This evening at 18:55 I called the pharmacy to let them know I stay a few minutes away and I urgently need to come through to get some fever medication for my baby. Could they please wait for me as it would be tight to get there before 19:00 when they close. All while grabbing my keys and getting into my car. I was put through to the Chemist on duty to whom I repeated my emergency and got a response of: "you know we close at 19:00?". I rushed over and arrived at 19:00 to find the pharmacy fully locked up already. I do understand that you owe me nothing, but I clearly should have seen the response as the big middle finger that it was. I truly hope that the day you are in a bad situation, that the person you ask for some help from, shows you some compassion.

The Pharmacist’s are pro-Afrikaans ! This morning was my third time going into this pharmacy and the treatment has been consistent. If you are black, I would recommend you visit your known commercial pharmacies, you will get service instantly. Dineo Skosana, your review said it all!!!! Three experiences later, I am comfortable to agree with you.

Good and friendly staff. Pharmacists who show real empathy, and are usually spot on and very helpful. As far as pharmacies go, they are not as big as the mega chaons, but give true personal service, and go beyond what is sadly the norm today. Never long lines and you can get sorted quickly.

The staff at this pharmacy is racist. They are happy to smile and ask follow up questions and provide much-needed detail to Afrikaans customers, but not a black person. I have been monitoring the pharmacy long enough now to know that they don't want black money.

We love our neighbourhood pharmacy! They always have what has been prescribed and they are full of great advice for us, as well. Will drive past other pharmacies just to come to this one in my neighbourhood.

Pharmacist here are always so nice and accommodating... Yolandie is the sweetest pharmacist and absolutely went out of her way to help me after a long and horrible day... Will only go to them from now on

First time interacting with the pharmacy. Needed a script to be delivered. They were the first pharmacy I could find stating delivery. Received my medicine in just over in hour from calling. Thank you!

Essentially the best pharmacy in the West Rand by a country mile. Charles Kruger, the neighborhood superhero runs a tight ship but you will struggle to find a more helpful and caring wellness service.

Usually good service when I purchase medicine. But when I try to phone to enquire about a certain medication I was put on hold then the call was cut.

Charles and his team give good advice and dispense at a reasonable price. Walks the long walk with you. Great people.
