Personnel are lazy and not helpful at all. First, when I arrived to pick up a shipment they informed me I had to set up an account to pay online. OK no problem. I could do it on my phone. When I encountered problems I asked for assistance and the staff from the back room spoke loudly to me from the other room! They did not have the courtesy to get up and walk less than 10 steps to assist. Second, they could have told me of the new payment method when they alerted us that our shipment was ready to pick up. I spoke with the manager who was trying to help and mentioned that his staff were useless. He seemed tired and as if he was used to these comments because he did not respond. If there was another airport company I would use them instead. Airport Terminal Services personnel are useless.

The rooms have so many wonderful little touches. The beds were comfy and wonderful and it was such a nice thing to be able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and watch the world go by. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel is perfectly located for anything you could want to do in the Medford area.

They threatened me if I wanted to file workers comp because I was injured and they refused to get the paperwork and mag and everyone there would cut corners with safety I'm surprised no one got seriously killed

A challenging place to work. Never a dull day mentality of physically.
