I have been renting from Alpine Storage for a good amount of time now. I had given them a thirty day notice that I was done, only to find out four months later I was being charged some pretty outrageous charges. I never received any notice until this last week about these additional charges of a few items I had left behind going to auction. For example I was being charged a cut lock notice fee and a pre lien notice fee without actually being notified. When I went in to settle my debt I was treated unfairly and very rudely. I was told if I paid $400 and moved everything out they wouldn't charge me the rest. When I was cleaning things out (prior to the charges and after) there were a vast amount of rat droppings and severe damage done to my belongings. When I was cleaning out the remaining items I was startled when encountered two mice. Which scurried into a hole in the wall of the storage unit. Finally I had an explanation for the smell and the tremendous damage done to my property! Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Terrible customer service and an unsafe environment to store your belongings in as well as to be in for any period of time! Do not use them if you value your money and belongings!

The units are expensive, the staff is unprofessional, the Gate closes at 8pm etc. Horrible hours for someone that is in the process of moving. When I came in to rent the girl looked like she just rolled out of bed and into the office with a baby on her hip. I'm pretty sure she lives on site. I was told you can't be inside the gate after 8pm or you'd be locked in. She gave me a temporary code to be able to access the gate that night since I needed to unload my truck and knew I'd be after 8pm. I needed to get back into the unit a day later again after 8pm (because my wife was arriving after a nearly 800 mile trip). When I called to verify hours and ask if I could access it after 8pm today she told me she would do it for an extra $15 charge because she'd "have to drop everything" and go get me a temporary code. Really? That much trouble to roll out of bed again and help out one of your customers? If it's that much of a problem why not have the gate open longer. I've never heard of a storage facility closing the gate at 8pm. I really wish I had shopped around more before I decided to rent here.

As a result from a horrible, traumatic set of events. Victims advocate offered too help out by paying for a storage unit of our choice. After meeting with Alpine I was told it would be taken care of for something like 6 months . My most sentimental item's, photo albums ext.. along with important documents, Birth cirtificate ext...there was confusion & misunderstanding of the particulars of payment I was locked out & everything important and irreplaceable to me was actioned off with refusal to help or let me have any personal effects back! I'm so distraught, angry, in disbelieve they can be so Cold, unhelpful ,uncaring & legally damage someone's life so bad and get it away with it! This is the last place to take anything you care about or valuable! They were supposed too help me by taking one less worry from me and keeping my things safe, instead I lost everything that ment anything too me

These units are nicely located in my opinion. It’s a huge facility- it’s not noticeable when other people who rent storage are there, it feels pretty private most of the time. I like the layout of the units. Staff is kind. It feels secure- they have cameras as well as staff routinely passing through to make sure everything looks ok. Love it here! The only downside is the timer at the end of the day if you're even one minute passed the time they close you are locked in and cannot get out without getting in touch with staff to let you out. I wish there was more of a grace period and that they posted number(s) to call when or if this happens.

Julie is the best employee. She is always so helpful and kind. I know the employees take care of the property and are very watchful of the area and do very frequent rounds and checks. The employees live on-site, and that makes me feel better. They have called before to make sure a lock on my unit was mine. Very diligent and attention-oriented. I really love my giant unit. Because of employees like Julie, I will always use AA Alpine Storage. The main office was just updated and looks very nice. Though this facility at first seems off the beaten path, it's no issue after time and has been well worth it. Thanks!!!

I'm at a loss with words, I've been renting a unit at this facility for years. I'm disabled, so what former workhorses do? They find things to do to prevent from getting bored and to somewhat feel useful, people always give me things that they don't want but someone else might want it, for example washers and dryers, if they are in good condition but stopped working, I fix, I hold on to it till a needy family can use it then I GIVE it away. So I was told today that I spend too much time there and that I can't do business out of my unit, I don't sell nothing, so now I can't fix things just to help out.

After a long search and disappointing experiences i finally found the best. Alpoine staff has gone above and beyond working with me to getting the right timming and unit ive needed. They were understanding of my schedule and really went abive any other ive dealt with. There units are large, cinderblock divided and secure. Much better than the ovens with galanized thin metal with. Easy thief's attraction but solid, well maintained units. Highly recommended and nearly a pro renter bet deal, best staff, best units. Worst. I keep paying and they take my card number and give me a confirmation. But then when I call the next time they have no record and I have late fees saying I'm months behind. They also will not update my information even when I give them the info over the phone or in person.. Everyone is on a different page there.. So its never their fault.. The customers.. Not away to run a business. If I lived closer to get my stuff out I would this place is terrible... Can't wait to get settled and get it out.. Ridiculous!!

I moved in in August... Now it is January... In the time since I've moved I have not received consistent reciepts, my rate has gone up without notification, and now as I attempt to move out they are trying to strongarm me for costs incurred by their inability to return phone calls... Yesterday I got a concerned call from someone in the office seeking to resolve the issue, but today I had another girl insist that none who knows anything would have called me besides her... I would avoid this like a plague!

Reading some of the reviews, I can't help but to think, "you can't make everybody happy" those complaints might be true but if you told the employees then, they would have taken care of it. The very few problems I had was taken care of with a smile. Price? Look around. I couldnt imagine how hard and expensive it would be to maintain a facility that large. That place is spotless. The poor owner trying to answer all these reviews from an unforgivingly public. Keep up the good work Alpine.

YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!! II rented a unit a while ago locked it with a lock I purchased from alpine storage and did not open my unit ever until I was ready to move my things. My personal items had been gone through thoroughly. Boxes had been open and reclosed. Anything of any value smaller than a washing machine was taken. Take my word I know what talking about- YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SAFE!

I commenced using Alpine Storage's facilities back in January 2015 and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. I was also comforted by the security features and LIKED how the gate locked after 8 pm each night, instead of anyone being able to just roam or hang out in the complex all night long. Positive experience overall.

I rented a small unit today from Alpine and was very pleased with the entire process. Anna was very thorough and professional, making sure I understood everything. The process was quick. She answered all my questions pleasantly. I was given a few incentives which made a difference in my total cost. Overall it was one of my best retail experiences in several years.

Called the phone at 6:28 and spoke with Susan over the phone and she was absolutely wonderful. The customer service over the phone was really great (especially from someone who wants to get off their shift and go home). She completely sold me on the units. Every question I needed answered was answered and she helped me find the best deal/situation for me.

This place is awful! First off the service is terrible and the staff are unprofessional. They come to work on their pajamas and are rude. There are roaches everywhere. Once you get in to your actual unit there are holes in the walls which mice come out of and leave their droppings everywhere and ruin your belongings. Don't ever go here!

Alpine Storage was conveniently located, and they had great options to choose from. Arissa (sp? sorry) was very kind and helpful in getting our unit setup quickly and without a hitch. With the security systems, I felt comfortable securing my belongings there. I would recommend this storage facility to future buyers and friends.

I have been with Alpine Storage for a few years and have been very happy with them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They helped me find exactly what unit size I needed at a great rate. Did I mention the fresh, hot cookie that they gave me last time I went in? Umm...yeah Alpine just went up even higher in my book!!

Nice storage units. We unloaded a 26 foot truck into the 14x35 unit, and had lots of room to spare. The unit was much taller than I expected (probably 20 feet tall at the highest point). I only disliked that there were very limited hours of access. Probably a security thing, but otherwise I would recommend them.

Three times broke into, last time didn't bring a lock but my stuff was still there. Bought one of their locks which was still on the next time I came, anything that was worth anything was gone and the lock wad still on. If you don't care about your stuff this is the place

Great pricing and really big units. But when I was a month behind the staff wouldn't let us back in until we had paid the rent for 3 months. Putting us 1 month in advance payment. They need just to be more knowledgeable and customer oriented. Hence the 4/5 ☆¡!!!!

They post the storage at storage treasure and when someone win the bid is messing things they stole the items from the storage, and they don't have to take the item from.there, they lady live in front and all the furniture they have are from the storage.

I have rented units here for over six years. The staff is always friendly and follows through and my requests. Secure location. Very prompt in snow removal so I can access my units after a snow storm. Great rates on the units as well.
