I'm an OTR truck driver that hauls concert tours. I use my Varla scooter to travel around town after I load in a show. My scooter had a flat tire and both brakes quit working. I called Brandon the day before I got in town and he told me to bring it down when I got there. He immediately went to work on it while I went for breakfast at Grumpy's next door. He called me about 1.5 hours later and had it done for me. Scooter works fantastic now. Great customer service, great attitude, and very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful to Alien Rides for getting me straight in and getting my scooter fixed. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

I went in today for a demo and hoping to pick up a Segway GT, but they were out of stock. Even though I didn't make a purchase, those guys were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If i ever were to make a purchase, it will be Alien ride in the future! Fluidfreeride sucks and rude.
