I mostly liked what I saw at the supermarket specially since I found quite many things over there that you'd not find elsewhere, specially a few imported items. I only visited the ground floor of the three floors this supermarket occupies because I was short on time but will surely explore the other two floors at my next visit. The place was overall neat and clean with attentive, professional, and courteous staff found at each isle greeting you as you enter their work area. The prices were competitive and shelves had full inventory stocked on them. The areas of improvement include their own bakery and the fresh produce section which surely lacked volume and choice. They should open a small cafe inside the supermarket where customers can enjoy coffee, tea, shakes etc along with light snacks. They should focus big time on the fresh produce section and the meat shop. The security was very satisfactory. For parking, there's a big lot so plenty of spaces available. Definitely worth visiting for grocery shopping and more.

Although i like shopping there for groceries but i find some of the things very overpriced. Overall the variety of goods is good. Their online service is not good and I wont recommend. Even if you’re from karachi, your order will still be processed first from lahore and then from karachi. So it takes time before you finally get your hands on your items. Otherwise the in store shopping experience is good. The ice cream at the ice cream corner is a bit pricy but the taste was really good. Bakery is good every thing was fresh

From Lahore to Karachi, same old feel, same comfort. Happy to visit a mammoth building of Al Fatah in Clifton -the sparkle of Karachi. A Wide Array of items, mention one and that item will be right there seated in shelf. Further,I'm delighted to mention that the cutlery and cooking ware section had a lot to buy and survey.Staff was cooperative and the billing system went efficient as always...Thanks A Million AL fatah for making us feel so special...

It's huge! Very nice store, excellent, polite staff. It had everything under one roof. The best thing I liked was that the whole store smelled so fresh. Usually such big marts smell of meat or other stuff. It also has ODonuts inside. So we got donuts too. Parking was no issue... Good location for residents around this area.

Extremely well stocked and the staff from those greeting one at the door, to those present in the aisles and at the various counters; are all extremely helpful and always smiling. I have discovered some very nice makeup brands and personal care products here. In addition, edible items are fresh.

It is one of the nice stores in Karachi where you could find stuff from Grocery to household items, electronics, cosmetics and many more. The store is new and looks very clean with variety of stuff. You may find almost everything you find. A nice edition to the chain of stores in Karachi

Moved by the amazing service here at al-fatah The shop staff came running with a new trolley just to change the old one, the other staff saw i was tried & Brough me a water bottle & chair, prices are very reasonable! 10/10 would recommend over imtiaz & springs
