So let me just say you get what you pay for. This is the first time me and my family went to Altitude Trampoline Park. It will definitely be the last. It started with the state of disrepair on the trampoline deck were I had the misfortune of rolling my ankle from simply stepping down onto the floor. I didn't break it but got a severe sprain. Definitely put me out of commission for a few days. However, the floor needs to be fixed. The staff never seemed to clean anything on the floor as far as the tables and the trash everywhere. It also seemed to be all High School Kids that were running the entire floor. There was a constant leak on the floor from the Air Conditioning unit. The last and final issue is that when you present to the fact that your son is being bullied by two or three other kids nothing is addressed until you confront the kid and their parents. No parent should stand around in my opinion and let their kids be bullied. It should have never escalated that far. I have a picture of the Attendant who said he was the manager. We were approached by the parent of the three kids that were picking on our son and he stood there threatening saying he was going to put my wife in her place if I didn't. Only a coward needs to act like he should put his hands on a woman. I added some pictures of the state of disrepair and my ankle and the "manager" who witnessed the whole thing going down and did nothing.

After writing many reviews for Google, yes unfortunately this is one of my least favorable. At the beginning of summer, Altitude Trampoline Park begin a monthly subscription, to which my wife and I signed up three of our children. During many of our visits, we noticed much of the staff, younger individuals, which is not necessarily a problem, however the staff are very inattentive as to what is going on around them. Often, we would see many of the employees gathered in groups paying little attention to what I describe as chaotic and an unsafe environment for younger children. After much thought, we decided to cancel our monthly membership. When doing so, we were informed that we would have to pay 60 days worth per each child. My better half was not advised that this was in the small print when signing up for the monthly pass. Unfortunately, there is several pages to which the average individual does not closely examine. I admit, this is our fault for not reading the entire fine print, despite the line of people waiting behind us. I believe this should be plainly stated by the staff when signing up. Given the two aforementioned circumstances, our family will no longer do business with Altitude Trampoline Park.

We just had our 6 year old daughters birthday party at Altitude this past Saturday, and it was amazing! I wasn't familiar with the private party room rentals before, so I took advantage of that, and it was well worth the money! The room had a sink with soap, so hand washing was a breeze. We also had an amazing Party Attendant in Ethan! He made sure we had everything that we needed all day! The party is 2 hours so you have your private room for the entire 2 hours! Altitude provided the pizzas, but with the private rooms, you are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. Just no alcohol and nothing in a glass container. I'd you are booking a party here then the private rooms are the way to go! The kids had a blast and the guests (kids and adults) had a nice quiet place to come and rest in between jumping activities and To store their shoes, coats and purses. The staff was nice and friendly even though it was another chaotic Saturday but the kids were so nice that we're working that day. And again Erhan was a complete rock star for the two hours we had the room! Thank you Altitude! Our birthday girl said her party was awesome! ❤️

Today, I called the park for the 3rd time after leaving 2 previous messages a week apart. So, I'm at the 3rd week of trying to contact them and someone answered today. By the way, I have always called on a Saturday when they should be open and answering the phones. I left on both messages the reason for my call was to cancel a membership. I also have been charged another monthly membership fee during this 3 week period. I wonder if I had left a message saying I wanted to book an event if I would have got a call back. Anyway, I'm simply told today that I have to come there in person to take care of this. After reading other reviews, I am seeing that it looks like I will be paying for another 2 months, due to the 60 day cancellation policy. It's a shame that businesses are ran like this and especially a place that we entrust at least partially with our children's care while they are there.

Great place for the kids, but, customer service is abysmal, and the "subscription plan" is a joke. They hit you up with fees every time you go, even with the plan. If you go to cancel, they wipe out *any* remaining time on your previously paid for renewal and then charge you for two more months. They don't tell you this until after they've processed the transaction. If you ask to get this undone or extended out to use all your paid for subscription time, management will get smart and hang up on you. Management's response below is false and not how my wife or I were treated. I ended up having to dispute the last membership charges with my credit card company because they refused to reinstate the membership to use the last 60 days or refund our money. The credit card company found in our favor for the dispute and we got our money back. Horrible customer service and clearly dishonest.

We are from Chattanooga Tn, which has 2 jump parks that we have enjoyed and a new one we haven’t been to yet in the neighboring town of Fortoglethorpe Ga. We were invited Nashville by some friends that are local to the area for their sons 4th birthday. Altitude is at the top of our favorite parks! The open layout is one of the best layouts that I have seen. From the party area with tables to serve your guests to the very back wall run area is fully open. We especially enjoyed the most obstacles ever in the Ninja area then any park we have been to yet. The staff at Altitude, were friendly and helpful. I’ll wrap up with what in some situations is a deal breaker, the bathrooms were very clean. We will not hesitate to visit Altitude again and will definitely be recommending Altitude to anyone who’s asking.

  • Thomas Lane

My son had a lot of fun. But god forbid if you bring trampoline socks from a different establishment they will harass you about it saying their socks are more reliable and you have to buy their exact same quality socks because it says altitude on them. “Our socks are better and we trust our manufacturer.” There is no written rule saying it and I felt really disgusted that they were looking at my 3 year olds socks picking him out and he dont even know whats going on. So yes after spending 60 bucks on two people they make you buy socks even if you already have them. I only got them because the manager was about to make me and my child leave over socks. I sat and watched them walk past a kid jumping with white regular socks several time for a half hour.

I do not recommend Altitude Nashville if you care about safety or cleanliness. It was extremely overcrowded and there was ZERO employee supervision. One “play” area in particular looked like a construction zone, complete with sharp wooden planks sticking out, and yet this area was not blocked off whatsoever, giving full and dangerous access to children. There was garbage on the floor, and the bathroom had not been cleaned or attended to at all. My kids had fun but this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Edited to reply to Altitude’s response to me: the construction area is NOT blocked off on one side. There are no barriers, cautious tape, or even signs on that side (facing the ninja area), and many children climbed and played there.

I’ve taken my kids here a couple of times and all I can say this place is awesome! This is one of the bigger trampoline parks that I’ve ever been to. They have ample seating for those who don’t want to jump and just simply watch. I really appreciate that they have a section designated for younger kids. If you were to walk around and look at all the attractions it would be hard to list them out on here, but let me try. You can find a large trampoline for high jumping. You can walk the wall, you can jump into a foam pit, you can have a joust, you can do monkey bars, there’s a ton of different trampolines that you can use, there’s a dodgeball area, there’s a ninja course, and there’s a basketball area. Highly suggest checking it out

My child has always loved Altitude. However, on today 12/03/2022 my 10year old son was highly disappointed!!! We reserved a party room for his 10th Birthday for 10 kids from 6:30pm to 8:30pm which cost us $360.00…when our party arrived we had to wait on the party room to be cleaned. Once the room was set up, we were told that our pizzas would arrive by 8pm. After waiting over an hour NO PIZZA!!!! I spoke with “The Manager” Caden who was very nonchalant about the situation. (WE WILL NEVER WASTE OUR TIME AT THIS PLACE AGAIN)‼️‼️‼️ They are really unprofessional and very careless. PICTURES OF HUNGRY KIDS WAITING FOR FOOD THAT NEVER CAME

We had a birthday party here on Saturday. Customer service was pretty solid, a little hectic at first trying to get all our ducks in a row when it came to the kids getting set up and stuff like that. But once it was set up, it was ready to go. Shocking they order dominos pizza for the party package, which is pretty smart but you also know you are going to get a decent pizza. The jumping stuff, the kids had a blast, I think kids from any ages and even adults can really enjoy this place. Overall experience was really good, from start to finish. It’s a bit pricey but really not more than what you pay to go about anywhere else.

  • Alex Cottier

We have been members here for a while. New management has done a great job since they took over. Two areas that improved the most have been cleanliness and quality of employees. I particularly want to shout out an employee named Isaiah who was very helpful, had excellent customer service and always kept himself busy. He was helping people at the front when I arrived. When it got slow at the front I saw him do a lap around the building, sweeping and cleaning up small random messes. This is something you would have never seen last year. Here is a video of me failing at the trapeze. This is exactly how not to do this.

My life was impacted today. Today i brought by young son in to altitude and we were greeted by the incredibly handsome and very kind co-workers. There names were Drew, Bennett and Owen. The young men greeted by son like he was a king and were so happy he was jumping today. Drew’s talent is clearly on the tills. His sweet talk and manners make everyone feel welcome. Bennett and Owen are clearly the best when it comes to being on the courts watching over my son. There passion for making everybody safe will go a long way. These boys are great talents and i will definitely come back. Thanks Altitude!

First time here, very nice size for adults and kids to run around and have plenty of fun. I did not know that you have to fill out and sign a safety waiver for your kids. Plus as adult fill out info abt birthday, drivers license nr, and your kid's birthday and name. I said wow, all of this stuff. Kids will love this place burn that energy..they give military discounts, you have to ask them.2 hours of jumping for my 11yr.old grandson was $19, not bad vice $24 or $25. Food here is a little high, due to present social conditions you know why!!. Hope this info is helpful for you, tks much. .

  • Caleb

I went to Altitude today and it was so much fun! I prefer Altitude over all the other trampoline parks. They have a large trampoline court, a few different warped walls, a ninja course, dodgeball, and foam pit. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you decide to go make sure you fill out a waiver online because it saves a lot of time. You will have to buy Altitude socks to wear while you jump but they are only $2. Over all it was great and I will go back soon.

  • Brian Lindsay

A nice place, currently covered in caution tape as they clean the floors. Employees seem kind and helpful. But their prices have gone WAY UP. $70 for 2 hours. That’s theme park territory. I was told by an employee they have a new owner from “Spokane” and the 1st thing they did was raise prices above all of the other tramp parks. They have nothing the others don’t, not sure why they think it’s worth so much. We won’t be back. No value for the money.

  • Erica Roman

The trampolines are great, my kids love being there. However, the bathrooms are always nasty, half the stalls are out of toilet paper at any given point. I have only ever seen an adult employee once. They don't allow outside food but they only offer candy and chips. If we come over lunch hours we have to leave and come back. If they offered actual food the rule would make sense. As it is the food rule is pretty frustrating.

  • Addie Adams

They could probably do a little bit better job in explaining what is needed to jump. I was told after we paid and stood in line that my child needed to be wearing their brand socks when he was already jumping in his own socks. Also a couple of their games were jacked at their arcade area. Stole my money on one of them. I told an employee actually two employees about it and didn't get my money back.

  • Hope Iozia

We were purchasing a membership and we were checked in by Tiana. Tiana has such a warm and caring personality and she is so professional. Our waiver didn’t go through the first time and she was so patient and went above and beyond to make the progress as quick and easy as possible. It is a very busy Saturday and the other staff are being so thoughtful with guest as well. Thank you Tiana and staff!

  • Nadine Habash

I usually don’t put bad reviews but this time couldn’t hold it. Risking our kids safety just to get home few minutes earlier is not acceptable. As shown in the picture, a guy shows up with a vacuum and huge wire in the playing area as showing in the picture. I approached him nicely and try to ask if he can wait until they close the play area but unfortunately I was met with terrible attitude.

  • colin2cold

The park is fun, however there staff is horrid. My friend and i walked into the building and after we got ristbands this one staff member was being creepy and started following us. Then he proceeded to get his General Manager to give us a warning about sitting in the foam pits. Exuse me what? That makes no sense. Also this place is VERY dirty. Not many food items either. DO NOT COME HERE

  • Alison Martin

Love the variety of this location. Things like the wipeout game, ninja warrior course, warped walls, trapeze swing, and quite a few other features made this place unique. It is primarily for kids, but my husband and I are both adults and we still had lots of fun. Definitely go when school is in session if you can, I imagine this place may be very busy in the afternoons/weekends.

  • Str8 Tru

The staff don't correct kids that are punching , cursing , horseplaying to where other kids get hurt. The parents aren't watching those kids and kids are breaking legs and getting injuries. I understand now why you make everyone sign wavers. This to me is a safety problem that your staff isn't following. We were going there but we probably gonna skip this cause of these issues.

  • Christopher Peck

The staff prevented an older child from antagonizing some younger children. They also did not hassle us to leave right at the hour that we paid for. It was about an additional 15 minutes or so. We may have been able to stay longer but didn't want to take advantage. My daughter is in love with that place. The overall experience was incredible! Thank you Altitude!

  • Tatyana Malyarenko Johnson

My son had a birthday party at Altitude. Our party coordinator was very helpful and professional. Kids had great time. The only minus is pizza was not delicious at all. It was over cooked and dry. They use Pizza Hut as their pizza vendor. They should switch to Marcos. It’s a lot better tasting than Pizza Hut. Other than that, it was good experience.

  • The Clays

Today was the Junior Jumpers Easter Egg hunt and unfortunately we got there right at the end but MAYA & TIANA were amazing!! They still set out some eggs so my Littles could do the egg hunt. My pre-schooler was so excited!! They def made his day! I appreciate their kindness so much! Hope they always keep their great attitude. Thank y’all!

  • Lamiranda Gordon

I am extremely glad we decided to stop here while on Spring break. I am all about cleanliness and a positive/friendly atmosphere for myself and entire family. This place gets a 10/10 from me! Bathrooms are amazingly clean and my children said it had a nice minty smell ❤️ Thank you guys for an incredible experience. We will be back

  • Brooke Gibson

Fun place to take your toddlers in the morning. I am giving a two stars because the customer service is terrible. They don’t explain anything to you. You go in expecting to pay about $10 and come out paying about $30. After asking around, I heard similar experiences from others. Be better and explain things to your customers!

  • Amber Vanderlinde

This place is AMAZING!! I have a child on the spectrum and I have been searching for a trampoline park with NO video games. This is it!! I took him and his older brother (14) to jump for 2 hours. They only came to the table a few times for a drink it was awesome!! This is our place to go! Plus they have membership!!

  • Rich Jinks

This is an amazing place. If like jump on a trampoline or have children that's into that, then it's great. Also they have these private spaces for families to their own gathering for the children's bday, so it really cool place. However, like everything else, it's under staffed so bring everything that you need.

  • Josalyn Richardson

Rachel was assisting us with a small party and she treated us like we had a party of 25 she kept a smile on her face. Very warm and welcoming. If I ever come back we will be requesting Rachel. Rachel congratulations in advance for that degree that you are going for and continue to let your light shine bright.

  • Benjamin Reese

I brought a group in to Altitude for a field trip. The staff did a wonderful job getting everything set up. They made the process seamless and easy, and everyone in my group had a great time. The manager at the time, Kambree, was especially helpful and friendly throughout the visit.

  • A Tort

My small children and I had been going to altitude for a few years and we stopped going recently. It’s just not been as clean as I remember. Bits of trash and bandaids were found in the corners of some of the trampolines. Not our favorite, but the staff is always friendly!

  • Tara Thompson

We had a birthday part earlier this month and it was probably the easiest party ever. The host and manager were very helpful and polite. Any question or issue was handled right away. My kid and his friends had a blast. Will definitely have a party here again.

  • Karen Kelley-Smith

We booked a 6th birthday party in a private room. It was handled very professionally. They were very clear on all the details. Very timely with everything and attentive. I would definitely recommend your child’s birthday here. It was fun and easy for all.

  • Jeremy Thompson

Overpriced. They charge like they're Disney world and their service is like a county fair. No adults to be found. I had to ask multiple times and get rude to have one of them work the wipeout game. The only positive is the place is fairly well kept.

  • Kaitlin Moore

This was truly the experience ever. We had to cancel because the snow and they were more than accommodating. Then we wanted to have it anyway because it was 50 degrees (Tennessee weather haha) they were amazing and helped us out in a pinch.

  • Brad

Great place to be a member, because it makes going affordable and actually feasible. Do wish they had more there open to little kids, though. Been going since toddler time…my daughter is now turning 6 and loves going to the dodge ball area.

  • Lori Browning

The online information is not consistent with the information in the facility. For example it says online they offer 60 minute jump times but in the facility you cannot buy a ticket for anything less than 90 minutes. Online the price change

  • Shannon Lewis - Disney

I'm giving a 5 star review today since this was the 1st time I witnessed an employee being in the dodge ball area. Thank you! Thank for this right here. I've seen on many different occasions older teenagers hurting young children. Getting

We come here often, its usually great for us as a family. But my 14 yr old son comes here with friends and always calls me and says the workers are rude to them. Other than that, weve had no problems. Even had a birthday here last year!

  • Mo Jo

My son Jason absolutely loves this place. They currently have awesome $15 a month membership plan so he can jump 3 hours a day. Great exercise he sleeps so good after visiting Altitude! Thursday night glow jump is awesome …

  • Carmine Aro

My son had fun, however security measures need to change. Backpacks shouldn't be allowed in with the way our nation is right now, some very sketchy people. Saw several fights start with grown adults. Not sure we will be back

  • Lakisha Smith

Owen DeVore your awesome great party host very dependable with everything we needed and asked for also I really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart my granddaughter had a great time for her 4th birthday party …

  • Kevin Lazenby

So much fun! I came here on a weekday night, and it was just my group in the park. The staff was very friendly, and the space was very clean. Radio Disney was playing over the speakers. I want to go back already!

  • Paul King

Great for kids. Decent for adults although the larger you get the more you might crush an errant four year old. Ninja course (beginner) and Wipeout style rotating arm. Reasonable prices for the ankle biters

  • Lindsay A

We had a great birthday party at Altitude. I cannot express how helpful Nia was. She was on the ball, so helpful, working fast and efficiently to completely turn our experience around. Loved our day!!

  • Dusty Slay

Always a super fun way to get my daughter some exercise while having fun. It’s also fun for me too. I used to jump on trampolines a lot as a kid and this is a great way to share that with my daughter.

  • Suspicious

Freaking Awesome TrampWall Best In The Whole Park Although I Would Recommend You Guys Buy New SuperTramps, They Mess Up The Skin On Your Back If You Are Intermediate At TrampWall. Great Place!

  • Stacie Gaines

Needs new foam balls. The balls are literally shedding everywhere. It can’t cost that much. When we leave it is all in my girls hair and we have to wash their hair to get the mess out of it.

  • Nathan

The facility is relatively clean, but they allow so many people to jump that it is always a zoo with very little space per child. Weekdays are a little better than weekends, but not by much.

  • Angie Kinsey

Great safe space to let the kiddos burn off birthday cake! Plenty of trampolines & activity centers. The Ninja is always a favorite! Plenty of places for the adults to congregate.

  • Margaret Treppard

Went there for my grandsons bday and it was a lot of fun. Staff very nice and helpful. Kids had a great time. The Bathroom could be a LOT CLEANER WITH DOORS THAT ACTUALLY LOCK.

  • July Peguero

My daughter always has a blast It is usually kind of crowded, so the line to get the bracelet is a bit long, and you have to stand in it even when you buy the tickets online

  • Jaleesa Preston

Had my kiddie 5th birthday party here today. My host was amazing, and it was so easy and smooth to get in and get started! Will definitely recommend to all of my mom friends

  • Rick Mc Donough

They just charged me over $4 for socks that they said weren’t from Altitude, socks were same as what Altitude sells, just an unnecessary way to bleed our wallet …

  • Angela Harper

An employee named Sean here is an absolute TREASURE! Goes above and beyond every time we are there. Always has a smile and is polite. He’s this places best part.

  • Jahmir Phillips

It was great, awesome place to take the family.Just be careful about going on the weekends because there will. And I repeat there will be a line
