Over the winter there is an artificial turf field covered by a dome. Having been there annually for Little League assessments, there was a big improvement in the turf this year. In previous years their turf was filled with tiny green synthetic threads that would cover your entire body. I would find those threads in my house for months after previous visits. I am happy to report that they send seem to have installed a new turf that doesn't have this issue. That aside, the facility is good. There isn't much in the way of amenities in the winter, at least when I was there, but it does provide a space for athletes to do their thing when it's freezing outside and the ground is covered with snow and ice.

A very poorly maintained field. We play soccer there and we found the nets to be broken. By broken I mean the actual metal posts are broken and put together with duct tape that was broken too. The other nets that are not metal-framed are way smaller and are not made for a 6v6 game. I will the pictures talk about the quality of the lines on the field too. Oh and if you have a friend who doubts earth curvature, take them to Lamport. The field is curved with the middle section being high and the sides low. If you are on one side of the field, you won't see what's happening with the ball on the other side because they are on the other side of the curve.

it is a small local stadium in the Liberty Village neighborhood operated by the city. What you see is what you get. It is not a modern arena or temple of sports. The two stands are all concrete, the seats are more like benches with a metal (not wooden) plank, so it can get cold. There's no roof so you might get wet. And when it gets late and the fun sets in the fall season it might blind you a little as it sets just over one of the stands. But, you know what, go there, support your local team and the neighborhood! I've been there twice to cheer for the Toronto Wolfpack and had a wonderful time on every occasion.

My son and I saw a Wolfpack game at this stadium. This stadium is very convenient and fairly easy to get to with lots of ample parking available in and around the stadium. The stadium and game experience is great as Torontonians, I'm proud to say, are some of the most rabid sports fans in the world. We cheer voraciously for any Toronto team. I didn't buy any food or meander to any concession stands but it looked to me that typical sports event food was being served. It was altogether a great experience, one that would be a great event with the whole family.

I played a tournament on the turf field recently. It's been relatively recently been renovated, but it's still a far cry from modern turf fields. The field is noticeably sloped that it can affect play. More importantly, there is a logo in the middle of the field where there is a exposed concrete in the seam between the turf with the logo and the main turf, posing a serious safety hazard. The exposed concrete in the seam is probably 3-5 meters long and at least 5 cm wide at points. If you're playing on the turf field here, take care not to injure yourself

Good venue, great location (Liberty Village)! As a spectator, there's no bad seat in the place and as a bonus you have a spectacular view of the buildings and city skyline surrounding the stadium! A Wolfpack match is a fun event to watch there and afterward there are plenty of good restaurants close by to chose from. My only disappointment was with the staggering amount of garbage and empty beer cans left behind by the fans. The recycling bins and garbage cans are literally steps away! This is not how you support your team!

Nice stadium in the heart of Downtown Toronto. I originally came here for the Gatorade O Course ( I recommend doing this obstacle course, its for breast cancer and it is free!). The stadium itself is a massive open area. Lots of seating areas and the parking lot is huge. Not much else to say about the stadium; its in great condition and there are lots of washroom facilities. There is a track and the inside of the track is a field type of material that is used for soccer and such.

I've worked nearby for about three years and have seen a few events over that time. Most recently some Wolfpack rugby games. It's a nice spot to enjoy an afternoon. For events the sound system and scoreboard could use some work but overall it's a great time. The new turf looks awesome. What's more is the surrounding park area is quite nice! Benches, tables, and quite a few trees to shade them provides a great lunch spot for anyone working in Liberty Village.

Terrible food and incredibly rude service. While we were ordering our food, the waiter was distracted with other customers. We then waited over an hour for our food. Our drinks were empty, but noone came to refill them. When we got our food, it was either bland or too salty. We left without leaving a tip. When we got home, my son vomited due to food poisoning. We are looking into a lawsuit. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here.

Nicely located stadium with free parking attached to it making it convenient. The problem is that its location says its on King Street while actually the parking is on the opposite side. This makes it a bit confusing to enter the first time. Otherwise, its not a bad location or facility. Toronto Argonauts Football team holds its training in that location and its free to access during their excercise time and their drills.

Prime location, close to subway and other public transit. Lots of free parking in the area if you know where to park. I enjoy playing on this Turf as it's still fairly new and in good condition. On a regular night, you'll find soccer and ultimate Frisbee taking place here! I believe this field is currently contracted to Stadium Sports but might be wrong! Regardless, one of my fav location to play soccer in the city!

This outdoor stadium is old-school. General, unassigned seating on concrete bleachers. Such a small venue that all seats are pretty good. In 2018 you can still easily find street parking, or use the lot behind. Beer and hot dogs etc available during the games. catch the Toronto Wolfpack here for a sporting event with reasonably priced tickets. Bring weather appreciate gear.

Have recently watched the Toronto Wolf Pack rugby games here. It's a very basic stadium with metal benches for seats. Food and snacks are very limited and not very good. Not enough washrooms. There is a large Green P lot available for parking and it is a short walk to the Go Train Exhibition station. Atmosphere is great and it's lots of fun to watch the rugby games here.

The vibe of the people is great, and the game was awsome, but the place is getting run down and not being maintained. Could be great with some renovations. And the food is over priced and gross. All the meat is boiled and anything that comes in a neon yellow liquid from a can should not deserve to be called cheese. Food rips you, bit the events are fun.

Older multi-use outdoor stadium in the west end of downtown Toronto. Opened in the mid 70s and currently hosts the Toronto Wolfpack Rugby team who play the sport as part of the professional English rugby league. Fun fact... The stadium is built on the site of the first women's prison in Canada! Andrew Mercer Women's Reformatory operated from 1872-1969.

This is a pretty decent Stadium right in the middle of downtown Toronto. It is older and used for outdoor use only. Predominantly for amateur sports. They do soccer leagues, flag football and Ultimate Frisbee here during the summer months. Used quite substantially by Toronto sports and social club. Would recommend if you want to stay active.

I play on a recreational sport team here organized by Jam Sports. The facilities could use a bit of touch up, for example the hallways and the bathrooms. Just remember to wear TURF shoes (rounded plastic on shoe bottom) and Not spikey outdoor soccer cleats that have destroyed this field in the past. Help keep this field in great shape

The turf badly needs to be addressed. Run a vacuum over it. Half the field ends up in my living room after tracking it across the city. It's impossible to get out of soccer socks. The men's washroom hasn't been cleaned since 2017, wouldn't trust the showers. The lights inside the dome are dangerously low. Someone is going to get hurt.

All depends what you like. Lamport is old school cement bleachers built by the Parks Department. The vendors at Wolfpack games are local independents. It has a fun, community feel. If you're looking for a Skybox at the Skydome, you'll hate this. Early and late in the year, the wind off the lake can be cold, but better than BMO field

A great stadium to watch The Wolfpack. A fantastic atmosphere and a great warm welcome from David and his pals. I’d recommend anyone go to Canada with their Rugby League team. When (not if) they get into Super League I’d like to see the big teams turn up in numbers. Dewsbury took a fair few but we’re limited in headcount.

Ok for what it is: an older municipal stadium with bench seats on both sides of the stadium. Cramped quarters inside the structures when the stadium is near full makes the lineups for the washrooms long. Does have a fun, raucous atmosphere for Toronto Wolfpack games. Stadium is ideal for their team

This is for the snackbar. Ordered an iced tea at Wolfpack semi-finals game in October. The iced tea had expired in June. They gave me another. That one expired in July. Then another that expired in Sept. Finally they found one not expired. I wonder how many expired Iced Teas they sold that day

A neighbourhood stadium, where the Toronto Wolfpack play. Tiered seating, with tickets general admission only. I understand it will be upgraded now that the Wolfpack have been promoted to the Super League. Nothing fancy, but an excellent place to watch. Especially on a sunny day.

Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because it runs a little to hot with the heaters..two of the guys Robbie and Willie (not to be confused with Robbie Williams) had to be treated with heatstroke after one session there! Other than a good place to practice soccer

Went for a Toronto Wolfpack rugby game. Place is nice and open, seating allows for a good view even with someone sitting directly in front of you. Location is fairly convenient as well. Food + drink prices were elevated, however typical for mid sized sporting events.

I follow the Toronto Wolfpack in this stadium. It is convenient for parking and local bars and restaurants and the stadium facilities are very good. It has never rained there and that would be the only negative as the place has no roof if there was inclement weather.

Great place to watch the Wolfpack. Services are awesome, washroom facilities for women are virtually non existant. Let girls go pee in the "mens" room. Otherwise, it's an awesome place to go and meet the players . Truly the best sports experience in Toronto.

Home of your Toronto Wolfpack. Stadium is bare-bones but the concessions and beer were surprisingly affordable and featured a bunch of craft beer. In-game experience was a little cheesy, but it's a fledgling team and the community around it is incredible.

Open from all four sides, it usually looks like university stadium, but the outfield was good. Watched a rugby match and it was fun. Hard liquor were on higher side of price with $9.5 for one glass, token for which you have to take from another counter.

Good stadium but currently closed and park beside is being used as space for homeless and now they are kicking them.out. sad though. Authorities should arrange shelter before this action of humility. Simple.logic but can't work for addiction. Dark part

Great downtown sports facility. Super accessible by TTC (504 King streetcar stops outside and 63 bus passes right by). Well lit so you can play till late in the summer/fall, and then the roof goes on around Halloween so you can play through the winter.

I think what gives value to this stadium is the area and the surroundjng business tgat help create a friendly neighbour atmosohere! Lacks in size, hoerver I wouldnt mind going back to watch a Toronto Wolfpack game again or any other game at this venue!

Now a Wolf Pack and rugby fan after watching a game at stadium. Can't wait for the next season to start. Definitely going back. Good thing about this stadium is available parking near by and plenty of bars for refreshments before and after a game

There is pretty much no cover from the elements, so be sure to wear a hat and some sunscreen on sunny days. It can also be rather difficult to hear the announcers during games as they seem to point the speakers away from the fans for some reason.

Lamport Stadium is home field for the Toronto Wolf Pack, which is the local professional rugby team. The game was an awesome experience. The game is fast. The team regularly wins. The fans are dedicated and support the team. Ontario-based

A good facility that still works well despite its age. Some renovation in the future will improve the facilities. It is currently used by the Toronto Wolfpack Rugby League Team, which is an affordable day out to a highly enjoyable sport.

Fun, comfy seats, zero shade however is a bit of a bummer, but real community feel to the stadium. Prices very reasonable for stadium drinks and food. Friendly staff and good view of the field no matter where u sit. Great day out .

A great stadium!!! A beautiful ambience and a nice complex. Stuff where helpful and nice. Locker rooms are clean with a shower inside. Stadiums ground is always in a good shape so it’s nicely ready to play. Parking lot available .

Great local venue for watching the Toronto Wolfpack Rugby games. Forget the big expensive venues that feel you up on the way in and only want to clean out your wallet. Come watch rugby, a ruffians sport played by gentlemen.

Big outdoor Stadium. Bright at night when lights are on. Metal seats are hard to sit on for long periods of time. Washrooms are crammed and small. Overall a nice place to watch an event. Easy to get there from bus too.

City owned and operated stadium. Attended a Usl soccer game. Utilitarian concrete bleachers on both sides of the field, reasonable score board, non alcoholic food services. Easy to get to as the street cars stop there.

Went for a Wolfpack Rugby game. Contesting stands take interac but if you want the beer guys you need cash. Aluminium Bench seating with some seating for wheelchairs and strollers. You might want a pillow for the game.

Good experience except for the seats, they are not too comfortable I brought a small cushion. The washroom was floor was flooded with long lineups. However, there was a great view of the sunset! Enjoy the music! ❤️

Five stars because it was my first time watching a rugby game, we won and it was exciting. The stadium is old but it's part of the appeal; plus it's in a great part of town to go for drinks and food afterwards.

Great place to watch The Toronto Wolfpack rugby team play and while grabbing a craft beer in the beer but make sure to use a lot of sunscreen and wear a hat because only one side of the stadium is shaded

Easily accessible from the king streetcar. Old turf field that sheds and clings to everything. Washrooms and changing rooms available. In winter they have a bubble and host soccer and ultimate leagues.

Stadium needs renovations, very old and unmaintained. Security safe are rude and unhelpful. No in and outs so smokers must wait until match is over. Only redeeming feature is the craft beer selection.

This review is prior to the closure of the venue for turf replacement. The only positive with Lamport is the proximity of the TTC and Liberty Village restaurants. Turf has seen better days, though.

A very basic open air stadium. There are concessions but, like almost every other stadium, over priced and not that good. You can get beer and cider in the stands. Municipality parking near by.

Nice well-kept stadium with ample seating and brand new Astro-turf. Canteen facilities are standard and the halls/entrances are a bit dim and dingy but clean. Bathrooms do need an upgrade

We only come here for a Wolfpack game. Seats are close and you can watch and see the game wherever you sit. Concessions are really expensive here. Make sure you dress for the weather.

Lovely day out to see the tremendously talented Wolfpack play. The6had freezies for the kids which was a bonus and surprise on a scorching hot day. Bring a hat and ple9of sunscreen!

A small yet intimate stadium without a roof, the turf was upgraded for the 2017 inaugural rugby league season for the first trans Atlantic sports franchise, Toronto Wolfpack.

Entrance not clearly marked making it a tedious journey for a newbie. Washrooms are easy to get to and weren't as bad as they could have been. Needs a little upkeep though.

Wolfpack games are always a great time! Family friendly, excellent beer selection in the beer garden, friendly staff and every seat had excellent sight lines of the field.

Toronto Wolfpack games are a heck of a lot of fun here, with a great craft beer garden that the players join after the game. Also totally kid friendly, which is fantastic.

As sexy as a parking lot can get in liberty village. Play, eat, drink or people watch while your car sits in this lot away from the stop and go traffic.

Love the Wolfpack. The atmosphere there is top drawer. I drive up for every home game. Love the people and the beer garden is very unique and fun.

Went for a Wolfpack game. Good setup and easy to walk to from Exhibition Go Station. Stands are just metal bleachers but have lots of foot room.

Outdoor stadium with a good looking pitch. Bring a towel to wipe off the water if it's raining and bring a cushion if you want a little comfort.

For a dated stadium it's a great venue for watching rugby. Everything is up close. Easy access even with a big crowd.

Lamport Stadium hosted the King &Queen Mas Competition recently. I think it is a good venue for this event.
