rude people for no reason, also they are not open today.. its Fiesta, not a national holiday, I took off work to find them closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, I was informed I had an outstanding payment that would lead to a warrant for my arrest eventhough I paid in full MONTHS ago, I even brought the receipts! Come to find out I did indeed pay and they said they just forgot to file it?! What kind of service is that!? Completely unacceptable. If you make a transaction here keep your receipts; you'll need them if you need to start doing their job for them since they clearly won't.

Need some help from public works? Don't even bother calling. Every time you call regardless of the time of day you get forwarded to a "voicemail box that has not been set up, goodbye". Even when you do connect with somebody, if they have to call you back, don't expect that either. Total lack of accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, if you live in the area, You're stuck with them.

Found a dog nearby and the pet department of the City took extremely good care of everything. Got him his shots, gave us a crate to foster him with, got him neutered and everything while we were fostering, etc. We loved the dog so much we ended up keeping him after a small adoption fee. Props to Angie and Jen with the Pet Department, pet heroes!!!!

Office that handles building inspections is horrible. They use mostly one guy. He is rude, unprofessional, and not very bright. An absolute nightmare to work with and another reason why builders and contractors avoid inspection. Something is truly wrong with this guy. Absolutely horrible.

I wish I could be a worker here... Getting government salary and benefits to do absolutely nothing helpful to the community!

These people are rude. Lady on the phone kept cutting me off and just had an overall nasty behavior.
