I have been going to Ancaster Laser Medi Spa for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I can't go as often as I would like. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the treatments on my skin. Everyone there is so welcoming and genuine - there is no upselling or pressure to buy items/treatments that you are unsure of. They make the effort to educate you and prepare you before you commit to anything. And I miss their open houses!! Hopefully once we are over the hump of covid, we can all enjoy these again as well. Back in 2017, I had the Halo Hybrid Fractional Laser treatment done for my son's wedding in July. I have never felt confident being in pictures since I have passed the 60 milestone. But, what a change, I barely had to use any makeup! I noticed a huge difference. I would have loved to get more treatment done since then, but I have had to take care of my sick husband the past few years. With him being in long term care now, I would love to treat myself and have something done for me finally. I would recommend Vilia and her lovely staff to anyone. The minor discomfort after treatments is definitely worth the pay off. My suggestions would be to just keep doing what you're doing! Your expertise and customer appreciation are very evident, and it shows with the positive word of mouth you receive. I love getting the emails and seeing the specials that are on. "My experience at Ancaster Laser Medispa was far from satisfactory. I visited for an Ultherapy procedure that was described to me as non-invasive and promised gradual but noticeable results. However, the procedure lasted only 20 minutes, significantly shorter than what was initially discussed. During the treatment, the practitioner, Dr. Vilia Nekrasas, was constantly interrupted by phone calls, which seemed unprofessional and disrupted the process. It left me feeling concerned about the quality of the procedure and whether it was conducted thoroughly. After the treatment, I followed up regarding the lack of visible results. Dr. Nekrasas suggested waiting for three months for improvements, which contradicted the initial promises made during the consultation. Furthermore, my attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request a refund were met with silence. The lack of response and disregard for my concerns post-treatment were disappointing. Overall, the discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, coupled with the poor communication and unprofessional conduct during the procedure, left me deeply unsatisfied with my experience at Ancaster Laser Medispa."

My struggle with acne off and on into my 60's prompted me to look for specific treatments like Halo and BBL. I have been going to Ancaster Laser Medispa for many years. I totally trust the treatments Vilia recommends for me. We are approximately the same age. I am a couple of years older, so she understands what my skin concerns are. Over the years, Vilia has recommended a Halo treatment, Fotona laser treatments and other laser treatments. The treatments were always recommended at a certain age to address the “aging process.” Right now, I am going for “tight and bright” treatments. After years of 'perfect skin' in my early twenties, my mid-to-late 20s welcomed me with something that I did not expect: texture imperfection, rosacea, constant breakouts, dryness, oily skin, bumps (to name just a few ). While I only just started going to Ancaster Laser at the beginning of this year, I am impressed with the quality of service, the care and the effectiveness of the procedures. Today is day 10 after my HALO laser. I can not tell you enough how happy I am. I am 46 years old that had large pores due to acne scarring. I though I never had hope and I was somehow skeptical on doing this treatment. My skin it's at least 80% better, my pores are shrinked and I do know that the improvement of my skin will continue. I sent my mother-in-law to Ancaster Laser Medispa for HALO laser as a Christmas gift and have seen astounding results in her skin. She is in her 60's and looks 10 if not 20 years younger after just 2 treatments. It was the best Christmas gift certificate I ever bought! The staff took great care of my MIL and set her mind at ease as I know she was apprehensive about the possible down time and discomfort that would come with this procedure. I sat in the waiting with her before she went in and just to see the way Vilia helped a very nervous woman overcome her anxiety made me really thankful that I found a place that cares.

I did several treatment there for myself and my mom. I had BBL and Halo done. My mom had BBL and UL-Therapy done. It worked well. It's a nice treatment laser place. Vilia is up-to-date on the cosmetic news and technology. She acts professionally. She used to be a doctor back home as she told me ( she doesn't introduce herself as a doctor though). It makes me more comfortable because she has this medical mindset. She approaches disclosure about possible complications seriously. I am a Canadian doctor myself and I am pretty picky when I choose the places I go for beautification and where I bring my mom.

Each visit to Ancaster Laser is a great experience. I've been in many times for laser hair removal and always am well taken care of. Vilia and the team of nurses and technicians are friendly, knowledgable, and make you feel comfortable. They answer any questions I have and explain things thoroughly. Where do I even start!? This place is absolutely amazing and the staff put it over a five star rating!! Not only did I have an amazing laser hair removal treatment on my legs about two weeks ago, I've only shaved twice since than! Now, keep in mind. I'm a young Italian-Canadian, who has very dark hair on legs and when I shave. It's literally every two days!! But, after my first treatment and I have only shaved twice since than!? I have been going to Ancaster Laser for 6 years and have had a variety of treatments. Vilia is always very professional and never pushy. She always suggests the right treatments for my skin type. I love it when she says not for you when it comes to certain treatments. I have a darker skin tone and certain a treatments are not worth the risk. I feel very safe going to this spa and have never had a bad reaction to any treatments. I love microneedling, prp and endymed pro to name just a few.
