So we wanted replacement vehicle and we contacted dealers in Adelaide they have this car available and still Allianz is not doing anything and saying that this car is not available till august so have to do cash settlement! What a fake people! 3 dealers in Adelaide have this car and we informed allianz about them but no Allianz is saying that it will take time why don’t you want cash and all but dude we want replacement vehicle, don’t you even understand that! I hope you can understand our problem and look into it genuinely! Please make a move faster so that we can get our car! Please!"

I had a comprehensive full insurance for my brand new car in 2022. Almost after a year later I had a car accident and it was not my fault as someone hit my car from the back while i standing on red light. Then I made a insurance claim through Allianz. My car has been dropped to a crash repairer and now repairer waiting for parts to arrived so he can fix my car, it's talking more than a month and Allianz refused to provided me a hire car more than 30 days. I raised complaints to Allianz because it's not fare as it was not my fault for this accident and they continue refusing my complaint. It is a big fraud Allianz doing to us people, because even if you call them today at 131 000 and ask if i have a car accident and its not my fault and how long Allianz can provide me a hire car, they will tell you straight way if its not your fault we will provide you hire car as long as your car doesn't get fix. But they are big lier. I have all the evidence. I have made complaint to ombudsman now let see if comes any positive outcome. Now after completing one month I hired a rental car on my own cost and paying for it until my car getting fix.

I would like to try and attach an image to say that I’ve been on hold now for one hour and five minutes. I was also on hold for over an hour on Friday. I have sent in legal document that has allowed me to sell a to somebody else for them to own a car, and to say that I no longer have the car which is a Vic roads paper I have been ringing Allianz for over two weeks. Apparently they’re so complaints department doesn’t have a human being that works. I have literally just spent the last 10 minutes of the end of an hour and five minute phone call to actually asked for the name of person he as apparently been putting me on hold to speak to for over a 40 minute he reckons he has spoken to 2 people, but yeah has no name for either person Also has no manager that you can transfer me to? Is also sitting in an offshore account apparently from India, so I’m not actually speaking to somebody that is in Australia his name was aadiphthya apparently so good luck, if ever you get him on the phone I wished I could give zero stars, I will never ever be with this company ever again

I should have read the reviews before purchasing the OVHC from Allianz for my elderly mother. By reading some of the reviews knowing some had been waiting for over 6 months ++ and yet to receive the fund from the insurance claim....ours which we had submitted in March, April and May this year would have to wait till hopefully by Christmas, if, they decided to pay!! They have every possible documents we could provide and their "Clinical Care Team" is trying every possible way to decline my mother's hospital & medical claims!! When you try to reach out to the case manager, she can never be spoken to on the phone. And when her colleague provided us her direct work email address to cc the requested documents to her, she decided to block our email address. And your claim method.....it is such an old school and the worst method to lodge a claim. Terrible....Think twice before you buy your covers from Allianz.

I was involved in a hit and run where the other party side swiped my vehicle and did a runner. Made the claim the same day, followed the instructions to go to their nominated crash repairer, and was told my car would be fixed. I have this in writing. Took my car in for the repair date yesterday, 2 1/2 months after the claim was made, only to then be told that they had another assessor deem my car a "total loss" and put on the write-off registry. There was NO communication prior from the repairers or Allianz that an additional assessment was going to be made, and now I have been left without a personal vehicle which I rely on to do my job. Went from being promised a repair job to then having my car taken from me in the space of five hours. Enormous bait-and-switch.

These is a very bad insurance. my car got stolen and I reported it to the police. They said that I gave some one my car and said you just want to claim the car my car. They also took the stolen car case from a week to 3 month and didn't do anything and closed the case but, luckily the police found our car and I went there and got it and email the that my phone,laptop and that other stuff was missing. The car was also damaged from the back. They replied that the they don't care and said they are going to close the stolen car case .after this I don't recommend this insurance . Please check everything before you get this insurance because they are really bad.

I have just received my car insurance renewal. 60% increase. Have not made a claim or had an accident. I sent 3 e-mail requests asking them to explain the increase. Not one reply, so I phoned 131000 asking the same question to be told the increase is probably due to the floods & record amount of claims Allianz has had to payout. Well Allianz you have just lost a loyal customer who had three car & home & contents insurance with you. To ask your valued & loyal customers to fit the bill for your loses on a once in a life time flood is nothing short of disgusting. I suggest everyone check your policy before renewing. Geoff Walker

I took out contents insurance years ago with extra cover for “unspecified” personal valuables. This gave me peace of mind that our mobile phones and laptops were covered under a lower excess. Went to claim on a smashed phone only to be told electronics are no longer covered under this unless “specified”!!! Apparently it was mentioned in the fine print on page ?? in the PDS 1,000 page book sent with my renewal last August. My cost increased for cover so being like majority I did not read that blue book page by page and was blissfully unaware that my important things were no longer covered.

If I could leave no stars I would, had my policy doubled in price, got told it's because of the market we are in, yet call another insurance company and they will match my last policy. I tell this to the operator but still get given this is the best they can do so rather then keeping a customer that has paid for years they say that's the best they can do. I have cancelled my policy and will be spending the Allianz ways with all my friends and family thanks alot.

Allianz customer service team are truly customer centric!!. Every time I interact with the service team I am super impressed around how quick and responsive they are. I love that after each call Allianz ask for feedback straight away to improve in anyway they can. Bottom line is on every personal interaction I have had they are very professional and quick to resolve and that is rare these days from my personal experience!! Well done Allianz

Have to question tactics and form when raising my elderly mothers' home contents policy > 100%, ($600 to $1300) claiming flood risk when there's been no flood at the property over 30+ year ownership. Upon enquiry, told to go elsewhere. We did and obtained the same contents cover with flood insurance cheaper than the original policy cost with an alternative large SA based insurance Company. Thanks for the tip to go elsewhere !

I logged an urgent claim with Allianz and they told me a claim team member will call me within 48 hours for next steps (e.g. inspection). Sadly, after almost 72 hours, no one ring me or even send me a message. Tried to ring their hot line 13 10 13 and it always tells me "all of our agents are busy". Does this insurance company really exist? Definitely no trust on this and I am going to change my home insurance company.

Good luck trying to make a travel insurance claim! It's all online, and even after I've provided them with everything they requested, I waited months, had zero contact from them. I called and they said something went wrong with the lodgement, but couldn't tell me what it was. Made the claim a second time and still absolutely no contact from them. They will take your money and hide. Don't put yourself through the pain.

As a loyal car insurance customer, I have received increased premiums nearly double what I paid last year. I enquired about the increase and was told covid, floods blah blah blah. Then I was asked to increase my excess to reduce a near $550 increase. I do not recommend Allianz; they send you to offshore communication locations and do not value customers. Look elsewhere for value and service!

I would never change insurers. If you phone them and there's a fair wait time, they take your phone number and call you back. (By contrast I tried to contact AAMI many times this month unsuccessfully by phone and email.)ALLIANZ Insurance is on floor 10 of ALLIANZ HOUSE, 55 Currie Street, Adelaide. this company is a joke one of my clients carport half fell down. they sent their assessor who deemed it was atmospheric pressure and refused the claim. my opinion being in real estate for 36 years the glue from China failed. this landlord is pulling 3 policies from you, and I will ensure my 160 other clients move as well.

This is just terrible. On behalf of my mother. With allianz for 40 years, they have decided to decline my liability Insurance, as I have horses for pleasure riding on my place. I am very angry! This makes things impossible!. So much for loyalty and trust! I feel betrayed!
