I want to start off by saying thank you to Alexander for helping me with multiple pain complaints. You did it in a kind,efficient and attentively listening manner. I came in with mid back and neck problems, and not long after I was pain free and able to do the things I love again. Alexander did a great job providing both manual treatment and a variety of exercises, while helping me cope with my pain. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Really helped with both my knee and elbow pain I had been suffering for a while and I had tried various methods of treatment, I was so happy to finally find Alexander who was very professional, informative and to top it off was also very nice to be around.
