To the All Roofing Services team, I cannot express how happy I am with my roof conversion (concrete tile to Colorbond for a BIG house, including new guttering and downpipes). Julian (the owner) was meticulous in planning, quoting and executing my project. He met with me numerous times to cover off all angles of my roofing project and was incredibly patient and clever in solving every last detail. Pricing was competitive (not the cheapest, nor the most expensive) and Julian’s knowledge and attention to detail was why I chose him over the other 4x quotes I received. Julian opts for a quality first approach in materials and execution (which I appreciate, given I am quite particular). Julian’s team of full time roofers (led by Danny and Andrew – who are both incredibly friendly and detail oriented) completed my project in around a week and the quality is superb. I enjoyed my morning chats with them, as they would brief me on what the day ahead would deliver. Diane (Office Manager) was a pleasure to speak with; Diane was quick to get my job scheduled and always answered my email questions quickly. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Love it. In 2016, my roof was leaking. When there was thunder storm, I could not sleep very well worrying about further damage it would get. The reason I could not get it fix immediately was because I could not find a trusted roofer. After several visits for quotations from multiple roofers, I was about to given up. Then I happened to drove past this business on Parramatta road. I decided to give them a call. Mark came to have a look at my roof and gave me a fair quote. What impress me most is after he replaced the tile on my roof, no leak at all. Now it is 2018, heavy rain or thunder storm is not my worry any more. :) In 2017, my roof is due for Ridge Cap Pointing, so I did not hesitate to contact All Roofing Services to have it done. I believe you pay for what you get. They completed the job beautifully. My roof is like brand new. I am so happy with this business and its customer service. Australia has a lot of sole traders whose service levels vary, knowing a good and honest trader is very important. Therefore, I feel like I owe All Roofing Services a Review. So this is why I take the time to go back to Google and give them a Review of my good experience. This is also a chance to let others know that there is still good trader around. Julian from All Roofing Services came at the time he said he would to give a quick quote for the job. Joanne from the office was good with taking my call and ensuring the important details about my gutter cleaning job were passed on to the person who would end up doing the job. Many months later, they were still happy to take my call about the guttering work I asked to get quoted and completely forgot about. An important thing to note is that All Roofing Services is an umbrella company, and Frontline Guttering was technically the company that did it. From Frontline, Casey and Josh were very friendly and helpful with any hiccups that arose due to rain, delays at other jobs, etc. It actually started sprinkling sporadically halfway through when Josh did the work, but he stuck through it. Five stars, would definitely contact again for guttering work. (A positive review was not requested, no reward was provided for a positive review.)

I highly recommend All Roofing Services. I recently had part of my roof replaced on my heritage weatherboard cottage. The quote from Julian was fair, he came back before the job to brief the team and check on everything. Clear and concise communication from Ben in the office at all times. Adam, Matt and Toby were very respectful of my concerns, especially my concern over my possums! They also installed 2 possum boxes for me while doing my roof. They would check in with me during the progress of the job, and were transparent when the extra cost of battens replacement came up. They worked hard, left the site tidy and clean each day and didn’t trample my garden at all! Great guys, great job all round .

As with most jobs warranty work is sometimes required, and with my job completed by this company I had to call in faults on 2 seperate occasions (otherwise the work appeared to be completed correctly and in time). Unfortunately I had very poor experience with the admin staff on both occasions, field guys were good/responsive, but admin was atrocious (from initial invoicing mistakes to no reply on the warranty work - I had to chase up each time. After these incidences, I asked for the manager to call me to discuss, of course no reply. I was going to ask them to quote for a bigger job I require next year, but it looks I'll be apathetic like their admin and just not bother to call them.

Would not be quick to recommend. The company seems very inefficient. One person attended to quote; 1 person had to come back to measure – no notice was given. The work done was unsatisfactory. A simple gutter replacement was too short, despite someone coming specially to measure. The fit of a simple downpipe spreader was totally botched – we had a giant PVC pipe running ~10 metres down the roof tiles. Took 2 months of following up and emails to get confirmation that the job would be re-done. To their credit they agreed the work was unsatisfactory and didn’t chase payment until it was fixed. For the price I had expected better.

This was the 2nd time I have used All Roofing Services and I'm sure it wont be the last. They are now my 'go to' roofing company. Both times I have used them they have gotten the job done well, were professional and were quick. Their staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both times they have gone above and beyond what they actually had to do and this is greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend All Roofing Services to anyone needing some roofing work done. I have used two other roofing companies in the past and they didn't come close to the service provided by All Roofing Services.

I thoroughly recommend Julian and the team from All Roofing Services. They recently completed the re-roofing of our heritage-listed cottage and we were more than happy with the result and the process. Their communication was excellent at all times, everyone turned up when they said they would (crazy to have to mention that, but it seems so rare these days!), their work was very professional and nothing was ever a problem. I particularly appreciated the care they took of my garden during the work. They took the worry out of what initially seemed like a big scary project to us, and that's priceless.

We had a very positive experience with All Roofing Services for the replacement of our entire roof, from tiles to steel. They were very professional from the initial quote appointment to then mapping out the date and time that they would commence. During the work, everyone onsite was very professional and took time to explain the process. I would happily recommend them to anyone in NSW. The person who did the quote, Michael, was very helpful and available. He explained to me in details what needed to be done and why, which helped me understand what was required and made me feel comfortable. Then they were able to start the work within 2 weeks which I fell was a good timeframe. Simon was looking after the repairs and he was very friendly and great at communicating before coming on site and during the repairs. The works have 2 years warranty which gives me peace of mind. Jo-Anne in the office was also very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with the quick, efficient and professional work just completed by Julian, Andrew and the All Roofing Services team. Only one day needed to remove old slate, reinforce rafters and install colorbond roofing, capping and flashing, plus leaf guards on two gutters on the front half of our roof, AND a tricky job possum-proofing under the eaves at the back of the house. We have just been through a very stormy past few weeks since the new roof (approx 450m2 Cliplock Colorbond) was finished and absolutely no leaks or any other issues. Can't recommend highly enough. We recently had our old concrete tile roof replaced with colourbond by Allroofingservices. It's been a week now since the new roof went up and all is going well so far, with the exception of a small leak in our verandah skylight which was fixed promptly. We're very happy with the way the roof has turned out and would definitely recommend Allroofingservices to others. Their price came in very competitively with our other quotes too.

I had all roofing services pty ltd . replace and fit a section of my flat metal roof, 8m above ground. The roof was inspected for a free quote about 3 weeks ago. I found the roofing expert to be know his trade and explained the work needed to be done very clearly for a novice my me. The roofing guys arrived as booked at 7am. All work was done as quoted. Excellent experience with the All Roofing Services team. They replaced the roof of the terrace next door's roof, and patched and repaired some of ours, including replacing the rusted gutters. From the time of arranging the quote through to the finished work, they've been professional and expert, on time, informative, thorough and considerate. GREAT WORK from the roofers and from the office team. Wholeheartedly recommend.

My quote was for replacement of 7M of straight guttering on a one story building. The quote was $1474. can't comment on their work but had to select a star to be able to do a review. My advice is to get at least 3 quotes before selecting All Roofing Services. Again get other quotes, one supplier wanted $2915. I found good tradesmen for $554. I also costed the items at Bunnings and it came to around $160.

Needed some repairs completed. Were honest and told me they were very busy and there would be a wait. Kept me informed. Julian was very professional in his approach. Couple of delays but always informed me. Ben and Joanne were great too. Would use the company again when needed. Andrew did a good job and was polite when I pointed out a couple of extra issues.
