When my husband and I moved back to Delhi after a few years away, we were looking for a furniture studio that could understand our taste and could at the same time provide quality product at affordable prices. My parents have been customers of Ajit furniture house since more than 30 years now and that's the reason we chose to go there. We found Ajit ji's knowledge of furniture to be extremely sound and his flexibility with customers with different tastes most admirable. Ajit ji's sharp mind and creative sensibilities to grasp our exact need and translate it into an even better product than we had initially imagined impressed us the most! The delivery was always on time and Ajit ji was very transparent in sharing with us any unavailability of labour in the wake of any festivals such as Eid, diwali etc. Most importantly, his warm and service oriented nature made our interactions with him a very pleasant experience. The furniture we got made from him included a sofa set with centre table, dining set, bed with side tables and a chest of drawers. We have no complaints with any of their products. They are all made with solid teak wood with a natural polish. In addition to that, we also purchased our mattresses, terrace table and chairs (plastic), folding table and a sofa cum bed. Their service staff has also been most kind and professional. We live on the 2nd floor and when our narrow stair case didn't allow for our bed and sofa to be taken upstairs, he ensured that his staff made alternative arrangements and found creative ways to manage the task at hand and provided the service of repolishing the furniture at our home to ensure that there were no compromises with the final product. Ajit ji was also very kind to take into consideration our custom need of designing a raised wooden platform for our RO unit to free up space on the kitchen shelf. Several of our guests have asked us for reference after seeing our furniture and we continue to recommend the services of Ajit furniture house to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy design house for their long term furniture needs. We are their customers for life and wish them the best in their work.

We wanted to buy/make a sofa set (3+2+2 seater) for last one year but were not able to decide as what we've seen earlier didn't match our taste or budget. Then someone referred Ajit Furniture to us. Ajit ji though a busy man as customers pour in all the time but still gave us enough attention. Showed us many designs from his tab and catalogue and finally we liked one design. I wasn't initially sure whether to go for it but Ajit ji's understanding and confidence led me to go with him. He offered a competitive price and we placed our order. He apprised and advised to visit on all important stages (like structure, design, polish etc). As a customer, the process educated us on furniture making and also allowed to strengthen our belief on the seller and craftsman. We're very happy when the final product actually shaped up as desired. It was almost close to what we've finalised. Thanks to Ajit ji for making such a beautiful sofa set. The lockdown delayed our delivery but it can be ignored. While delivering the furniture got a few scratches but Ajit ji ensured to send his person and make it good. I recommend anyone interested to make furniture must visit Ajit Furniture. An experience to remember :)

Doesn't recommending to any near and dears to visit and buy from this shop. Owners are not trustful resource to believe a single word from their mouth. They are very opportunistic and sale products at very high cost. I have selected product from display and asked to send fresh items, rather than sending fresh items they sent me display items which were having marks of wear and tear. Also they told me that cartage price should not be more than INR250 for 15KM where I have to pay INR 600. I tried calling the owners (but their phone is never reachable or they don't answer the call when connected) but no luck and I don't want to indulge in any kind of arguments with the delivery poor person. Post this experience I would recommend to visit Jail Road, Tilak Nagar furniture market for good and better service after sales. Note: If owners are reading this, it's true and this had happened second time with me. Even your neighbors doesn't recommend to buy from you.

The seller is highly unprofessional. I purchased a Sofa in 2021, at that time when I asked about the warranty, he said, we are here for you for life long service and complete warranty for next five years. Now not even two years completed, one handel of sofa got broken and seats are also not in propers shape. When I contacted him, then he is saying that he will send a person but I have to pay for labour charges and material. According to him he has provided the contact no of person to repair sofa is the is the only thing that he can do under the warranty. When a person opened the sofa today to repair thn i found cheap material is used by him. Used paper in between the wood... Don't buy anything from him.

Visited today and this was the worst experience! They behaved very unprofessionally and we bought two things and they told us rudely we will send tomorrow, we said at least you get a rickshaw for our stuff and they don't even heard us..bcz they were busy with big budget buyers ....So Rude..! Great experience overall.. We visited for some sofa sets & finally hooked up on 3+2+2 fully covered design & marble top coffee table .. When we came back to see our final product, we were really satisfied and now whenever we are in need of any kind of furniture or interior services, we always prefer Ajit furniture house. We had an excellent french cane bed commissioned from here. Mr. Ajit is consummate professional and very passionate about furniture. He was keen to engage in productive consultations to ensure perfection. I have no doubt that he and his team can produce the finest furniture, and have the knowledge and patience to bring to life ornate designs of different eras.

Requested to deliver fresh furniture but they sent the ones on display which had marks of wear and tear. I tried calling the owners but they don't answer the call or call back once they get the money upfront. After the complaint, they just sent someone to polish the furniture instead of fixing the wear and tear. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this store.
