Our door has been "stiff" to lock ever since we moved into our house 13 years ago. We assumed it was normal and coped by giving it some welly. Finally, last weekend it gave up the ghost and refused to open again. We called All Time Locksmith who were able to send out someone at a time that suited us. Theo arrived when we expected him to, and was very pleasant and polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to obtain the necessary replacement part. He explained what the issue had been and what he was doing to fix it. He also carried out some additional work to ensure that we do not have the same problem again. We now have a door that locks smoothly in a way that it probably always should have. Excellent service - thank you!

Ordered from their website beginning of December and paid £9 for delivery or an item that was only £18 anyway and still not recieved anything and is now boxing day. Tried to contact them a week ago and they have no phone number apart from the call out number for a locksmith to come out. Was given an email buy the phone operator that I emailed as well as the email address on their website and have no no response. Very unprofessional and now left with no alternative than to contact the bank to reverse the payment which have NEVER had to do before. From reading other reviews and having my own 1st hand experience would avoid at all costs!

I ordered some keys from Keys4U Locksmith. The keys were sent in a letter envelope which broke during transport meaning one third of the keys were missing. I contacted the company straight away and kept doing so for a month. I called, emailed, sent whatsapp messages, left voicemails... I have yet not received an amicable solution to the issue. I have used another company to change the lock as Keys4U Locksmith did not help me in this regard either. The customer service of Keys4U Locksmith stops responding once they have taken your money. I do not recommend this company.

Came a bit late (about an hour as against the 30 minutes initially promised). But once he was there, the job was quick. Thankfully I haven't used my key to lock as it was an accidental lockout.. He was able to finish his job in under 2 minutes. He just used a long wire.. pushed it through the letter entry slot and turned the handle from inside. Done. Felt a bit cheated paying £84 for this, but atleast it got me in. Would've liked the charge to be effort based, but oh well.. who said the world is a fair place. Thanks for getting me in.

Have previously used this locksmith to cut security keys that most locksmiths cannot and also recently got locks changed. Called, got a quote, and soon got a call from the locksmith when he was outside. (He considerately asked where they could park). He patiently explained the different types of locks and what made them security compliant and then got the job done very quickly. All staff I have ever dealt with have been professional and friendly. Definitely my go-to locksmiths!

Accidentally locked ourselves out with the door on the latch on a Sunday. Our spare key holders were on holiday and no way of breaking in without doing a lot of damage. Rang the advertised number and a locksmith turned up two hours later and opened the door for us. Bear in mind this was a Sunday afternoon in 10cm of snow, the fact a locksmith came out for £80 was a small miracle. He even took credit card payments and I got a receipt by email.

I strongly advise you not to use this company as they rip you of. When I called up they said it was going to cost £49 plus vat so when the guy came to doo the door he said it was going to cost more and charge me more then he should. I can't seem to get through to anyone to which is annoying. Also he said he replaced the lock which he didn't so lied about that and charged me. He had taken more out my bank and robbed me. Avoid

Very easy to deal with. I had arranged an appointment over the phone very quickly as there was no wait time and the advisor was very clear about what they offer. Tom came around an hour later and had finished the job in less than 10 minutes. He even closed a small gap in my front door where the previous lock used to be. He was very polite, professional and clearly efficient.

From £65 that I was quoted + the cost of a lock to change an internal door lock I paid £304.80 for a 12mins job. As a property developer I find that insulting at least when a lock costs £19 and they charge it £95 plus vat. Never again. It's a shame the owner of the business builds the business on lies and deceit. Good luck on doing one off business!

I locked myself out of my apartment at 8:30pm. Awesome. I called one locksmith who said it would be at least an hour wait. I called All Time Locksmith, just to see if there was any way it could happen faster. (My dog really needed to be let out.) He was at my house within 15 minutes and able to unlock my door in less than 2 minutes. Yay!

Have needed to use this service for the second time on a Sunday. Friendly helpful switchboard. Job completed within an hour of calling. I am a landlord and not on site. The locksmith phoned me on arrival to discuss the job and agree a price which is very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

This company go by various names (also Avatar i believe) and will come up on google searches not related to them at all. They will quote you a price for a 'a simple lock' and when they arrive will convince you you have a 'difficult' lock and that it needs to be drilled to open and then replaced costing you much more.

I stumbled upon this locksmith one day and decided to have my apartment & mailbox keys copied, which I had been meaning to do for a while. What a lucky find -- the owner is incredibly nice and helpful. So rare to find such wonderful service these days. Very happy to have such a great business in the neighborhood.

Excellent service. Good/fair prices charged. The engineer was out to us in double quick time even phoning on his way to re assure us. He was polite and proffecional. He gained access in less that two minutes. He is a credit to the company. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

I don't know if you are aware of an invoice from your company dated 23/12/2017, to a customer charged £712.80 for having a new lock fitted on their door, which is being displayed on Facebook. If this is a true posting, you should consider giving a hefty refund to the customer.

Locksmith arrived at the time agreed and was able to open the problem door in matter of minutes. I was able to do the repair myself, so it only cost £30. For parts, easy enough to do for anybody with any DIY skills. Would certainly recommend the service though.

We managed to lock ourselves out of the house on Christmas Day, with a toddler and a newborn. They answered the phone quickly & we had a technician with us within 20 minutes. Back inside shortly afterward. Safe to say they saved Christmas! Highly recommend them

Extremely rude with a bad attitude. Sounded half asleep too. Had an issue with me asking for an email address to issue a Works Order .. clearly didn't want anything in writing and intended to rip us off afterwards as others have started. Do not use

Really expensive service. Quoted and invoiced amount were extremely different. It's funny how they can't even provide evidence of the lock they sell. Will definitely look into the matter and refer to the relevant regulatory department.

Purchased rim lock online. Website failed to generate order number or invoice. Lock received still no invoice. ‘Alex’ claimed it had been ‘resent’. Not received in main box or junk. Contacted again. Still no reply or invoice.

I would recommend this company . I phoned them and they made arrangements to come out at a time that was convenient to me after work . They where able to fix problem with not too much cost to myself .

Complete scam. Do not use this service, they go by different names and claim to be local wherever you are. Will charge you triple price and convince you you need more work doing than you do. Rip off.
