I have always had a pleasant experience in the Rancho Dr. office. There have been plenty of times that I needed my account reviewed or confirmation of insurance sent to various locations and I have always been accommodated by either Marc or Anthony. I have never had to wait more than a reasonable amount of time before getting the documents forwarded when needed. Their attention to my needs has always been appreciated in the years they have been my insurance company. Kudos and thanks for the service.

Do not use Marc Van Rye or All Nevada Insurance Company for any insurance. This office was recommended by a Geico rep. Could it be she gets paid for referrals? I called in shopping insurance on a homeowners quote yesterday. Today I wrote and expressed I didn't need his services. I quickly get a note stating he had already sent my bank a change in policy and requested payment. THAT IS FRAUD. I spent 25 minutes talking to my impound agents on my loan to prevent any damage. THIS GUY IS A THIEF

My wife and I had a great experience with Marc at the Ann rd office. He was friendly kept us informed on our options and got us an excellent rate by being able to combine all or policies under one carrier with better coverage. ( My last agent wouldn't help or answer the phone for 2 days) Marc got us all new insurance cards immediately. Was absolutely the best experience with a insurance agent ever.

These guys are great, Marc really went out of his way to try to find me the best coverage, even after I thought he had found the best one for me, he called me the next day with an even better deal. Saving money is great, but it's even better when the people helping you out are super friendly and honest. I totally recommend this place, many thumbs up!!

Amazing but called for a quote . And no one is available . Asked if I came to the office can I get insurance. The guy said no. Office hours and no one is available in person or over the phone. Not a good way to get business . I would not recommend this place to anyone . I will doy insurance needs elsewhere

Every time I have to call this office, the persons answering the phones has an attitude and can’t seemed to be bothered to do their job. They’re generally unhelpful and my policy rates are astronomical now. I’m changing companies today
