Servizio a dir poco vergognoso. Rientrato da Milano la sera, non posso esimermi dal fare paragoni con il servizio di trasporti pubblico milanese ATM. All'uscita dell’aeroporto di Milano Linate, letteralmente appena si esce, si trova la fermata dell'autobus suburbano 73, che ha frequenze dai 6 agli 11 minuti, 24/24; prezzo 2,20 euro per 90 minuti abbinabili ad un'altra corsa in metropolitana. Se è tardi e il Tabacchi interno è chiuso e non si è abbastanza tecnologici, ci sono le biglietterie automatiche all'esterno, altrimenti per i più recalcitranti ci sta il "distributore automatico" a costo maggiorato nell'autobus stesso. Tra non molto ci sarà la metropolitana che raggiungerà direttamente l’aeroporto. A Napoli, anni fa, c'erano almeno due linee urbane che portavano a Capodichino (aereoporto di Napoli) con prezzi e fermate urbane e che si fermavano praticamente all'uscita ARRIVI. Da qualche tempo invece, ci sta solo l'ALIBUS (una linea nata per i turisti) con sole due fermate (SIC): la stazione centrale e il porto (Molo Beverello), a 5 euro. Inoltre, considerato che le frequenze sono aleatorie, non essendo un autobus articolato come il 73 milanese, il riempimento tipo "scatola di sardine" è l'unica modalità per non dover aspettare la successiva corsa ...... che diventerebbe anche quella a "scatola di sardine". Risultato: Milano, linea 73 Linate-San Babila autobus articolato con frequenza [sub]urbana e fermate urbane a 2,20 euro; Napoli, linea ALIBUS con frequenza aleatoria e fermate per turisti (disgraziati) a 5 euro. Quindi per chi ha esigenze non turistiche (SIC), non resta che camminare (incluse famiglie con bambini, anziani, disabili, ecc..., perchè no, anche veri visitatori di Napoli, magari con budget bassi) per circa 1 km e con qualsiasi clima, e magari trascinandosi bagagli e passeggini, per raggiungere la fermata delle due linee urbane C68 e 180, che però hanno frequenze aleatorie......senza considerare la possibilità di non auspicabili incontri con "malintenzionati" lungo il tragitto. Oppure farsi "rapinare" dai taxi..... Tutto questo senza considerare i disgraziati che devono raggiungere luoghi più lontani, oppure andare fuori provincia. Anche per loro la sorte è meschina, perchè devono raggiungere la "fermata" dei vari autobus provinciali e non (EAV (provincie, AIR, ecc.) che sono stati "allontanati" anche loro fuori aeroporto.... La situazione è francamente deprimente. È incomprensibile perchè la terza città d'Italia e probabilmente la prima del Mediterraneo, abbia da almeno 20 anni assessori al trasporto praticamente inetti ed incapaci di comprendere che il trasporto pubblico, al momento di superficie, deve raggiungere l'interno dell'aeroporto. Attendo livorosi riscontri da almeno un paio di categorie sociali.....

El servicio es puntual y económicos. Compré el billete en e metro de Dante, donde en la taquilla me dijeron que para ir al aeropuerto existe el ticket de 5€ que combina el viaje en metro a Garibaldi y de allí el bus en Alibus, así lo pone además en la parte trasera del billete. Validé e ticket para entrar en el metro a las 12:12, subí en el bus a las 12:50 y el conductor me dijo que ese ticket no valía, que ya estaba validado y que tenía que comprar otro. Desde mi punto de vista quería timarme porque cuando insistí en que no y que lo ponía claro, me ignoró. La matrícula GB096NX, viernes 7 de abril llegó al aeropuerto a la 1:04. Por si la compañía está interesada en informar bien a los conductores

На їхньому сайті я придбав квитки на 20:30 на 31 Грудня для нашої групи з 14 чоловік. Але прилетівши до Неаполя ми дізнались, що цього дня останній автобус був о 19:00 і нам довелось брати 2 машини дорогого таксі. Найгірше те, що ніяк не можу повернути гроші за невикористані квитки і до цих пір я не знайшов жодних контактів куди можна поскаржитись та спробувати повернути мої гроші. Дуже не надійна транспортна компанія, нікому не раджу купляти квитки онлайн наперед. Сподіваюсь, що хтось з менеджерів компанії прочитає цей відгук та звяжеться зі мною для повернення грошей. Інакше це злочин та шахрайство і я буду звертатись до суду!

This bus has literally saved us. We were flying today early in the morning and apparently all the taxis are on a strike so we weren’t able to get one. Hopped on this bus instead and made it in time. Like previous reviewers suggested, it is better to board it at the port as by the time it gets to the central station it’s packed and you may have to wait for the next one. Even at 6am. The whole trip from the port to the airport took about 30 min.

On the day of the big soccer match this bus company went on strike stranding thousands of visitors. Alibus is the only option to get to the airport besides taxi. There is not a train, subway or city bus that goes to the airport. So, the taxi was the only option and they were charging travelers 100 euros to go the 2.5 miles from the train station to the airport. And dropped people off at the airport tour bus parking lot to avoid paying tax.

Hab den Bus das erste Mal gewählt und werde ihn wieder nehmen. Wunderbare Benutzung, klimatisierte Busfahrt, freundlicher Busfahrer. Man kann beim Busfahrer den Fahrschein lösen. Die Busse sind von außen seitlich und von vorn natürlich namentlich gekennzeichnet, so dass auch Touristen die Busse leicht sehen. Es steht groß und deutlich "Alibus" dran. Hatte die Fahrt vom Hafen zum Flughafen. Die Fahrt kostet 5€. Sehr preisgünstig.

È un servizio eccellente, in pochi minuti collega il centro della città all'aeroporto di capodichino. Sempre puntuali e personale disposto a dare consigli alla richiesta dei passeggeri. L'unica pecca, se posso permettermi È che non è prevista una riduzione per il personale aeroportuale che raggiungono il posto di lavoro con il servizio Alibus. Sostenere 10€ al giorno più il costo di altri biglietti bus o metro non è sostenibile

El bus se toma a unos metros de la salida del aeropuerto, pasando el sector de taxis. El costo del trayecto al centro de Nápoles en Plaza Garibaldi es de €5 y podes comprarlo online (te envian el ticket con un QR) o comprarlo en el momento dentro del bus. Tambien hay otra terminal en la zona del puerto (a unos metros de la ticketeria de ferries). El trayecto es corto, no mas de 20 min quizás pero depende del tránsito

April the 30 : we took the Alibus at the Airport to go to Napoli Mollo Beverollo. It was a soccer game Day for the Napoli team. We paid 15 euros for 3 persons and asked if everything was ok. But without any explanations the bus left at the train station not the stop it was supposed to leave us. Everyone was asked to get out of the bus. No reimbursement of the tickets, nobody told us what was going on. Thanks a lot.

Pratique et économique pour effectuer la liaison entre l’aéroport et le centre-ville. De nombreux arrêts. Mieux vaut identifier avec Google maps le votre et ensuite suivre l’avancée du bus. Attention au retour, de très nombreux passagers voulant prendre le bus pour l’aéroport à l’arrêt Garibaldi. Compter entre 30 et 45 minutes du port à l’aéroport et vice-versa. Un bus toutes les 7 mn. 5 € le ticket un voyage.

The bus had more than 1'5 hours of delay, and the taxis drivers of the central bus station started to tell the travellers that it was not coming anymore. Then they started to ask up to 50€ for the ride to the Airport. The bus driver never told us what happened. It's shameful that a city with so little to offer allows this kind of situations to happen.

Ottima fermata dell'autobus. Da non farsi accalappiare dai taxi abusivi che ci sono prima della fermata. 5€ per la singola corsa verso il porto di Mergellina. Unico appunto: nonostante fosse esplicitato nei vari siti la possibilità di pagare con carta sull'autobus, accettano, invece, solo contanti. Per lo meno questo è successo nella mia corsa.

What an unfriendly bunch, even though they advertise that you can pay by card or tap 'n pay, was told to pay cash, the driver started getting lippy and mouthing off in Italian....... You are better off taking a taxi which costs you €1 euro more..... Pity I actually have to give 1 star as the company doesn't even deserve a minus rating

Great form of transportation to the Naples train station , Port of Naples, and Airport. The cost is 5 euro you can reserve at the stop utilizing the QR code or you can wireless pay when the bus arrives. Taxis generally charge 50 euro to the same locations at the airport making this the best and most realizable for of transportation.

Je suis très contente d'Alibus. Les chauffeurs sont sympathiques et serviables (ce qui est loin d'être le cas de tous les chauffeurs en Italie)! Le prix est imbattable, il y a la climatisation dans le bus. Un bus toutes les 15 minutes. Juste pas beaucoup de place pour mettre les valises mais franchement super service !!!

Molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Peccato che qui manchi la fila dedicata a chi ha acquistato la priorità, in modo che possa salire sull'autobus prima della calca di chi non l'ha acquistata. Sarebbe utile anche avere un distributore di biglietti per non doverli fare a bordo (allungando ulteriormente i tempi).

When going from Napoli to the airport if you have a chance take the bus from the first stop at the harbour since it tends to get full and can't pick up passengers at the railway station. It does run frequently so it might not be a problem all the time but if you are on a tight schedule it could make a difference.

Bardzo dobrze zorganizowane przewozy z lotniska, w rozsądnych cenach. Jeśli wybierasz sie do historyczego centrum to przystanki umieszczono w doskonalych miejscach. Czytelnie oznaczone. Autobusy są podobno kilka razy na godzinę, ale ja odniosłem wrażenie, że w obie strony czekał na mnie na przystanku. Polecam.

Bus runs every 15 minutes or so. Although I’m not sure google is really aware of the actual timetable. Tickets available on the bus with cash or contactless tap and go. We only paid 1.50 on contactless even though it should be 5 euro? No complaints.

Está muy bien para ir del aeropuerto al centro de Nápoles por unos 5 euros y sin tardar mucho tiempo (depende del tráfico). El único problema es que a veces está muy masificado y apenas cabe la gente. Piede ser una alternativa económica al taxi

Walk out of the airport , cross the street and onto a bus into the city . 4 bucks pre paid , takes between 20 mins and half an hour depending on traffic . Much easier and cheaper than a taxi.
