We had a terrible experience here. 3 weeks back we brought some groceries from this place, as we preferred Al Fatah stores over other supermarket chains. On opening the shopping bag at home the Garam Masala packet was missing. My husband immediately WhatsApp the store but said we will let you know after checking the CCTV. Never contacted back. Last week we went there as we were in that part of Lahore city, we conveyed this to the store Manager there about the issue. He said as it was 11pm so he will check this matter and revert back or send for delivery to our place. I was a bit annoyed as there was no streamline process either for giving this or refund. He didn't contacted us back. Today again my husband contacted Mr Ali, but didn't solve our issue and remained silent. Never had such hopeless situation for a Garam Masala packet in my entire life. Manager of this branch is not up the mark. They don't know how to serve the customer or solve their issues. We are very unhappy with their service We will never go back to this place again. Our suggestion to anyone who is going to shop there. Please check your shopping back before you leave the shop otherwise no body will be there to assist you with your queries.

Best Store in DHA Phase 6. I have visited local one and Raya as well. When it comes to this store the parking spaces is good. You will find a place to park depending on the rush time. But coming to the most important point is location of this branch. Askari XI and other societies can visit easily. Staff is well trained. Salesman are professional and friendly. Pharmacy and Appleman is huge. Good addition to this store. You can visit any section and will be guided properly. One thing I loved about the basement was that grocery is so easy to shop. First it used to be half things above and half things below. Now all together. Last if not the least Fruit and Vegetable quality is superb. I love the way they displayed everything. Really Fresh and good varieties. Neat and Clean. They had a good range of IMP Stock in F&V. The Salesman were professionally sound and had good knowledge regarding Seasonal Veggies and Fruits. Just a context I have visited many other branches but really this branch is Superb! So my conclusion of what brings me back here always is customer dealing, guiding and service. Excellent work! I hope you carry on like this. I recommend this store to everyone looking for good customer service and guidance.

A bit small and hence at times feel congested. Staff well mannered well trained and very co operative.....grocery prices are way above the market price but their measures are good and reliable.. their competitors imtiaz store appear much more economical in comparison... Update 24.07.23: they are getting quite inappropriately expensive compared to the market...just to give u a flavour of what they are up to.....selling ordinary small sized somewhat shrivelled typical pears at 1495/kg....which are available in the open market at 200/kg.....same type...insane really...no more for us mortal human beings anymore I guess.

Actually, it is only big store near dha6, However, the biggest comments is the 40% high prices of electrical & electronic appliances with respect to market, but they are still able to sell as the only competitor RAINBOW has closed it's outlet or forced to close or may be paid to closed. We will not use it if we have an alternate. Most of the local stuff seems counterfeit. We purchased some insect killing spray and to our surprise even after spraying the whole tin we got zero result even from a well known and proven product.

Almost everything is available under one roof & staff is very friendly and courteous ; they always greet you and guide you to the commodity or item that you need. A lot of parking space is available so it doesn't feel congested too. However you might find some items(tvs, gaming consoles workout materials ) at a higher price so at least research more about the market prices before making such a huge purchase, otherwise it's best for grocery items.

This is becoming our favorite destinations for shopping. Staff is very courteous, supportive and informed. Other than the grocery, the most striking thing about AlFatah is their range and selection of crockery. That's very well thought out selection. I also like the fact many of the products are labeled with country of origins flags making it super easy to decide and buy products based on your familiarity and choice. Keep up the good work, guys!

Good addition in the area, however, the treatment you get while leaving the store is very humiliating. The guard ask you show the invoice whether you have bought one item or a trolley full of groceries. The poor guy seems to be a prefect human scanner as he instantly stamp the invoice. What a pitty arrangement. This is CCTV era all over the world and the vigilant team monitors from their control room without bothering the customers.

AOA dear sir ,I want ur attention towards opening alfatah branches very close to ur other outlets.this is inappropriate.i think it badly affects incomes of the branches close to each other.u r opening so many branches in the same area. I.e. u have a outlet near EMEsociety canal road and now u r launching another branch in Ittehad town Jo canal road ki back side Hy so close to that outlet.

Its my second visit to this outlet and if I say that they have the most courteous staff among all the Alfatah stores, it will not be an exaggeration. Especially when Alfatah beats all groceey stores in terms of its staff. Nicely decorated, neat and clean. They have a nice range of stuff but interestingly some of the stuff I wanted was not available. Overall a must visit place.

Alfatah DHA phase 6 is a complete departmental store well managed as per its location and vicinity ,from grocery to electronics, household ,cosmetics, kitchen utensils, toys, travel utilities, confectioners, and many more available under one roof in a peaceful environment, with competent staff. One can enjoy shopping here.

Al Fatah is an old establishment and doing good business. Have expanded to almost all important housing societies of Lahore. Slightly upscale but good quality. Have stock of almost all daily use items except clothing. Good for fresh groceries, household items, cosmetics, crokery, electrical and gas appliances etc.

Spacious and articles are well organized. Electronic section has plenty of variety and now even washing machines and cooking range is also available. Clothes section is also quite vibrant. Parking is also not an issue. I hope they will develop store in DHA phase 5 on similar lines !

100% satisfactory as usual never ever disappointed me at least as per own selection after some RnD from other local vendors. Found them better including rates and 100% fine quality which seems impossible from other sellers as they are importer also I think.

Extremely satisfied with the services they are rendering .Variety of products both imported and local are available for the general publics.Moreover, fully air conditioned and ventilated area makes your shoppings peacefull and serene.

This is second time my multiple items got missing from slip that I paid.... I complained to Mr.Ali there but after one hour waiting he showed me missing video of CCTV of cash counter... worst experience all thief in one building.....

Its a newly constructed store in Phase 6. However, a lot more is required to be done for making it a success. They have plenty of space and offer more services and goods. The parking area is less and will cause problems in future.

ALFatah stores are the best. Really good collection of items, imported items easily available and really good staff and customer service. This branch in particular has really good staff who are always ready to help and guide you.

Al fateh now opened in A Block phase 6 DHA Lahore. Although there is one small local Alfatah in MB phase 6, but this one is big and improved outlet. However there staff is not well trained at check out counter

After a long time Dha Phase 6 residentials get a better supermarket inside their phase. Now @April 2022 store extended to double the space for more convenience.

This branch is still a work in progress and hopefully will become the largest alfatah branch of DHA 6 . However their customer service is outstanding …
