I called to try to set up an appointment to establish care as I need a new general practitioner. The receptionist was very short and rude with me, almost to the point of yelling. I work as a medical receptionist so this behavior was an immediate red flag. I politely told him that I will be looking for a doctor elsewhere.

Dr. Efird is fantastic. He (and office staff) reply to inquiries quickly no matter if they are via mychart or phone. He never makes me feel rushed during an appointment. I couldn't be happier.
