I would like to take this opportunity to thank Frank from Alert Locks and Security for he’s work ethic, skills, advice, level of communication, availability and strategy plaining. Frank and Team have supported me over the last 10 years and have commitment to all my facility requests, working with him is a god sent. Working with Alert Locks and Security is easy, and professional and most of all stress free for me, thanks to Frank and the team. I may drive them him crazy sometimes but his character, hard work and commitment to me is far from none and feel he is a great asset to the industry and a tremendous ambassador to you company and I highly recommend him During the 10 years, I found the Frank and team reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest and are always helpful. One of Franks great assets is he thinks about my requirements and I’m sure he is the same with others. His “can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with my company are positive and he always has that energetic smile, upbeat personality and engaging personal style enabled me to work well with him. I also would like to say that I have worked with other companies in the past, but the way Franks speaks about Alert Locks and Security brand is positive and is great to hear, you don’t get that from other companies Franks excellent communication skills and product knowledge is extremely organized and very reliable, he provides high standards for quality and accuracy which is hard to find these days and in terms leaves me as a satisfied customer and no hesitation in recommending him and any job..

Excellent service. I was called by a friendly member of the team to schedule repairs for the following afternoon, she kindly offered to call 30 minutes prior to allow me to travel from work and not sit at home waiting. As promised I received a call from the locksmith 30 minutes before arrival and they also sent a text message advising the ETA to the minute! Steve was friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed my keys and lock promptly, everything was wiped down and left tidy afterwards. He also provided information about the repairs so I understood the work that was done. Alert Locks and Security are a professional and trustworthy company, today was the first service I received and I plan to book them in for all locksmith jobs in future.

After posting for help via Hipages, we were pleasantly surprised to hear from John within an hour (on a public holiday over Xmas no less) with a polite and helpful message. After setting an appointment time, John followed up with a confirmation via email and then arrived “on time” after confirming his ETA on the morning of the appointment. Once on the job he was efficient and professional providing great advice and taking care of the job in no time - and he cleaned up any mess to leave the place as he found it. If you want someone who is timely, efficient, courteous and professional then I could not recommend John more highly.

Highly recommend. I have used them before, but I have been sitting on a few jobs recently for a while and was glad to finally get them around to fix up the problems. Nice to deal with people where they just get the job done and there are no dramas. As a follow up, the team has come back for some further work and the standard is really superb. Not only was the job done exactly how I wanted it, I learned some extremely useful things which will help with future jobs and renovations :)

I'm a tenant and forgot to take keys with me one morning when walking the dog. Alert Locks is the emergency locksmith listed on our lease so I gave them a call. They came in 1 hour (just chance that i lived nearby the on-call locksmith at the time) and he quickly unlocked my apartment door. Very friendly and professional service. Happy to pay the service call as I know their quick service is a result of years of training! Thanks team.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough!! Frank came out to replace the lock on my front door when it was jammed. He explained the the problem with the lock barrel and the replaced it with another ’Antique brass’ lock., the same as the photo I sent Alert Alarms. It was a perfect match! He was quick (came out first thing in the morning), efficient and cleaned up before he left. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

From the beginning to book the appointment over the phone everything worked smoothly the lady was nice and patient with me trying to workout the best time and day for the appointment. My car key broke, and I phoned alert. The owner John answered and was able to repair my key on the day. He replicated a key for me based off a photo I sent and delivered it to my door in Sydenham. He saved me a tremendous amount of time and money. Thank you for the assistance if I’m ever stuck again I know whose got my back!

Bryce was polite and thorough with his work. Very happy with the finished product. Alert use a system that lets you know when the locksmith is en route so you can get a live ETA - this didn't quite work for us this time around and we would have welcomed a call the day before minimum to advise Alert would be attending.

Bryce was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, he fixed our broken lock quickly and with ease. We received a text prior to his arrival with an ETA, which we found to be helpful in organising our day. Bruce explained the issue to me in a way I could easily understand and what he’d done to fix it. Highly recommend.

Steve arrived yesterday to repair a sagging security door into our apartment block. It was obvious that someone had used a crow bar to break into our building. Steven is the super star!!! He respond quickly, arrived in around 15mins . He is professional, didn't make damage to the locks. He didn't over charge me on the night just before public holiday. He is patient, explained how my lock works and how can I avoid the accident next time. I feel lucky to find him!

Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed our new deadlock quickly and explained how it works before leaving. A really nice and smooth service. Alert Locks also sends you a tracking link for your locksmith when they are coming to your house, which was super helpful during the morning rush.

I called Alert Locksmiths on a Thursday afternoon. They said someone would be at my place Friday morning. The gentleman arrived on time, (already ahead of the game). Removed the old lock, installed a new lock gave me the new keys and gone by 9am. I will most definitely use Alert Locksmiths again. Pete
