This is my personal experience: I hired All Muscle Movers Aug. 21, 2021 for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. The movers were 2.5 hours late. Our agreement was 9AM but they arrived and started a little over 11:30AM. Slow to start and got even slower and slower in the end. One of the movers who was sick took 10-15minutes break almost every 10 minutes. On top of his breaks, he was on his cell phone talking to people for about 30% of the 7 hours that I was billed for. After loading, their truck wouldn’t start which delayed us further. Starting on the 5th hour when we were unloading, he stopped working. So it was only the other guy who was working. I was very patient with them and I tried to empathize with the movers because I had a lot of stuff and it was hot. However their punctuality, truck failures and work ethic was very unsatisfactory. Just a warning, when getting the estimate or quote to make sure the amount that was agreed upon on is the same on the contract. I had a different amount on the first two hours instead of the hourly that was agreed on. It’s unfortunate that I had a bad experience with All Muscle Movers. I hope you have a better experience with them. Good luck!

I hired All Muscle Movers to complete a move they were due by 3 pm. I had to constantly call to ask status and towards the end when no one answered the phone I had to threaten a negative review for response. They finally arrived at 8:30 pm. I was promised 2 men movers and a male and female showed up. I inquired why 2 men were not on the job and was asked why I am prejudiced against a female worker. Research indicates females are not as strong as men. I should have been advised due to the nature of the work as it impacts speed ability of the job. They damaged my very expensive sleep number adjustable base breaking the leg then when I asked what happened they said it was already like that. None of my furniture had any prior damage. Then because I said I would review I got told “that’s why I hate working with blacks”! But I’m the prejudiced one. I had a 3 hour max budget at the end of the time my boxes were left on the curb. A horrible moving experience.

Cheap but Unprofessional. They broke my bedroom dresser which was all wood (can’t be fixed) said they didn’t do it which I know they did bc I heard them when it broke. I choose to be kind and let one of the movers have my couch set, tv stand, and a 5 foot tall doll house. ALL heavy items! I told him I’m leaving tomorrow I need all of this stuff out. If you say you’re coming to get it tomorrow then you can have it, OTHERWISE I need these items moved out today. He promised he would come. The next day I called, no answer. I text no answer. I had to use another phone to call and they answer, say yes I’m coming. Then text my phone 3 minutes later and say never mind I’m not coming! So now I have to deal with carring these items out that I had plan AND PAID for them to carry out.

Extremely professional and efficient movers. They (2 people) showed up on time, and worked quickly. Took an hour to load my home up and they took the care to wrap everything in moving blankets. The weather was supposed to be terrible, bad storms all day, they showed up anyways and had a great attitude the whole time. It was from a 1st to 3rd floor, and they never complained and it took just about an hour as well to unload everything. They did not damage or break a single item! I move annually, and I've never had a mover do as good a job as this company did. They were also very respectful of the homes and were careful moving things, so as to not damage any walls doorways etc. Fair price, great attitudes and fast work, I have and would recommend them absolutely!

I am so happy that I used “All Muscle Movers”! My move was complicated because it had to be after hours and I had more than one drop off location. All Muscle Movers was timely, professional, efficient and patient! They provided a reasonable quote and insurance documents as requested; they arrived and immediately prepped and wrapped the furniture; they carefully moved everything and neatly stacked it in the storage unit, and then the new office.. The owner ”Genteel”and his team went the extra mile to help me get the job done and to make sure I was satisfied. He even came back the next day to help retrieve a file box from the storage unit. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!! I will definitely use them again!!!

We hired All Muscle Movers to help us move between condos recently, and I can say nothing but good things about them. Gentile and son Chris Tre were friendly and professional. They placed every box and piece of furniture where I asked and even when I asked them to move it (Based on my lack of direction.) they happily did so. Gentile is great about communicating and they tell you costs up front. Moving is stressful enough and hopefully I won’t have to do it again anytime soon, but when I do I would happily hire All Muscle Movers again. Definitely recommend!

I was on the hunt for movers. My move in date was approaching fast. I've called several companies but none of them were a good fit. All Muscle Movers called me with great pricing, professional attitude, and reassuring that the job can be done in a timely manner. I was quick to pay my deposit. You don't find great quality and customer service like this! The movers were professional and courteous! Everything went smoothly. They also offer wall mounting services. One stop shop. I love that. I would recommend this company, you won't regret it!

I've used moving companies for decades. I've even worked for a few. However, never in either experience have I been fortunate enough to associate with movers that paralleled the professionalism, courtesy, reliability, safety, and humility as A.M.M. I personally encourage, strongly recommend, and highly suggest that if you're considering a moving company you'll be hard pressed to find a company that can equate ALL MUSCLE MOVERS. I was referred by my mom after she hired them for her move. I called the gentleman, he explained the prices and how their company worked. I sent over my deposit, time, place and of course the date. I followed up the day before, two gentleman showed up greeted me and my family and got to work. All Muscle Movers were finished in two hours after moving from the 3rd floor in Houston heat. I will be using them again when ever I decide to move, I will also refer them to others. Thank you again!!

The movers were 2 hours late he said overslept. The movers broke a whole box of dishes that was labeled fragile dishes. The movers took 5 hours on a small one bedroom. The big items in my apartment was a washer and dryer and a bedroom set and a few boxes. I was charged 479 dollars at the end of the move. The young guy apologized for taking so long because he didn’t get enough rest which caused him to work slow but I was still charged full price. This is a warning don’t use this service.

I never do reviews but I have to on these guys! They came and packed up my house and did not stop. Very professional and easy to talk to and understand people situation. The highlight of our move was the actual movers. Strictly about business and time and made the whole move comfortable thru there knowledge of their craft! Even tho they are Houston Texan fans and not Saints fan we still give them a 12 star rating. You won't go wrong! Good luck Muscle Movers until next time!!!

A crew of three showed up, with only two actually moving items. Now, the owner has placed blame on my damaged art desk, lamp and power reclining sofa on my teen who only moved light pieces (organizing bins), took the legs off the kitchen table and TVs with assistance from one of the movers into my SUV because they would not fit in the moving truck. I saved $300 upfront by booking this company instead of a nationally known one, BUT it is costing me much more.

This company is phenomenal, they communicate when in route, the prices are affordable, the two gentleman that came to our home where respectful, and stayed to make sure we was happy not like other companies who run out so fast when they are done, you cant even check too see if the work needs some tweeking. I plan on useing this company again in a few weeks too do a couple of more jobs. We are very happy.

I hired these movers because I won a baby grand piano with a 2 day window to move it. They made time to meet me at the storage and brought it and set it up for me. Very hard workers, friendly, reliable and treated my piano as if it was theirs- with respect, care and concern. I will hire them again to move all my big antiques away from the walls so that my house can finally get painted! Great movers!!!

We made a reservation well in advance but on our move-out day, got to know that they have had a mix-up where they thought we cancelled (apparently somebody else has cancelled). Gentile did set us up with another moving company which we appreciate, but unfortunately that did not work out as well. It was very disappointing and a huge inconvenience to us that this happened on the day of the move itself.

These guys were great. Answered as soon as I called. I actually saw them driving down the street and called for a quote, but ended up using them within the next 30 min of that call. They picked up 2 very full storages and dropped them off in a range of 5 hrs.....Owner was nice and professional, his crew was just the same. I plan to use them again soon.

These guys are exactly what I expect when I need a handy man. When I moved into my apartment they moved my things efficiently and fast! From the second floor to the third! Great group of guys and such hard workers. Very professional and fun. They got the job done without any breakage and got all my stuff right where I wanted it.
