Buyer beware. Agent never informed me of a flight change and I was stranded for a couple days until he responded. He tried to save himself money by offering me a flight with a 22 hour layover. DO NOT trust this guy. Worst customer service. He is just looking for your money then he is the worst to get a hold of when you are stuck in a different country. Please look at the reviews and ratings. I work in retail and sales. And I know how satisfy a client who spends their hard earned money.

Sri / Airlink is an exceptional travel agent. Last 10 years my family tickets were purchased from Sri. He understands the importance of the customer well. My past experiences with rescheduling dates in an emergency was handled with excellent professionalism in 2019 and 2020 with a minimum cost or sometimes free. It's hassle free travel when you buy air tickets from Sri. Thanks for the thoughtful assistance in arranging the seating and excellent transfer.

Just called in for price lady answer the ph and took info from me and start talking in tamil i believe which i dont understand anything when i said i did not what you are saying she hist said $1800 and hang up on me without give me detail infirmation on flight i will naver deal with them very unprofessional and has no business ethics poor customer service i would like to give 0 stars

I have been purchasing my ticket from them for the last 20 years . Professional friendly and excellent service they provide . The owner Mr.Sri , sometimes goes out of his way to help passengers like me . I was stranded in india during this pandemic time , and he helped me to get out from there without charging any penny .

Sri is very accommodating and helpful in assisting us finding last minute seats to bring relatives that need to fly from Srilanka to Toronto. We appreciate his help and finally 5 family members although quarantined for 14 days will be a family of 6 now and will be whole again! Airlink Travel is the Best!!!

I did the Niagra Falls tour with this company and it was great. Haroon the bus drive was really funny and entertaining, pointing out interesting sight seeing places along the drive and had nice information about everywhere we went. I highly reconmend their tours!!! I would go again.
