We booked a cruise with Paula and added a premium drink package special. A week before the cruise all was good. Once on board, the premium drink package was not included. We emailed Paula and she said she would take care of it and we should buy the upgrade. Long story short, not only did she not care of the issue costing us hundreds more, but she failed to call or respond to our messages during and after the cruise except to say sorry. This is a virtuoso member? She also failed to put us in touch with her manager and Celebrity cruise representative which I asked her to do. I go through travel agents for their service and advise and this service and advise was awful. She ran away from her error not even trying to make it right.

My granddaughter and I had an absolute fantastic time on our 10-day Alaska tour/cruise put together by Jackie. George has been my travel expert for the past 5 years. He is very patient with me as I can be the impatient customer with multiple emails sent to him within minutes apart from each other. I used All World Travel on the recommendation of a friend. I booked two trips simultaneously - 1 to Canada and the other to Mexico. On the Canada trip they entered my name incorrectly so I had trouble boarding the plane. On the Mexico trip they entered my birth date incorrectly. Accuracy matters...use someone else.

Really second rate service, inability to search flights, refuse to produce itinerary for a complex trip. I had hoped to find a good local agent. I’m not even sure my itinerary is correct because they refuse to produce it. I have a dozen different emails with partial info. They couldn’t even keep my dates straight.

I wouldn't recommend that place for young people. I needed some information and I wanted to book with them my trip to LA and the lady didn't seem to take me serious and I had to explain to her 3 times what exactly my needs would be. But I give 3 stars, because she found good prices.

Nice all around experience,and good all around value for the price and for what it's worth overall.It was not a long visit so I can't make a long term overall rating but it was good nevertheless. I'd recommend it and would like to go back again if given the chance and opportunity.
