My this time experience was worse than previous one. At least 3 items of my need were not available. I bought a pair of boxers after the salesman took my size and recommended 'large size'. Back home I not only found the boxers small but also of very poor quality. Just after some 5/6 uses one of them has started showing strain at the seams. It seems there is no check on fruit and vegies quality. It's going down by the day. I remember the days of Liberty Al-Fatah when at least one of the owners including one Saleem Iqbal, used to b standing, yes standing, near the cash counter everready to give patient hearing to complaints and even give discount of upto 10% on demand. Alas no more! Wither those kind and humble faces that actually created a friendly and welcoming ambience? It's good to go modern but we r not in Europe or America. We r Asians, will continue to b Asians and would like to b treated as such. Presently it looks as if hardware is good (the building etc especially parking) but Alfatah is lacking in software, the human touch. I'll b very sad to stop buying groceries from this real super store. This is the last time that I have spent my time on writing a comment on Alfatah.

I have given four stars to this giant Mall in which everything is available from grocery items to kitchen gadgets and shampoos as well. But i am little worried about all Al fatah malls Layout and arrangement of different commodities. The mall covers a small area of land with multiple floors which make it difficult for people to shop to remain at one floor. So people have to move in different floors to grab their desired product. Although they have facility of Lift but still it is disturbing for old persons and the ladies who accompanied children. So this should be resolved to make it even better for people to attract to this place. Thanks

I'm an old Alfatah patron. They have a great range. A great range of products as well as prices. You can find things for a few hundred as well as for many thousands. In short, there is a bit for everybody. Like most Alfatah outlets, the DHA Phase 5 commercial area one is also small and can seem cramped. However, that is Alfatah's thing. They can cram alot of good things I small places. Don't let the cramped make of the place deter you from scavenging out terrific products for yourself. Expensive? Definitely.

One can find 98% of needed daily commodities here at Al-Fateh Departmental Store of Phase:5 commercial area. Neat and clean, well organized store. Good service at check out counters. Restrictions due to Covid-19 Pandemic has been eased. Customers have to wear face masks only. Meat counter is available where mutton and chicken meat is available Vegetable counter is also available where fresh fruits and fresh vegetables are also available. Vegetables and fruits are packed with hygiene and nicely.

It is a nice shopping mall. It includes many shops and brands inside. Clothing brands are not as much as any good shopping mall should have. However, there is a good and huge variety of make up brands. There is crockery, toys, furniture, stationery, watches and jewelry. It also includes a grocery store in the basement that has a good variety of items in reasonable price. Location is just perfect. Ambience is also good. Recommended!

It's my neighborhood grocery store so yeah it is a good convenience store but only if it is not very crowded which rarely happens. Also I don't like the fact that one has to move to different floors for some random grocery repeatedly. Uff. And don't ever take a shopping trolley for grocery or you'll be bound to wait for the lift which works in very weird ways and you have to wait a lot for it.

A very well kept departmental or super store with big collection of imported and local items. Service it good, staff is vigilant and service oriented, bakery items are also very good. However COVID SOPs were lacking considering the shop image plus locality. Temp for fever tracking was not checked and people in the shop were not being disciplined to wear mask.

Same great shopping experience of the Al-Fatah chain of stores, where generations go to shop. I have always admired their great selection of grocery items. When I went, they had a 5% discount on items. The shopping experience is a little different as they have chosen to gone vertical with this store and hence have different departments on different floors.

Famous mall in Lahore. Lots of variety available. Can feel a little bit cramped sometimes. But anything you can think of is available here. Prices are higher than your average grocery store but quality is good. All forms of payments are accepted here. On a side note the 19L water bottle that Al-Fatah sells is the most expensive money can buy.

Its congested kind of like stuffed in a small place. Prices of certain items are higher (taking advantage of being in phase 5, i guess). Tight walking space, tight stairs, requires from you to go up and down the floors but you get what you need. They have a lift too in that tight space.

They have a good range of groceries, fresh stuff, confectionery, toiletries and whatever one may need at home. Prices are significantly higher. However, shopping is somewhat stressful since the place is crammed with display racks and barely enough aisle width to move your trolley.

Wide range of products. Very helpful and courteous staff. The staff is ready to help the customers and I feel probably at times go out of their way sometimes. However, they need to limit the number of people buying in store at any given time due to the rising covid positive cases.

This Grocery chain is one of the oldest and trusted chain in lahore. Problem is only with imported products prices are very high and perfumes are not selling original i had very bad experience with this Grocery brand at thier old branch of Y Block now become LimeLight store.

Which one, in DD? Good for now because the mall is empty and parking is readily available. But i can see that as occupancy increases accessibility will not be that easy. Aisles are already crowded and packed, as it is and incremental traffic load will be difficul to manage.

It's a great place for shopping. A large number of variety items like groceries, garments, utensils, crockery, toys, electrics and many more are available there. The sales staff is good and courteous. The staff at the counter is very nice and professional.

Al Fateh is my favourite mall to visit any day or any time. There r reasons for this, the way they maintain their quality in products and their service. I fully trust their fair dealing and due to these reasons they carry top most place in the town.

This store has 5 or 6 floors. It's probably not confirmed. I have never seen this kind of store on another location in the surrounding area of this store. If you go here you can find anything you want cosmetics, gifts, groceries and toys etc

Al Fateh is a multi-storey mall. It has all kinds of grocery items, from breakfast to vegetables, meat flesh,dairy, bakery, cosmetics, electric items, and even animal's foods.You think it will be there. It has vast open and free parking.

A good place to buy things. They offer variety of things from daily useable things to crockery to toys section. A good store. Only draw back is too many things in this make it a congested building. Prices are from high to mid range.

Always dependable with lot of variety. May be a little heavier on pocket but generally maintaining high quality standards. Once you start shopping from Alfatah, you just cannot adjust yourself to any other similar outlet...

Expensive but everything is available here. They don't mind selling things that include haram ingredients. People, in Pakistan are not vigilant enough to see the ingerdient list, only the price is considered worth seeing!!

Over priced at best. However, good l range of shampoos here, however skincare and hair mask range isn't good at this branch. I want to visit the better bigger ones for a better experience. Be careful of the lift though

Small but comprehensive super store. Visited a few times and always found what I was looking for. Friendly staff, good service, nice environment and good prices. It's just a bit small. Good place to go.

Lots of typical Alfatah stuff. The interior is not very appealing. It just doesn't have any class. Alfatah ownership are nice people but they really need to invest in a good interior designer.

Congested place, If you are there to buy grocery, you can't get all in one place. They have limited products. Vegetables section, is not worthy to visit, you won't find a fresh thing there.

Recently visit alfateh mart at phase 5 Prime location. Almost all items are available. Billing counter staff was lil bit slower so if you ever shopping at this store. Bear with patience ;)

One of my favorite place to do my grocery. Staff is very professional and courteous. The place is clean and the management is very serious about all the precautions regarding Covid.

One less star due to persistent foul smell in basement, which makes the whole shopping experience distasteful. Rest, they have good variety of all the necessary grocery items.

KFC is always a good experience. This point was very crowdey. But the service level was very quick. Staff is very experienced & professional. Credit card is accepted here.
