Michael laughed at me when I asked to explain clearly the charges for my luggage as it was a few pounds overweight. I suggested he inform customers about the cost before asking for their credit card (this was after my mother in law checked in and had already passed through security) he then gave me a receipt which was also not offered to me before. I did not think to check the boarding pass for the amount and we had already looked into the cost for checked baggage earlier. Obviously don’t care about customer service here and I will do my best not to fly with American Airlines in the future whenever possible.
