, they acted concerned, tried to convince me it looked great and still charged me upwards of $250 for the service. Went back in the next week as I was still unhappy. How hard is it to make blonde hair blonder, especially when paying for a full head of foils and extra treatments? Hairdresser was rude, put a toner through to try and brighten it and sent me out again with damp towel-dried hair. I wouldn't even leave my own house looking like that. Pretty disappointed, thought premium money would mean premium service but not at this place.

Very disappointed with my experience at Agapé today. Ira did an amazing job with my hair. I have no complaints in that regard. My rating is based on the way another employee was treated by management while I was in the salon. Not only were they rude and disrespectful, they chose to do this while I was there which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Jasmin is an amazing hairdresser and a beautiful person who did not deserve to be treated that way. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I will not be returning.

When I had my consultation with Gabbie at Agapé I wanted to just have a little bit of a change but not too much. When I went in on my appointment, that totally changed and I went extravagant with a big chop and colour that Gabbie suggested. I’m so absolutely thrilled with the outcome and it looks so so amazing thanks to Gabbie’s amazing talent! Had the best experience and will definitely be going back. Totally recommend this place!

Love this salon. You feel so relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. I love that they use ammonia free colour and low chemical products. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing coffee, and you walk out feeling great. I have recommended them to all my friends!

Lovely hair salon! As soon as I sat down I felt like I was in good hands. Hair stylist Sophie did a wonderful job, not only listening to what I was after, but offering good suggestions, and I left with a great haircut! I will certainly come back for my next cut.

Persia did an excellent job of styling my hair! Had it styled for a wedding, and asked for loose / wavy curls and it was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Went in at 4.15 to be told they were closed (advertised closing time of 5.30). Dont be so lazy Work up until your closing time!
