Bait and switch - I offered to pay cash and was treated like I was trying to hassle them and swept under the rug. Lied to and had my time wasted. I came in trying to get a crown done under HMO where I was a temporary member (due to a new job and insurance cut-offs.). I was told that could be done, no problem. Then, once I came in for a consultation, I couldn't schedule unless I had a member number, regardless of whether I was willing to pay cash and get reimbursed by insurance later. I had been able to verify benefits, and was covered, but it was a Thursday evening. Friday morning, the insurance company clarified I'd been covered since Monday, but they wouldn't have me processed for my member # until the following Monday. So I called again to schedule and was turned down a second time and told I couldn't schedule until I had a member number. Even when I offered to pay up front and get reimbursed by insurance later, I was told the office manager would call me when they could schedule me. No one ever contacted me back. I come away feel like they told me one thing to get me in the door, only to treat me like I was trying to hustle them rather than listen at all, when I had the money in the bank and just needed care. All they did was run me out of time to get my procedure done at all by wasting my time. As unprofessional as the staff is, I feel lucky I never let anyone there touch my mouth, really. When I need HMO work done in the future I will take my money elsewhere, where "I will pay cash now" is good enough for them! Ridiculous.

I’ve been dealing with unbearable pain for the last couple of months. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get my issues fixed anytime soon due to my schedule being so busy or just not having insurance . Thankfully I was recommended to go to this place! I’ve had such a wonderful experience the staff was super helpful and kind. The procedure lasted less than 45 minutes and the person performing it did an outstanding job! I was a bit anxious but I felt no pain, I can’t believe how amazing everything went. Now I can go on about my day without the terrible pain I was dealing with. I’m looking forward to coming back soon once my mouth has properly healed. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend at all. First, I went in as a new patient. They took x-rays, and came in to give me my treatment plan. They never even looked inside my mouth. I never even saw or met the actual dentist. When I asked why they were wanting to do a deep (and expensive) gum cleaning, they said it’s just something we recommend for all adult patients. I felt like they treated me as a number, not a person. Then, I went back to get my x-rays since I was moving to a different dentist, and they said I had to pay a $50 fee for them to email me my x-rays. I have never ever had this happen at any other dental clinic in my life.

I travel all the way from Greenville, TX to Amigos Dental in Oak Cliff for the dental and orthodontic needs for my five sons ages 3 years old to 17 years old. The staff is always friendly and considering I usually have 5 appointments at a time they are quick but efficient as well. They are so patient and understanding with my two toddlers. My oldest son has braces and they have an amazing payment plan to work with those who need it.

Went to this location today and it was pretty fast. Had no issues at all, ladies at the front desk were friendly with a smile on their face all time and they answered all my questions. Doctor gave me options for one of my kids since she is grinding her teeth, I hate the idea to see her with the silver teeth crown but he was able to work something else always looking for her best. Definitely coming back!

I've been taking my kids here for about a yr now and they love it!! The ppl are so nice and helpful my kids do not let anyone get close to them and they let the ppl that work there do their job with cleaning their teeth and stuff. My Girls love going there and love that they get a toothbrush when we leave.

Late! Always backed up. If your appointment is at 4pm, be prepared to finally be seen at 4:45 or 5 pm!!! They scheduled 10 patients for the same Appointment time just to watch us wait in the waiting room!! I wish! Someone would have put up a review prior to giving them my money. It’s THE worst office!

I took my daughter here when she needed her first check up and I was so nervous! Everyone was super nice and gentle with my baby. Dr.Max was very informative and he was able to calm a lot of the concerns I had. not to mention the prices are super cheap and we left w goodies for my baby …

a lot of the chairs and equipment they use have seen better days and some even have tears and holes in it. they give you the run around on appointments. and the dentist rarely seems to be in office, would not recommend at all

Went for an interview & they truly wasted my time. Waited around 20 mins for someone to come tell me the interviewer was out of town. Very unprofessional. Never heard from them again.
