Would not recommend them for any move - especially if you are a woman. They charged me $2000 for a 2 bedroom move. Also, Be prepared to pay for their smoking breaks. - They took 8 hours to move (did not include any packing) - almost an hour of this was spent on smoking breaks, and another hour to fix 8 screws on a bed frame - they did it wrong three times. - They were completely unprepared for the move- they brought ONE dolly for the move, and they asked me to ask my apartment management for more!! When I reached out with a claim, the management responded that they had one dolly per person, which was either a complete lie or the crew didn’t use them so they could charge an entire day to me. - Unprofessional comments on my person - The movers had zero sense of organization or urgency. They were whistling and carrying one tiny piece at a time; NEVER filled the elevator even though they had the key to completely control the elevator and left stuff lying in the hallways. When I started moving things lying around, they started commenting on how I am a strong woman and how I’m doing a great job!! They also starting asking questions on my personal life and questions regarding the items in the move!! The claims process is a joke - they said the stuff wasn’t packed and therefore it took a long time. This is a complete lie; everything including the TV was packed. I let them know that I need help packing and moving the few pieces of furniture I had - they only wrapped the furniture and I was still left to dis-assemble and assemble the main bed myself since they said they couldn’t figure it out - in spite of me providing the instruction manual. And it took them 1 hour to assemble 8 screws on the other bed frame. Their bill collection process was another pain - they had issues with their system but never bothered to check it. They accused me of not paying in spite of me providing proof multiple times that my card was not the issue - they swiped the charge at least 10 times in total. It took them over a month to check and accept that the issue was on their side. All this time, they refused to look at the claim I submitted, and promised to look at the claim after the payment went through. (I only got a dismissive response that I mentioned above on the claim until then - blaming me) Guess what happened after the payment - ABSOLUTE SILENCE on the claim. Again, please avoid this company, especially if you are a woman - it was a demeaning experience that cost a fortune - I feel completely taken advantage of and very disappointed with the attitude.

I had never used movers before but know plenty of people who strongly recommended we consider doing so for this out-of-state move. Given that we were moving 3.5 hours away and had 16 years of accumulated stuff including two full storage units, I am so thankful that we did! At this point I honestly can’t imagine how we would have gotten through this ordeal if it weren’t for the expert handling and care of the All Service Moving Team. Our movers, Mike, Caleb, Louis, and Austin, were the most professional and helpful group of guys that we could have ever imagined supporting us with this and while I hope never to move again after this one I would absolutely hire All Service Moving again if I am ever in need down the road. Everything arrived in perfect condition and even when we discovered that we were over the weight limit, Mike scrambled to find us a solution that involved getting a second truck last minute to make sure that all of our stuff got to our destination safely and in fell swoop. It has taken me a minute to get around to writing this review but only because moving is no joke with a million unforeseen details to attend to. But having these guys on the job at least made it possible for us to make this huge life event possible without breaking our backs and focus on the other headaches that come with moving. If you are on the fence about hiring movers, take my word, it is 100% worth ever penny especially if you go with the All Service Moving team!

I just completed a massive moving job with All Service Moving. They were fantastic in every way. I did two moves with them back to back. First team one met me at two locations, disassembled 4 huge pallet racks and a desk moved both to the new space and Reassemble them. They were cheerful and smart. It was a big job on its own. Then fast forward 3 days and team # 2 started the “big move” they moved hundreds of boxes, THOUSANDS of yards a heavy fabric and 25 industrial sewing machines heavy, fragile, and valuable. The team work was incredible. Quick, cheerful, accommodating, efficient careful and SAFE (with me, my equipment and each other). My sewing shop could not have been in better hands. Both teams really were perfect. That means in my mind the company is doing something right and I would recommend them without hesitation. If I every need anything moved EVER I will not call anyone but All Service Moving. Team one Kyle and his team with Justin and team for the big move was Lion, cowboy, Justin and Josiah. Photos go from starting point to finish two day with All Service Moving made an enjoyable massive move! Strong guys, professional, and worth every penny.

Over the years I have had several separate experiences with movers and All Service blows them all out of the water. Chuck, Brian, and Justin were all amazing. Prompt, professional, communicative, and friendly. I moved from an apartment that was very challenging to get out of (up two flights of outdoor concrete stairs) and all three of them didn’t complain once and handled the situation like pros, all the while taking great care of all my belongings. The cold weather, snow, and ice we got didn’t make things easier but it wasn’t an issue for them at all. They came promptly at the scheduled time and were totally prepared. I never once felt stressed out or uneasy about the move. Chuck was great with helping me with furniture dis/reassembly too! Couldn’t believe how quickly the move was completed and the price was far less than I was expecting (I was prepared with everything packed and ready). Thank you Chuck Brian, and Justin for making my move as stress free as possible! Cannot recommend All Service Moving enough and will recommend to anyone in the Portland metro needing help getting to their new home.

Updated customer experience: The company All Service Moving tried to make better experiences with their customer. They provided an acceptable resolution to me with adjusted moving time per mover. The cost after the adjustment close to a fair price. The result with this moving project took me some time to resolve, but other than that, I have nothing to argue with. So I changed my 1-star review to 4-star review. ———————————————- Old review: Extremely sloth, paid for 3, only 2 men working. 12 pieces furnitures with some small items took them 6 hours to move. The driving distance is about 9 minutes btw. They have not done yet! The pictures are my moving list. And the short video is my mover. Not seeing the bill yet, but by my calculations, they are charging about the same amount as last time I moved from California to Washington state.

All Service Moving quickly moved me and my wife from Portland (our stuff was in a storage shed) to our new home in Bend, Oregon. They were timely and efficient providing a quote and schedule of services. They showed up on time on both ends of the trip and were quick, safe, protective, and communicative during the whole process. The team of Andrew, Maxsim, Cameron, and Brian were friendly, organized, and very thoughtful with how they packed our stuff. At the destination they were very diligent about putting things in the right place and asking first about fragile items. In summary: fair and competitive rates, easy scheduling, clear communication, efficient and safe move. I hope to not move again for decades, but if I do I'll look to All Service and I certainly recommend them to you.

Sebastian, Ricky, and Smalls are TOP TIER movers. Should you work with this company (and you should) ask for this team! They treat your belongings like their own family heirlooms, clean up quick, and are excellent and efficient in their work. I would hire these three any time. It’s not comfortable to have strangers in your house and touching all your stuff - these gentlemen made everyone feel at ease, safe, and taken care of. If you are like me and checked with a few movers at the same time for a quote, you were likely flooded with emails and cold calls for WEEKS from other moving companies. ASM knows how to reach out without being a nuisance - I appreciate the professional empathy and understanding of using contact information responsibly. Use these movers and no others.

Chuck, James O. and Tanaj arrived on time, we’re not only helpful and professional but extremely positive and friendly! While packing we realized we should have gotten a bigger truck, but they used their expertise to somehow fit all of our belongings into a 10x10 uhaul, expert Tetris level lol!! We had a giant toolbox to move down three flights of stairs which they did with ease! While moving we overheard Chuck telling his crew how happy he was to be working with them that morning and they even had tools to use when we realized we had packed the ones we needed to get our tv mount off the wall. Would 100% hire again and recommend to anyone in need of reliable, efficient help with moving!

They were very quickly, worded hard yet took the time to take care of all of our belongings.

Consider this picture before considering hiring this company. If they are careless driving, how careful are they with your possessions? When I asked one of the workers who was the driver of this truck and the broken branch, his immediate response was to ask me if I saw them break it. Parts of the branch are on the back of the truck! A person like that can't be reasoned with. The expected response is to have a polite and civil conversation and take ownership of the issue, not attempt to attack someone. Sadly, they lack professionalism and common courtesy. Consider hiring a company that puts customer service first.

I had a great experience with All Service Moving Portland. My movers were AC and Navarro and they were a great team, and worked well together in ensuring my items were moved safely, securely, and very efficient with time. They were on time, and was very patient and understanding when they had to wait because I couldn't find my keys. I really felt that they were there to help me. They were the best movers I had ever worked with. The ASM staff were also transparent and communicated the process clearly, so there were no surprises. Highly recommended. UPDATE: We used All Service again today with Madge and Pierce. They efficiently moved quite a bit of furniture, boxes, and miscellaneous home goods with attention to detail on safety! We will continue to be loyal customers with how incredible they’ve been. We moved a 1b1b with a lot of stuff, including large pieces of furniture. 3 hours later, on the dot, Madge and Sergei finished and they couldn’t have done better. Not a single piece of furniture, glassware, or otherwise was damaged and they were incredibly efficient. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Edited to add: We just completed the move out from my daughter's storage space (which she moved her things to early in the summer) and I can't say enough about how easy and professional the process was. All Service has their storage on site with their administrative offices, and everything is kept safe and secure. They had our storage cube ready at the loading dock for our appointment, and all we had to do was open it up and shift things into the U-Haul. Original review: Mister and Joseph did an awesome job, super fast and efficient! Happy to do our small move.

Zack and Phillip from All Service Moving, were really fantastic! They were efficient, safe and worked together well to get the job done quickly. So quickly that they were able to deliver my elderly Mom's things to her long hall, on the same day. She was ecstatic! They were so kind and respectful to her, as well as her personal property. I have moved a lot in my life and All Service Moving was the best moving company experience ever. Kyle and Chris were incredible. They arrived on time, were skilled and professional, had the truck loaded in 1-1/2 hours, hit the road from Portland to Astoria and they beat me to my storage unit by 40 minutes (I took a different route)! I provided my key pad access and, by the time I arrived, they were almost finished loading into my units. Moving can be stressful and emotional and these movers made the process so much easier.

Just finished our move with the help of the Beaverton crew of All Service Moving. They were fantastic! Ignacio, Keyon, Jarod, and Tomas were so courteous and attentive. They were very careful with all our items. I especially loved how they made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it before they left. And our sleep number bed was a beast to take apart and put back together; thanks for taking that challenge on! They also put runners down in our new house to protect our new carpets. AC and Navarro were incredible. They had amazing attitudes and were so very helpful. They had excellent communication and we felt very comfortable and confident in their abilities. I have used All Service Moving several times over the last few years. Whether it’s unloaded a truck from a long distance move, or a one day move across town, they deliver in spades. This last time Jay and Adrian helped my partner and I move into a new place together. They did it in record time, nothing was damaged, and they even advised on moving a 10ft tall banana tree (do it with a pick up truck later to not damage it). I’ll definitely keep using All Service Moving.

Worked with Andrew (+different folks for pack-up & unpack) for a long distance move from Portland to the SF Bay Area. Comms and service were very professional, and the move was done efficiently. We were on a tight timetable, and All Service was the only moving company we found that had dedicated trucks with a two day move window. Our scheduler was Zac, who was also great with comms and very professional. Would use again if we are ever get back to Portland.

These guys are amazing! Andrew, Noah, and Julian were our main crew with later help from Navarro and Chuck; they absolutely hustled to get this done in a day for us. We had a last minute emergency move so we needed help packing, loading, and unloading. The day was extremely stressful but these guys were so nice, had great taste in music and the 9 hour day went by FAST! They respected us and our things, we would definitely use them again and again.

My move with All-Service was great from start to finish. We had two pickup locations and a piano, but they made the logistics seem easy. They called a half hour before the move to confirm and showed up exactly when they said. Along the way they helped with all the little decisions and made moving day less stressful. I’ve moved a lot and this was the fastest and most efficient team I’ve worked with. Phillip, Quentin, Kurt, and Zach were awesome!

The movers were very professional and on time. They treated all of my belongings with extreme care and consideration. The move was strategically planned to be completed in the scheduled amount of time. The company employees their own movers, so they are highly vetted. They followed all of the ODOT rules and regulations for billing. I highly recommend this moving company they were very honest and did exactly what was quoted.
