Even though the trip turned out to be a nightmare for me due to Air Canada mistakes, she vas very professional, knowledgeable and always available. She was able to reschedule my ticket with no extra cost to me, and also was able to get me a refund for the unnecessary second Covid test from Air Canada (due to misunderstanding of the requirements for entering Serbia by Customer Service Agent at the Halifax airport). Anita and her team from All Seasons Travel helped us book our two week trip to England and Ireland. As usual, they have us useful suggestions. Once in England, our flight to Ireland was cancelled a day before. The problem was that we had to be in Dublin on time to join an organized group and there was no time buffer. I read the reviews of this agency and decided to give them a try. I needed help with a large bachelorette. Someone agreed to help me and it started off optimistic but after a few exchanges the worker completely ghosted me- stopped responding to my emails and phone call. Something may have happened but clients should be taken of in some capacity even just an email to let me know I couldn’t be assisted anymore. The emails and waiting and realized I was dropped just wasted my time.

Don't waste your time! We booked a vacation package for five people months ahead, and our flight was cancelled. The only reason we went with an agency was to have someone help us along the way in case of cancellations or other hiccups. When our fight was cancelled (and our entire vacation package), our agent Slavenka was nowhere to be found. What a disappointment. Just book with the airline/provider directly.

One of the employees here must really hate her job. Asking her any questions is a huge inconvenience to her. She rushes you off the phone. I understand you may be busy but so are all of us. Your job is customer relations and if answering questions annoys you so much perhaps you shouldn't work with clients.
