My husband went in the for a quick question on Saturday 7/8/23 at 2:10 pm and a gentleman was so rude telling him to go to another location because he was gonna take a long time to do that. Basically telling him he didn’t have the time and patience to do it.. i pay for my insurance its not like i get it for free!!

I honestly wasn’t expecting for AmTex to do anything about my problem, just like the big insurance companies. But boy I was wrong, Zuleyma and Heather actually took the time out of their busy schedule to personally help me with my problem.

Ms. Zuylema is always working hard to find everyone the best quotes and has all the answers to your questions. I drive an extra hour out of the way just to come to this location and see her monthly. She needs a raise!
