Absolutely brilliant communication everyday and always felt like we were Trang priority. There is not enough space here to write everything I need to say, but Ill give it go lol... I attended an open home which was being held by Dominika Antalfy. The property was over our budget and just wasn’t for us. Dominika then continued to provide extensive insight into other properties in the area even properties that she was not managing. Even after this point Dominika continued to follow up for weeks providing an expert opinion on many properties we were interested in at the time. providing property reports, advice and most of all a friendly helpful touch. Actively looking for a home I dealt with 100’s of realestate agents. Dominika was by far the most helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Being a manager in an industry which also can have a bad name I understand the importance that someone like Dominika has to overcoming the stigma and prove otherwise. I'm mainly leaving this review under experience as we do not rent through Alliance Real Estate. The owner of the property we were renting through decided to sell their properties a few weeks back, and used Alliance Real Estate as their choice of agent. The level of professionalism, general courtesy and no-fuss approach in between setting up the initial process of what will happen before they start selling (general view of property, taking photos) and what happens during viewings on weekends (30mins of your time) were all explained thoroughly, and even though a few hiccups occured on my end, they were patient and helpful throughout it all. We hadn't yet experienced "living in a rental being sold" at the same time, so this was a new one for us. They've been very kind to my family and I before and especially during our move! Always respectful and always on time! Thank you Rema and team for letting this be a hassle-free and smooth transition! Best wishes to you all.

One of the worst mistakes I have ever made was deciding to choose Alliance and in particular Beti to lease out my property. Beti was absolutely rude and unprofessional being unclear with expectations and time frames and expected us out of our property several days to what we initially agreed upon. Then not only that, she would contact me over the phone and aggressively speak to me regarding her time frames and how she’s got several properties to look after and didn’t want to work around our time frame - the one we initially agreed upon. If you are going to think about leasing your property with her, think again as her rudeness and unprofessionalism and deceiving timelines and expectations is more than enough to make a terrible experience for you too. Absolutely horrific experience. Would never recommend to anyone.

It's really an old school approach to deny me as a customer (and also all reviewers with one star) in front of public to beautify your agent image! If you have done a mistake, you would need to apologize and fix that instead of denying your customers! Not sure where to start from to explain to everyone here the most awkward experience and the discrimination that I have been facing for a year with your employees! Since day one dealing with the team, you have been pushing me to write a positive review, and I realized after a year what you were trying to do! Basically, majority of the reviews here either are fake reviews or people that have been pushed at earlier stages to do that before they get exposed to the real experience. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this agency based on a true experience.

Absolutely shameful. To show a house for rent where the outdoor roof is literally caving in above the BBQ, visible water leaks coming from the bathroom sink, and black mould all through the roof.
