There are ups and downs to this place, lkke with every indoor play place. The good: *This place really makes the kiddos work hard and get all their crazy energy out *The kids consistently enjoy their time here *The facility is large and generally clean *There are areas to accommodate a pretty wide range of ages and abilities The bad: *They charge by the hour, making this place significantly more expensive than most of the other indoor play places we visit *They don't allow you to bring your own food, and they don't offer particularly healthy or allergy friendly options at their concession stand (read: pizza, chips, ice cream, soda, icees, etc) *It gets incredibly loud and crowded, especially on rainy days, which can be pretty overwhelming. *This facility is not very friendly to children with special needs. There are a lot of things which require waiting in lines, and the line monitors do not seem to be at all aware of/trained for assisting differently abled kiddos. *Playing here isn't exactly the safest prospect, between the trampolines and the high number of people not paying enough attention to their surroundings. All in all, I could take or leave this place, as a parent. My kids love it, though, so we visit from time to time.

I feel super disappointed in the lack of humanity of this facility. There was no pizza available to buy while we were there. I brought in a couple of pizzas for my son's birthday as he does not like cake, and we were told that we couldn't have the pizza in the facility. We were told that we couldn't even leave the pizza unopenned and wait for the kids to be done jumping. We had to leave with the offensive pizza immediately. My son spent his 9th birthday eating pizza in the parking lot. Wow. Thanks for a memorable birthday. What kind of establishment treats people this way? One that simple doesn't care about people. After speaking with workers, all we received was a robotic reply that "we have no control over this". What? You cannot simply let some people sit and eat the pizza they brought for a child's birthday? It's a sad day when people have lost the ability to use common sense and think for themselves on how to treat a customer, especially a child. Uncaring management and workers. You all can do better.

Unashamedly nasty! A mediocre and unclean place to jump This place was very dirty. I arrived at 6:20. Immediately, I noticed trash all over the floor and a green puddle of spilled drink nearby. I was really taken aback. I asked a staff was this normal and did they clean up regularly. I did ask nicely. He told me that they clean at the beginning and end of the day and not throughout. I asked another worker about 30 minutes later and she essentially said they aren't trained to clean, they allow whatever trash, spills, dirt, etc. that accumulates throughout the day to stay until cleanup at close. The play areas were worn as unattended to as the rest of the building. I get these places can be cesspool of sorts but Altitude was begging to be one with the lack of attention to cleanliness. I will drive to UrbanAir moving forward. This was my first and last time here.

This is the rainy day capital of South Austin, Texas for parents. If you come here on the weekend or when it’s drizzling or raining, it is absolutely packed to the gills of kids. It’s Poppin seems to be at least two or three kids birthday parties every single time I go there and my kids – a 3 1/2 year-old and a one and a half year-old Seem to always find little pockets of kids, their age who just wanna jump and bounce and adventure with them. One amenity that everybody sleeps on there’s a massage chairs. If there’s two parents, you can take turns sitting in that chair and get a massage top to bottom one of the chairs has a certain knob that rubs you in just the most private place you can imagine, it’s a running joke with me and my wife to see which person sits in a chair and figures it out. great business model so much fun

Fun location I actually had a great time with my son, however the staff are awful. My son lost his straw and we needed another one, we went to the front and before I could open my mouth a short skinny young lady in a purple shirt put her hand up to my face and walked away. Not cool but not surprising, that's customer service nowadays. I don't fully blame the staff, their money goes less and less farther everyday, it's not easy working around kids and their snobby parents all day. The other thing was that I found a wallet on a bench, I gave it to a young lady at the front and she looked at it like it was a rubix cube. Announce the name on the DL and give it to your supervisor DUH! I mean come on why have all this staff if they are so incompetent, you could get rid of half save some money and it would not be any worse.

Great place for both kids and adults. A ton of activities and we went on a Wednesday so it wasn't busy at all. If it is your first time there you have to buy a pair of their socks ($2/person) to be able to jump and in my opinion it is most cost effective to get something like 2 hours of jump time instead of the 1hour, that way you are getting more of your money's worth. Very clean facilities and lots of fun. Could see it being a great place for birthdays and I would recommend it and plan to visit again. Edit: After my second visit, I still believe it's a great place to visit but was concerned by the fact that employees are not required to wear any socks in the facilities and saw an employee go to the bathroom barefoot and then return to jump on the trampolines..

Fun trampoline park for the whole family. A variety of standard trampoline park equipment. Fairly large sized so it doesn’t feel crowded. You can get various passes based on duration. You can also get a family pass for 4 for more value. You have to buy their socks. They have a few workers helping with the trapeze or the dodgeball area. Seems like a decent place to have birthday parties because there were a handful going on. They kick you out of the dodgeball area when it’s time for a birthday party’s slot. They seem to have a lock down on overpriced food, snacks and drinks. They don’t let you bring outside food or drinks so they have sell their marked up ICEEs to jumpers, but that’s kinda par for the course at most trampoline parks.

My children, ages 4 and 2, had a wonderful time at Altitude this evening! The check-in/waiver process was easy, and the hourly cost was totally reasonable. I appreciate the friendly front desk staff, park staff, and management. I called ahead to get a better understanding for pricing (spoke to Mike, very helpful), and I'm grateful there were no surprises on our family's first experience today. The indoor trampoline park was adequately staffed, and the staff was attentive and very helpful. Facilities were awesome. Trampolines EVERYWHERE as you can imagine. Lots of variety, including a rope swing, rock climbing, and dodge ball! Fun for kids of all ages. What a fun way to beat the summer heat! We will definitely be back!

I get the appeal - these places are super fun for kids. But I feel like Altitude needs to do WAY more to keep kids safe. When we went, there were hundreds of kids. Shouldn't there be a capacity limit? There were at least 10 birthday parties going on. Not a single place to sit or even stand without being within arms length of another person. I couldn't tell who was staff and who was a kid playing. The staff were not wearing branded shirts or anything official. They just had a whistle. Unfortunately, my daughter broke her ankle. I reported the injury onsite. They knew we were going to get x-rays. As of two days later, not a single phone call asking if my daughter was ok.

This is a fun place for kids all ages for sure, there are a few different activities within it that keeps it interesting for them at all times. Staff if friendly and attentive to the children needs. My only observations are that this place can get really crowded and seating spots for parents are scarce, there is also only 1 water fountain for the entire place, and there were no public tables when we were there only reserved ones for parties also no WiFi. Pizzas are not directly sold there and take forever to get there so plan accordingly I highly suggest ordering them when you get there so they at ready when your children are done jumping.

So this was my first time there, ever. So it was a pretty key experience I had there. I had an amazing time. I initially went to do something for my younger sibling, but I ended up just as involved as he was. There are many areas for one person or even groups to hangout. Not a fan of jumping around? That's fine, there's an arcade to keep yourself preoccupied. Lastly, but certainly not least. The employee's were two things. Very helpful and very laid back. Not once while I was there did I not have questions unanswered, nor was I anxious to approach the staff. All in all, I'd say that this place is definitely at least worth one try.

  • Daveed

The staff here is fantastic. They have fun with the kids (when approached) while still maintaining a reasonable distance. We took our toddler there when they opened, and this was his first indoor park since the pandemic started. They were not at all crowded and the pricing was reasonable. I removed one star due to their website being inaccurate. They do not reflect their new hours or removed events, like their toddler time. My toddler did share the indoor park with big kids, but we had no issues. We had to reroute our visit when we arrived for toddler time but found out they were still closed. Overall, still a position experience.

We live down the street and come here often because it is an affordable option amd good alternative to being at a park in the blazing hot sun in summer time. We usually come during the week as it is less crowded so if you have littles thatvia the best time to come. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is clean and well-maintained. Arcade games are hit or miss some dont work or will take.your money bit not allow you to play BUT the staff is quick to correct the issue. Also, we had my son's 6th birthday here last weekend and it was affordable and very fun. Would definitely recommend visiting!!

What kinda place ask for ID . I took my niece for her 3rd bday and the 2 workers asked me for ID to go inside if not I wasn’t allowed and that big fat dude said “There’s nothing we can do without your ID “. But they didn’t even bother asking other people for theirs , they was just paying . At this point I’m already frustrated . Then the other worker skinny ,short , black hair was making us do our waivers again due to because she doesn’t believe we did them after we gave her our name and number . Ridiculous! Come on! You get paid $9-$10 an hour and for what

We hosted my son's 8th birthday party here and it was so fun and EASY! We had a table party for 10. First of all, our party host, Ava was great! She was kind and helpful. The table is already set up with a table cloth, plates, and a little chalkboard sign with my son's name on it and a schedule of the party on the back. Ava was prepared with plates, napkins, water bottles and served the pizza and cake for us. It was one of the easiest birthday parties we've ever had and the best thing was that the kids had soooo much fun! Thanks!

  • a b

They force you to buy their 'Altitude' trampoline socks even though we had pretty much the exact same socks (with rubber grip bottoms) from another trampoline place. Little bit of a scam which I didn't like... Our 3 year old had to pay full price as an adult which didn't seem right either. Other than that kids had fun. Wanted some ice but they don't sell it (missed opportunity to sell some bags of ice). Couple spots were closed for renos. Not sure we'll be back with the socks/toddler pricing.

  • Chris Prosser

Had my son's 7th birthday party there and 2 kids including my 3 year old left with a broken leg. The local ER said they get a steady stream of injured kids from there and our ortho doctor said he was one of 3 he's treating today for broken bones from this park. How you can morally stay in business knowing the number children that are seriously injured at your facility every day? Two from the same birthday party with broken legs! Shame on this place!

  • Penelope Clark

My grandsons are super excited every time I plan a jump! It's clean & they have plenty of staff watching over everything. They provide ice packs for little minor sprains. It's organized & consistently an easy trip for a Nana to do. It's a great birthday with pizza & icees & candy. No dark corners. It's all open except for a down (2 steps) arcade area. I can pretty much see the boys from the front & I love that! Massage chairs too.

Great place to take the kids when they need to burn off some energy for a few hours. Trampoline, dodge ball, climbing wall...lots of great recreation to entertain the kids and wear them out. A tad bit pricey, $19 for two hours but they'll love it. Well staffed with observers to make sure the kids stay safe. Complete the liability waiver ahead of time on the web site to save time checking in.

  • Richard Moore

A bit dangerous, my little man had a blast tho. If you have a young child you'll have your work cut out for you keeping them from getting jumped on by the older kids. Also a bit pricey, for me, my wife and my 5 year old son it was about 80 bucks for 2 hours. Totally worth it though. There's quite a lot to do and literally everything in between is covered in trampoline. Definitely recommend.

  • Mario Quinonez

Grandkids loved it, parents had a distasteful feeling. Reason being high admission prices along with still higher prices for drinks and food. Birthday party is very limited. They bring in their pizzas which are cold and somewhat tasteless. Otherwise the expense spend is delightful when the kids have fun. Update: Great Teen hangout.

  • Reebs S

Improvement from Jumpoline - but higher prices AND they force you to buy their socks. Still give 5 stars - it's large with many play areas and lots of staff to keep it managed. Cost $12.95 for 7 and up and $8.95 for 6 and under for one hr. Socks cost $2.00. So fine not awful. Plenty of parental seating and some couches have plugs.

  • Melina Wright

Me and my son went for 2 hours and had a great time. We got there at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning to avoid a huge crowd it wasn't that busy until about 11. It was a lot of fun. I had fun on the rock walls and just could not get enough of jumping. I'm 33 years old and I literally played like a kid the entire time I was there.

  • Sydney Alvarez

Don't even know why minors are allowed here. This is the perfect place to go to on Friday night at 7 to get high and get a 13 year old girl pregnant. The sad part is most people who come here (including staff) don't know about any of it. Parents if you're gonna send your kid here please don't send them on a Friday at 7

  • Savannah Cervantez

Took a camp of kids here for afternoon field trip. The service was kind, and the park itself was safe. The worst of it was that the space our camp took up wasn't very tidy. A stack of empty pizza boxes was on the table behind us for over an hour. Definitely a good way to spend a day with kids and teenagers, though!

  • Andrea Black

This is one of the few NOT over priced trampoline gyms in town. My kids absolutely love it and never get bored. It's staffed appropriately so the kids don't have to wait to do something because of supervision. Right now they are cleaning very well and I felt like it was maintained.

  • Tina SeQuoia George

Super busy place for a late Sunday afternoon! The boys had a blast however! Lots to do here very clean and well organized! Staff is friendly and willing to help only downside would be the prices and you have no choice but to buy socks other than that this place is a riot!

  • Sandra Rocha

Had an amazing time with my stepdaughter..will go back!!..loved the staff and how they took care of her for her birthday thank you so much,BEST PLACE IN AUSTIN FOR NOT ONLY KIDS BUT FOR ADULTS TOO,to be lil kids all over again like me …

  • Cristian Romero

The place is a lot of fun! Everything is kept in good shape. The foam cubes are pretty old and could use replacing but it’s not a big deal as they get the job done just fine. I really recommend going on weekdays if you really want to have fun and plenty of room.

  • Tao Teg

Trampolines. Thats it. This one is better than most, but still pretty wrecked from birthday parties most days. Staff is not very enthusiastic or helpful, but they keep the place functioning. Do not recommend eating here unless you like movie theater food.

  • Chris Wooster

A great idea plagued by deeply unsafe, nearly invisible supervision by staff. Today I spotted only a single staff person for the entire trampoline area, standing there while kids ran around, played tag, tackle other kids etc. See if you can

  • Richard & Abigail C

I couldn't leave a frowning face or 0 stars so I picked 1 star. This place is a fun idea but not well executed. The amount of people outnumbered the staff 30 to 1. Some of the employees are too young to understand life and death situations

  • Gary Robinson

This is definitely the best indoor trampoline / jumping park in South Austin. It's a little bit more open and spacious than Urban Air. The kids loved the climbing wall and the staff here is fantastic and very catering to their clients and

I was shocked to see it so busy. The staff did a great job getting us in fast. They did a great job making sure everyone was being safe. Id give more stars but wont let me. Need to have monthly passes, my kids would move in there.

  • Haley Sullivan

It was an overall good experience, but there are teenagers working there only and it seems like an adult is desperately needed lol. BATHROOMS ARE A HAZMAT SITUATION!!!! SO BRING LOTS OF HAND SANITIZER & GO BEFORE YOU GET THERE.

  • Serhat Eylikeder

First time visited and me and my gf daughter enjoyed so much our 2 hour visiting. I'd definitely suggest this place and very enjoyable for kids even adults can have a great time!

  • Al G

I want to love this but the bathroom was absolutely repulsive. Smelled TERRIBLE, messy, only one stall had toilet paper. So I highly recommend if you don’t need a bathroom.

  • Jovon Hodge

Get here early for the best experience. They have a ton of rules to keep the park enjoyable, but they are loosely enforced. Once the place is packed, all bets are off!

  • Nidhin N

Nice place to hang around with kids. One thing to remember is to save the socks you purchase. So that can be reused next time, rather than buying one.

  • Haze M

Seems clean enough. I really only take my kids here during the week because the weekends are way too busy and crowded for littles. The staff is okay.

  • Andrew Noling

Best tones to go is during toddler time. Not only was the place quite but there was plenty of room for us to enjoy n not run into anyone

  • O $tacz

Place doesn’t give you a full hour even if pay $40 for 2 kids. Checked in at 4:45pm they called they color at 5:30pm. Never again.

  • Ricky Marshall

Everyone was nice. Lots of things to do other than just jump around. Excellent way to burn some energy for children and adults.

I can't say enough good things abt this place bc my son LOVES it!! It tires him out and falls asleep and stays asleep!! …
