OK. I'm going to try to keep this short, but I can't make any promises. If you are planning a vacation, just do yourself a favor and use Carol with Amazing Outlooks. YOU WILL NOT regret it. This woman is THOROUGH, detail oriented, and SO kind and amazing to work with. She explained everything in great detail, answered all of our questions, listened to everything we wanted, and delivered. When I say she delivered...she did it to a T. Our vacation to Rome and the Amalfi Coast was everything we wanted and MORE. It FAR SURPASSED my expectations and they were high because I've been told how amazing it is there. Carol found the most incredible hotels/apartments for us with amazing locations, amenities, etc. We were right next to the Pantheon in Rome and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go! The app she uses makes everything flow smoothly and it's all there for you at your fingertips! Your flight tickets, train tickets, private driver (if you need this stuff), excursions/tours, etc...it's ALL there on the app for you and is VERY user friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this precious lady and her business. Moving forward, we will be using Carol for all of our vacations. There is no other option when you have the best and she really is the best! Thank you for truly listening to all of our interests, concerns, wants, and putting it into such a memorable experience.

Carol has now booked THREE absolutely AMAZING vacations for me: Grand Cayman Island, Costa Rica, and Jamaica. All I had to do was tell her what experiences I would like in terms of hotel, food, and tours, and she made it happen every time. Before Carol, I had planned my own trips to over 20 countries. It sure is nice to have someone research for you, find the best deals, book for you, answer questions for you, and be a quick call, text, email, or PM away instead of doing it all on your own. Carol worked with our group of 14 to plan a trip to Disney and Universal in May 2021. With a group of this size we asked a lot of questions and looked at many different scenarios and she was extremely responsive to our requests and worked to find us multiple options to choose from that would fit for our large group. Once we made a final decision she helped through the entire planning process to get all the various families booked and ready to travel. I would definitely use her to travel again in the future.

I have used Carol for all my travel needs for over the past year. She has planned about 5 trips for me. Sometimes solo, sometimes with a travel buddy. The most recent trip was to Southern Africa to visit Cape Town and Zimbabwe. This was an excellent itinerary and I had an amazing time in every location. Carol booked an amazing trip to Cancun for my group of 8! We worked hard to make the trip work with all of our different requests (time, budget, amenities, etc.). When our airline cancelled our flights near the trip, she quickly had a solution for us. It was so nice not having to be the one on hold with the airlines for 8 hours fixing it! Briann has booked multiple vacations for my family and we have LOVED every one! She has booked two trips to Cozumel, and had great connections with an awesome dive shop in the area. Carol did a terrific job booking convenient flights to Geneva, Switzerland; we were even upgraded on one of the longest segments!
