The most careless staff service ever seen. Wasnt that much crowded during the lunch time. As now a days mostly people order online. They have around 15 staff who seemed to be really busy. I had to wait for 20 minutes for a takeaway. Update : 13 Oct I again had the same bad experience with their service. The order was ready but still they didn't pay any attention. They just had to give me the order. I was the only customer in the whole restaurant still I am amazed that they didn't notice

Tasty food with reasonable rates. Some dishes are very popular. Dosas are value for money. You get full dish dosa with lot of masala. It's heavy in comparison with the rate of it. I had veg amritsari which is new added item and it was delicious. Even veg samsavera is yummy. Menu is definitely prepared with minute detailing like for Punjabi dishes, they mentioned in bracket gravy's initials. Like P B R Which specifies Palak/green gravy B - Brown gravy R - Red gravy. They kept a page for their popular and must try dishes too. Overall, good to go with family, friends for quick snack or lunch or dinner.

Good punjabi option in Bopal Ghuma Area Prices are quite higher but not too much Best service It will take time to make a good food Overall good experience

Hotel food is very good but Hotel staff is very bad behaviour .they don't behave politely with customer Actually they don't care About hotel customer And height of that when you go to manager to complement .then you know manager is also have very bad behavior.each day customer fight with hotel staff AND manager but these people behavior not change. So I kindly request please don't West your valuable time. please don't go for food these hotel staff must have to learn to respect for customer. Please don't go very bad place to eat.

Both the chinese and punjabi food available here. Recepie is quite different from others but taste is good so don't get panic while they serve you. Quite enjoyable as they have started reward programme named reelo. As you register your self to this programme you will get 1 reward point for 1 rupee of billing And by redeeming you can get one food item free on next bill..

I have tried their Bhaji pav Punjabi and even Chinese. The food quality is okay and not extraordinary. The service is good but it's not "the best"

Let's start with the ambience , not that good , but it's just a casual family diner . And the food is quite oily and non-rustic . The menu is big , but you must know that only a few dishes are worth it ,don't experiment HERE or try new dishes HERE . Parking is tough as there is a brts stand , lane on the road and traffic is at an all-time low .

A hotel which orders you to eat what food! Pathetic staff and food is also OK OK. When asked about a particular dish, the staff was unaware about it as well as was rude and didn't even bothered to ask to chef or the person making food. Honestly I stood up and left the place.

Pathetic Chinese Food. Today I ordered Chinese Bhel & Schizewan Manchurian Noodles. But I got surprised when I opened the container both were looking same and tasting same. One of oldest restaurant of bopal.good veg options includes south and Punjabi food. Pavbhaiji and pulao are delicious here. Serving is fast and also deliver at home. Reasonable food price. Family restaurant. Car parking is not possible here as it's on main road.

I went there with my friends and that night was amazing. Service was great and fast. Staff was so friendly and cooperative. I really enjoyed that night. Food was so delicious. I’ll definitely recommend to others. At least visit this place once, you’ll love it.

Good quality food like punjabi, south indian, chinese are available here. All staff are well trained and all cook are wearing hand gloves and head cap to maintain hygienic conditions. Rates of food items are also low compared to quality of food.

Good low budget restaurant in bopal. I was in bopal since last 8yrs; and since then, this is the only surviving and growing restaurant in this area just due to it's food. Just go for a change also.

Some times ago Shivam snacks was very good but recently they change theirs staff and all stuff. Now Days they downgrade theirs test itself about 70%.

They serve authentic chineese food with a good quantity.Well mannered staff and affordable, moreover the location of the restro is also good.

I ordered Chilli Panter and Naan, I instead received gobhi Manchurian. Taste was horrible. Naan was overcooked and charred. Wastage of money

The food quality was okay. When we visited, the AC room was hotter then outside and we had to sit outside. Service is not up to the mark.

Nice snacks, but many dishes are not proper like onion masala dosa they directly put cutted onion on masala dosa.
