Andheri railway station is like a hub and improved a lot over the past 5 years. Getting connected with metro line was big advantage and it is junction for harbor line as well, it has only increased the footfalls. It connects the business districts of MIDC, SEEPZ on east and also various commercial establishments on the west.

This station has evolved into a major connectivity hub for Western, Metro and Harbour station. Crowd management has become better and helpful police staff were available. The station also has a good face lift. I, occasionally, used to travel through this station around three decades back.

One of the most crowded station in mumbai suburban. Can get almost all mail express trains from here. Easy to reach all IT and Corporate offices from this station. 3 - 4 elevators are working properly for passengers and most importantly a neat and clean station.

One of the biggest station & full crowded any time u visit similar to dadar station from here frequency of train is fast & escalators service available. Outside the station u get food cafes ,stall etc For quick service bus depot is also available here
