I've only found 1 or 2 girls that work here helpful and good at what they do. There's 1 particular girl Casey ( the manager ) who needs some intense training on how to actually manage and run a store. Her poor staff. Her attitude towards customers and her colleagues is so unprofessional, imitating them behind their back, showing no leadership at all. Quickly stereotyping customers following or singling them out because of their appearance checking their belongings and accusing them of stealing. Every time I've attended the store she has made me uncomfortable staring and following me around. A lot of my friends have voiced the same to me and this is why a lot of people refuse to shop at this particular ally fashion . Customer service 0/10

I went in there expecting to be treated as a number like most retail outlets, but this one worker, Thuy I believe her name is, was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and needed for a particular event, and she did everything she could to make sure I was happy with what she suggested. She definately made my shopping experience with Ally Fashion, a lot more personal and enjoyable than I have had at any other store.

Came into the store, needed a hand with picking out some gift for my sister last minute, described what style of clothes she wears and I was served by a lovely worker name Thuy. Will be coming back to the shop to look for Thuy for more assistance in the future. Thanks Thuy, my sister loves the gift! 10/10 excellent customer service support and friendliness.

Carly & her staff went above and beyond to help out with returning an item after loosing my receipt. They made sure to stay in contact especially over the bush Christmas season. Also the store has a really good variety of the ally fashion connection.

All the girls at the Hollywood store are so helpful compared to other stores. My partner and I always get greeted straight away and they're always happy to help with style checks if they don't have any in stock at their store.

Asian girl was so efficient and friendly! I called up the Hollywood store in advance to confirm if a skirt was in stock. When I came in to try it on, the employee had already reserved, and steamed it for me!

My experience visiting ally was really nice and full of vibes the manager and team are so sweet and welcoming, also really helpful with outfit choices, I come here all the time I love ittt x

the ally fashion at hollywood is my favourite ally to shop at because the manager and her team are AMAZINGGGGG at helping me pick out great outfits. it’s always a great vibe in there

I was looking for an outfit for a 21st and the girl assisting me Thuy was extremely helpful. I left with a few more items than I intended on purchasing but it was worth it!!

My girlfriend always shops there and she loves the staff, always friendly and helpful. I talk to them too sometime and they seem like down to earth people.

Went into Ally, Hollywood plaza, and one lady was really helpful and nice. Another lady, Asian lady, was really rude. Her customer service was appalling.

The girls have really good customer service, I always get greeted when I come in needing assistance with clothes for my partner. Would shop again
