One of the first and probably best hotels in the new administrative capital. It's a huge hotel resort with rooms, suites, villas and some club houses. Even a helicopter landing pad is available. As the streets leading to the hotel are pretty much under construction, you really need to follow Google maps and the signs both to arrive. Security is above average. Service is professional and friendly. The rooms are big and in include a shower and a bath. The beds are way too soft and may cause back pain. There are heated indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and other facilities. One problem is: there are very few guest there. In February 2020 there where less than 25 guests at one time. So the selection of food etc is a bit reduced. The meeting rooms are without daylight and the a/c are tuned to be very cold. To be frank: I would prefer Sekem or Anaphora for a conference. But it if has to be in the new capital, this hotel is a good choice.

Premium hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very helpful staff speaking few languages. Attentive and fast reacting. Very nice architecture and design. Hotel was build in 2017 (as per staff words) and in some places it is visible but maintenance really nice. Huge rooms and corridors. Swimming pool and artificial sea side beach. In the territory thete is conference hall and electric cars to move over territory. Rooms is clean. Have iron with iron table, storage safety box, big counter. Additional covers and pillows, robe and home shoes. In bathroom shower and bath tube in the same room.

Unbelievably luxurious !! Every meter of the hotel is a different luxury area. The reception is enormous, the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean, fancy furniture, and the decoration is amazing. The facilities are plenty so you will have a lot of fun exploring them all thoughout the stay. The restaurants options are decent, food is tasty and there are different varities. Swimming pool is crystal clear, I loved the artificial beach, wonderful for the afternoon. The children will have a lot of fun playing in the kids area, where teens and kids can enjoy pool and playstation. The atmosphete at night in front of the dancing fountain is excuisite.

Location At this point ... It is located in the middle of nowhere due to the fact that the whole area is still under construction yet there are no other hotels in the area Staff Lack of efficiency They can hardly serve An incident occured in front of me a person got stuck in the elevator ...they could not manage Price Over priced and they make sure they use the fact of how far and isolated the location is to drain your pockets ... Room facilities... Use of cheap shampoo and the like that doesn't match the star numbers that level the place Generally It is a pleasant hotel in the sense of room comfort and how spacious it is.

جيت عندي الم في ضرس وافادوني بوجود مشكلة في العصب ولازال الالم موجود وبالصدفة اكتشفت وجود الم اخر في ضرس اتضح فيما بعد هو سبب المشكلة وبه خراج كان العمل على الضرس الاول خطأ او ليس هو السبب الرئيسي وعذرهم انها لم تظهر في الاشعة. الشيء الثاني معظم العيادات الممتازة يتم ازالة العصب في جلسة واحد فقط ولكن انا سار لي اكثر من ١٤ يوم عشان ينهو مشكلة العصب. العيادة تحتاج الى تطوير في الاجهزة والاطباء يحتاجو للاطلاع على خبرات وحالات موضية اخرى وعدم الاكتفاء بما تعلموه فقط. المفترض يتم اجبار كل الاطباء بالخضوع لاختبارات سنوية من قبل وزارة الصحة والاجبار بحضور دورات حضورية واونلاين لتحديث المعلومات

A simple haven on earth.. can’t give the full stars as still all surroundings are inoperable so there is nothing to measure against but a definite five stars.. layout, landscape, lavish service and hosts’ standards .. just haven’t tested the variety and full amenities and other restaurants but Elkhedewy is a mark on spot and the accompanying terrace are both just fulfilling again in a year no more this location and venue will have a global ranking.. bravo All staff juniors before Managment!

Who would dare say less than perfect for the top construction in the New Administrative Capital ? 5 stars for the opulence, area and grandeur, and certainly tough to compete with. However, the military atmosphere prevails and transpires in the staff who move around, serving, cleaning and mounting guard. The lack of human touch is spoiling the fun in every aspect of your stay. Still, a great place to spend your day in luxury.

Well, all that can be said is: yet another grandiose and opulent mammoth sized hotel, boasting luxury and aiming to impress with massive architecture, grandiloquent style and generous space. Here and there, you're bound to find refined touches, like a colored glass mural fresque depicting an XVIII century string and flute quintet, but then the rest is characterless. F&B is very good and clean, but also unimpressive.

It is very good, very well built and, and luxurious. Though it is new, it has an authentic, classic aura thanks to its well planned well implemented decor, porcelain, marble, tinted glass, stairs, flair forge, paintings and all. However, it is quite remote and yet too isolated, and this will change soon once the new capital is officially inaugurated with the moving of the ministries and the government by mid 2020 and all schools and universities starting soon.

This is the best hotel that i have ever visited This is more than 5 star hotel i believe. The hotel is so fancy and luxurious, the rooms are vast, clean and wonderful and so is the bathroom cozy and comfy I really loved the rooms and the views from the rooms. There is a fancy spa and health club, pools and gym You don't have to go out of the hotel everything is available. The staff is very experienced, helpful and kind I really enjoyed my stay there

Good place with alot of dissappoitment, The working team was very nice and cooprating But Spa?! Sluna was broken, no lounge, no changing room.. Food was teasty but very low variations. And fowers was dead in the main Hole. Kids aeria is amazing but no supervision or anyone near to help or making cars work.. Very good place with low mantanance and few workers

Not happy with my stay, ok very large room. The meeting rooms and interior are luxurious. But WiFi was no working during my stay, no battery inside my TV remote asked them from the reception with no response. The new capital city is still under construction so you have to stay in the hotel. Only for business meetings I recommend

Its decorations are amazing maybe a bit expensive but food and rooms are so good. It's located in the dessert far away from Cairo and everything else. If you ever wanted to order food or go anywhere, you won't be able to. Even Uber driver doesn't arrive there! المزيد

فندق الماسة اعتبره منتجع من أفخم الفنادق من حيث الطراز والنظافة والحدائق وطريقة تصميمها والخدمات والأمن وتعامل الموظفين َ راقي جدا. يصلح لمن أراد الاستجمام والراحة والهدوء وخاصة العوائل. وسعره مناسب مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى في قلب القاهرة.

Wonderful place. Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the new capital. Extremely luxurious with surprising facilities. Efficient very nice staff. Delicious food. Perfect place for conventions and for a cozy weekend getaway

overall experience is accepted, but I'll share the disadvantage only, no nightlife available, no animation team available, kids pool guard not available the walkway at the grass area around the pool is very slidey

The place is huge, luxurious, and safe. I went there for a friend's wedding and it was really nice. It is extremely expensive though.

Hotel overall were amazing, I liked how the room was organized and clean, pool view were really nice. The pool and beach experience were great. In general everyone were kind and friendly.

فندق رائع، بالرغم من كونه بعيد جدا عن القاهرة، تقريبا عن وسط البلد ساعة وربع، وعن التجمع الخامس ٤٠ دقيقة. لكن يستحق ليلتين من دون خروج منه. خدمات ممتازة، وخدمة ممتازة
