OTHER TRAVELERS BE FOREWARNED. I tried to find them in the airport and it was very confusing. I am NOT a customer because I took an Uber instead. For other travelers, know that if you have 2 or more, an Uber is about $14 USD ($7 each for 2) and the bus is $8 USD per person. You not only save money, but save confusion. I wonder if this company will get all defensive and say WE HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF YOU. THIS MUST BE A FAKE REVIEW.... FYI. It’s not. I’m here and tried to ride the bus then saved money riding in comfort and go exactly where I needed. UPDATE: The owner responded that I don’t meet the requirements of the review and I was reported . Google requires that you reflect your genuine experience at the location and should not be posted just to manipulate a place’s ratings. I throughly attempted and exasperated SAVED money and this was my genuine experience and hope to help other travelers. They also stated that Uber is illegal and doesn’t have GPS, isn’t safe, and isn’t comfortable. Honestly I don’t even begin to know where to respond. To be concise— No-it’s not illegal, Yes- Uber uses GPS, and the ride drops you off in a safe comfortable car right where you want to go for less money. Nuf said. The price for two people one way is 50 soles (48 if you book round trip). The price for a taxi is 60 soles flat. The bus therefore saves you 12 soles each way ($4.80 Canadian), but it does take longer depending on where your hotel is on the route, especially given a taxi service would take you directly to your door and can navigate Lima traffic a bit better. The one reason we opted for the bus was for the free wifi to kill time in traffic. Unfortunately, it took about 30 minutes for tripadvisor to load so I could write this review, but then disconnected again before I could post it. In other words, the wifi does not work! Therefore, if 2 or more people, just take a taxi. Edit: Also, now the company is claiming they can’t verify me as a client (my wife paid for the tickets, although they did have my name as well since they take your passport) and think I could be a competitor. I have hundreds of reviews and am clearly from North America. They want to investigate? What is there to investigate? The service isn’t what they promise and they deflect bad reviews by saying they’re fake. Notice that on every negative review, they say they can’t validate the customer. Funny! Poor customer service!!

Me permito sugerirles que regresen a las rutas directas a Miraflores via Costa Verde. El servicio que brindaban era muy bueno, buses cómodos y rutas directas y rápidas, bastante turística por la playa, para llegar a miraflores desde el aeropuerto. Ahora tienen unos buses que no permiten tirar el asiento hacia atrás, incomodísimos, no han tenido en cuenta que muchos de los pasajeros que llegan de viaje están muy cansados. El sistema de aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Aparte, han cambiado la ruta y ahora van por San Isidro, sin ninguna razón aparente, pues no paran en hoteles, y este cambio ha originado que el bus llegue a miraflores de 20 a 25 minutos más tarde que antes del cambio y con rutas sin sentido, como por ejemplo parar en el hotel boulevard y de ahí parar a la siguiente cuadra en un casino y de ahí desviarse hasta Wong de la bajada Balta; porque no fueron en todo caso por el Parque Kennedy? Si la idea era cubrir San Isidro, pues no es la mejor, han malogrado la excelente reputación que tenían como un bus comodo y rápido hasta miraflores.

Buen servicio recomendable, la ruta es buena toman la Costa Verde para alguien que no conoce el mar es un disfrute, luego las calles de Miraflores sin igual en el mundo. Los cargadores para los teléfonos de mucha ayuda, el personal sabe el inglés y algunos dominan otro idioma. Es Ideal. Solo que en el tema del mantenimiento, limpieza debe de ser mas al detalle, la verificación de los conectores que funcionen correctamente, hay que dejarlos al mismo nivel que los aviones de primera clase y si se puede más, mejor. Tomé las fotos de la ruta y las colgué para que el turista que viene por primera vez sepa más o menos que va a ver en el camino.

Según recoges las maletas de las cintas te encuentras con un stand del autobús express. Si antes de comprar los billetes accedes al wifi del aeropuerto te sale un descuento de 3 soles para el billete. Te etiquetan las maletas y, una vez dentro del bus, te llaman para avisarte de cuál es tu parada. El chico del bus, Juan Piere, ha sido super amable, ya que nos habíamos equivocado a la hora de decir nuestra parada, y nos ha pedido y pagado un taxi oficial, para asegurarse de que llegábamos seguras al hotel (no teníamos cash). Se lo agradecemos enormemente.

It’s pretty useless because you get can get to the airport by taxi at similar price and guess what, they pick you up from your exact address instead of having to rush to one of the designated pick up area, at your convenience. The Wifi doesn’t work and driver drive like a maniac, some passengers almost throwing up because of that. Last but not least, they don’t drop you off at the departure, it’s quite a walking distance from the car park where the bus stop Note there is more taxi than people in Lima, at any hours!

Great service with a great selection of stops that always guarantees you’ll be close to where you need to go. I’ve visited Lima twice as a backpacker & stayed in different hostels each time. Both times Airport Express dropped me directly outside my hostel which is a real plus as parts of Lima can be dangerous later at night. Absolutely worth checking for any backpackers that are looking for cheap and safe transport to their hostel from Lima airport.

Uno de los mejores servicios de bus en Lima! Como local, considero que Airport Express es sin duda uno de los buses más seguros, rápidos y baratos con dirección al aeropuerto. Te recogen en el hotel donde te hospedas, son bien puntuales y sobre todo la seguridad que te garantiza no tiene comparación! A diferencia de otros buses, solo tiene paradas específicas y son bien puntuales. Siempre lo uso cada vez que viajo, definitivamente recomendado!!

Siempre fue un problema tener que buscar una movilidad de confianza a un precio económico para llegar al Aeropuerto, y esperar que sea puntual aún más. Con Airport Expresa Lima puedo decir que es de esos servicios que no sabes cómo no lo conocías antes. Toda la atención fue siempre muy profesional y en todo momento puedes sentirte seguro desde que partes hasta llegar al Aeropuerto. Muy recomendado.

Excelente servicio. No quería tomar los taxis del aeropuerto a mi casa. Asi que decidí usar el,servicio de buses.Sus buses son muy limpios, parten a tiempo del aeropuerto, te evitas esa fatiga de estar atento a los delincuentes y demás problemas. Vivo en Chorrillos y prefiero tomar el bus y de ahí tomo un taxi a mi casa que me va a salir más económico. De aqui en adelante solo usaré este servicio.

Very helpful with good quality service. The front desk receptionist lady in airport are nice and help us to check in our luggage and boarding pass. The crew in bus is nice too, they will calling your name when arrive your stop, then gave us the information about how to get our hostel from stop. The seat is comfortable and I can use the free WiFi in bus. Thank you guys! Gracias

Hands down the safest cheapest way to move from and to the airport, they even have wifi on board so i was able to do my check in while i was on the way (thank good!) staff is 10/10 the nicest people you'll ever met, be aware of Lima's traffic if you want to use this tho there was a guy on my bus who was in a rush and like, hey man is a bus not a rocket!

Good transportation service (the cheapest and best you'll find unfortunately....) from Jorge Chavez to Miraflores. Just tell them your hotel/hostal name at the airport arrival counter. I didn't like the $8 usd tag though, which is pretty exorbitant for a bus in an hour max ride. Perú transportation sucks in general though.

Really excellent service. Staff so helpful and all speak English if required. Comfortable buses with WiFi and usb power. 15US return trip or around 48 soles return Airport/Miraflores Buses right next to terminal and leave on a regular basis. Fast and punctual. Well recommend if you are staying in the Miraflores area.

Peguei o Airport Express Lima na volta para o aeroporto, gostei muito da pontualidade deles para chegar no ponto de ônibus, na hora que indicava no folheto, muito diferente dos outros ônibus que peguei lá no Peru. O ônibus novinho e confortável, com ele dava até para voltar pro Brasil. Super recomendo!

Purchased a ticket online and was at the dropoff/pickup zone by the hotel at the correct time. The employee told me to wait at a different part of the street before driving off and not looking back. Spoke to customer service and was told there was nothing they can do. Submitted a request for a refund.

By far the best airport transportation service I’ve ever experienced. As a seasoned traveler, I’ve taken many airport buses that makes you guess when you need to get off the bus and where to go afterwards. Their staff was informative and made sure you alight at the right stop to reach your hotel.

Safest way of getting to and from Lima airport from Miraflores! Bus was sooo modern (hard to come by in Lima), the WiFi and USB ports were such a nice addition and both the staff at the desk and on board were so polite and informed. i had such a pleasant journey, thank you guys so much!

Service and staff is great, but it is more expensive then taking a taxi from the airport. In case you want to go to miraflores, you will pay 50 soles for 2 persons. Taxi would cost you 40 soles. If you are traveling alone this bus is definitley the way to go. AC on the bus is a plus.

La dirección correcta es el 799, predomina Oficina de Informes, frente al 812 de Av. Larco en Miraflores, no hay una estación, para en la calle, sugieren estar 10 minutos antes de cada hora, que es cuando sale al Aeropuerto. En el Aeropuerto están de 7 am a 10 pm.

Clean nice buses, mostly on time. WiFi is very weak and not reliable. Staff don’t let you seat on the front “reserved” seats, even though they are empty . Not bad but Take taxi instead - cheaper, no stopping along the way and you can take any seat you like…

Hablan de puntualidad y en el último trayecto aeropuerto mirqflores (00:00) son las 00:08 y por captar más clientes nunca salió como informan los horarios. Eso no es respeto a los clientes que son los que hacen que esta empresa siga donde esta ahora,

Una experiencia muy segura, moderna y agradable. El bus tenía WiFi y puertos USB. Además destacó la amabilidad de sus empleados, las chicas del counter me explicaron todas las paradas y en donde me tenía que bajar. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

These buses gave me a great sense of security as we drove from the airport. They were more comfortable than expected. More expensive and less convenient than an Uber, but at the end of the day, this gave me a nice peace of mind.

Careful this bus crawls to the airport it takes 90 plus minutes to finally arrive instead of 30 minutes by Uber. Hardly a good deal for just 10 soles less. I nearly missed my flight because of it.
