I’ve been a Liverpool fan for 15 years, but I’ve only watched the games on television. This was my first time being there in person and I have to say it’s quite different watching it life in person as compared to watching it on television. We got the seats in the Sir Kenny Dalglish stand, and I believe this might be where most of the fans from abroad and fans who are not local sit. I say that because I thought the whole stadium would know all of the songs and all of that in Liverpool chants, but where we were sitting people didn’t seem to really know the songs. Mostly the people in the Kop Stand were singing. Don’t get me wrong. They were cheering and excited when Liverpool were scoring but I thought the Anfield atmosphere would be electric if all the fans sang all the songs together. Maybe it’s also because it was a game against Nottingham forest and not a big game as Manchester United or Arsenal. The seats are pretty close to each other, so yeah, just know you’ll be rubbing shoulders with the person next to you however, I think this is part of what makes and feels so communal and great is everyone is sitting so close to each other and once the game starts, you don’t really care but are celebrating with each other, the stadium is also very close to the pitch, so no matter how far or how high up you are sitting, you’ll always get a good view of the players. It was once in a lifetime experience for me and I’m so glad to have been there. You’ll never walk alone.

We finally went to the mythical Anfield stadium… and it is beautiful! I love the surrounding neighbourhoods of the stadium, very local, with nice murals. The food and drinking areas are good with different things to eat which is nice. A bit expensive though. The logo, the memorial and the megastore are also nice to see. I would recommend to do a full tour and come to park side where you can see the players bus arriving in the stadium. The atmosphere inside is to be fair not the best one I’ve seen, or the legend that is being said about it… The main problem is the accessibility to the stadium, from the city Center there is one bus that everyone wants to hop on so there are no seats left, and we missed out on 2 in a row, we had to take a cab to go there but the traffic is full too. Then when the game is over, very difficult to go back to the city Center so we had to walk 45 min as any other transportation mean are available… was a bit tiring

Excellent tour, The tour of Anfield proved to be an extraordinary and captivating experience. From the moment I stepped foot into this iconic stadium, the atmosphere was palpable, stirring a sense of awe and excitement. The knowledgeable tour and audio visual guides skillfully unveiled the rich history of Liverpool Football Club, painting a vivid picture of the club's glorious past and remarkable achievements. Walking through the hallowed halls, the highlight of the visit was undoubtedly entering the legendary Kop stand, where the echoes of passionate chants still reverberated. The attention to detail in recreating key moments and iconic scenes further enhanced the tour's immersive nature. Anfield's tour is an unmissable pilgrimage for football enthusiasts, leaving an indelible mark on any visitor.

I'm not a fan but my daughter is. However, I thought the Anfield tour was brilliant. The cost is just right. You get to go around all the main parts at your own leisure, accompanied with your own mini tablet with earphones which will talk you through the tour, with accompanying video. And you get to keep the earphones at the end. Plenty of parking, next door, in the Stanley carpark. All around the stadium is clean. The club shop has a very good range but, obviously, at premier league prices. Still £15 a shirt cheaper than the Man City club shop. So bargain! If you're in Liverpool looking for something to do for a couple of hours, I'd recommend this.

This was one for the bucket list as an away fan and was extremely disappointed. Despite Liverpool winning there was no atmosphere from the home fans. I've never seen a stadium empty before the final whistle when the home team is 3 nil up. Sound system and acoustics need vast improvement hopefully when the building work is finished this'll be sorted for future games Some screens would help aswell for those in the dizzying heights so they can see LiVARpool at their finest. That being said the staff outside the ground were helpful and friendly and the booze was cheap

"I had the privilege of attending a baby loss conference at Anfield Stadium, organized by the incredible 4 Louis charity. The venue was not only iconic but also provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for such a sensitive event. Anfield's facilities and staff exceeded expectations, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment throughout the conference. It was a truly memorable experience, and I commend Anfield Stadium and 4 Louis charity, and Liverpool Women's Hospital for their outstanding collaboration in making this event possible."

Recently took the Anfield Stadium Tour and it was an absolutely inspiring experience! Walking through the iconic grounds, with the rich history and legacy of the club. The tour guides were knowledgeable, bringing the stories of past glories to life. Seeing the pitch up close was a dream come true for any football fan. This tour is not just about football; it's about passion, history, and the spirit of Liverpool. Highly recommended for an uplifting and motivating experience!

Did the stadium tour and couldn’t fault it. All the staff were so friendly, approachable and great sense of humour. Reasonable price for the length of the tour and what was included. The Liverpool store after was a treat! Great selection of products and also very friendly, helpful staff. Well worth a visit..

From a non Liverpool fan, this visit to Andield to take in a Liverpool game was a great experience. What an atmosphere, fantastic stadium with a choice of catering services provided in the concourse to the rear of the West Stand where I was seated. Only issue was the poor transport links from Liverpool City centre to the stadium and back. It is approx a 40 minute walk mostly uphill.

My second time coming here and I always love it. The stadium is magnificent the staff and people are friendly. Getting to the stadium isn’t very hard as there are buses running to the football ground from the city centre on match day. Getting a bus back is a struggle as there are many people heading back but besides that it’s a wonderful stadium and a wonderful experience.

  • Cam

Really enjoyed the stadium tour. A lot to see and the history and energy is amazing, even when it isn't match day. We did the audio tour, which was ok, but a tour guide would have been preferable, to have that personal element and ask questions. The building and grounds are really remarkable, and the museum has some interesting old school football memorabilia.

Anfield - The best stadium tour one can have. A great place to understand history of Liverpool Football Club. The tour is very informative and the audio/video guide is one of a kind. It is very informative, the tour marshalls around are very very approachable, friendly and they help take great photos with a smile. A must visit place in Liverpool :)

  • Poom Settha

I didn’t do the tour which would cost about £23 per person. The outside of the stadium was impressive and clean and the shop was rather interesting. Items seem reasonably priced. You can have your name and number press onto customise a football T-shirt too. Toilet is also available.

The stadium tour is great. The guide was funny, very informative and gave everyone enough time to take photos after etc. Afterwards you can go to the museum which is good. Photo opportunities with the Premier League trophy etc. A good experience.

Great experience, amazing value for money. I did the stadium tour and club museum, absolutely loved my time there. Definitely recommend doing both over just the museum. It’s cheaper to book the tickets through virgin experiences rather than direct from the club/on the day. Managed to saved £25 for my family of 4. Highly recommend!

  • Ali Almaliky

One of the best stadiums I have been to! Classic and historic landmark in England. The tour was exceptional and the the gentleman who was guiding us through the tour was amazing and extraordinary. Even if you’re not into football, you would be interested and listen to him, his name is “Michael” a nice and well informed gentleman.

Out of this world, I'm bias as a Liverpool supporter but having been to numerous stadiums with my family anfield is otherworldly in comparison. Even a non supporter must go. Its a thing of beauty. It even looks great on the sat nav. Thank you

Quite a friendly place these days last time I came in 80s we were chased . Family friendly now which is great. Arkles pub was mixed fans and ground is good for viewing. One negative was bar underneath was completely far from premier or CL level.. oh and we lost 3-0 so I want a refund …

The ground and surrounding areas are really well laid out. It is a majestic ground and you can feel the atmosphere when you start the walk up to the ground. They were still working on the extension but you can see what a difference that will make. Well worth a visit.

  • Peng Tang

You’ll never feel the so-called stunning atmosphere if you were not in the stadium. After supporting LFC for 45 years, this is my first ever live game and within a close range from the post. The feeling is very different from watching the game from a TV! YNWA!

  • Mirko Mäkimartti

Perfect as always. They are not robbing you with the price of pint during the match. Truly great atmosphere. Museum + stadium tour with headphones is nice and just ask more details from the friendly staff, if you're willing to know something special. YNWA!

  • Nawwaf AlQallaf

The atmosphere was very good and entrance management was very smooth when come 45 minutes before the match, but I faced one problem it was the space between my chair and the chair in front of me ,so leg was very close to person who sitting in front me.

Anfield, the infamous home of Liverpool. The fans can make noise at the start of games but strangely fall silent for the majority. But they still are regarded as some of the best fans in the world. I would disagree; The fans can sing along

Looks really integrated with the community. Pretty tight at the kop end and we all had to stand. Also, there are no TV’s here and you can’t see replays which is sad. The atmosphere however is great and Liverpool won the game we saw.
