First good then bad (Very BAD) Good: Gel manicure and pedicure that I got for my mom looked great and was done well, everyone was kind, good manicure basic manicure Bad: My wife got acrylics and we were severely disappointed to put it lightly. Acrylic powder was left clumpy, lines on nails not straight, nails not shaped properly if at all. Not what I would have expected from this place. Maybe the nail tech that knows how to do acrylic was out or maybe they just didn’t care but severely disappointing. There is even dirt stuck in the white paint. The girl doing the nails had acrylic on so she obviously knows what they should look like and two other nail techs came over to see her work. It didn’t correct her gross errors. Also this place “sterilizes” their equipment with Lysol as I saw afterwards, hopefully no nail fungus after this regrettable stop. Giving a generous 3 stars for everyone being nice, one set of gel nails and pedicure turning out well, and receiving a good manicure before the acrylic nails but can’t bring myself to give a better review. Still tipped because somehow I felt bad for the girl doing the acrylic nails, obviously didn’t belong there.

Superb service from Wendy and Diana! I had a hard time finding a nail salon in Cartagena and luckily I found them near our hotel. The place is spotless and beautifully decorated. Diana gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure and she really took her time to fix my nails that were in horrendous shape. I highly recommend then and hope to come back when we visit Cartagena again. Thank you, ladies!!

Yes I'm a guy and i needed a Pedicure. I have been having cracked heels for a while now and walking here only split them more. I went in and had a pedicure. THEY WERE AMAZING I couldn't believe how much better my feet felt, so i decided on a manicure as well. I have been doing hard labor all my life and my hands and feet are worse for wear.. They did a terrific job THANK YOU

I decided to come here on a whim by looking up their work on Instagram. I didn’t make an appointment but they were able to fit me in for a manicure and pedicure. The manicurist was very clean, disinfected all tools before starting. She paid close attention to my nail shape and cuticles. I’m very happy with the result. It’s a really cute nail salon and a nice calm setting.

Pésimo servicio. No atiende a pesar de tener cita programada y confirmada. La razón es que si llega otra persona se atiende a quien llegó, a pesar de estar a tiempo a cumpliendo la cita, pero además que la otra señorita que atiende salió, no responde llamadas y es quien programa. Jajaja

Found this place when I was looking to get my nails done before leaving Cartagena! Diana did an outstanding job with my gel manicure and pedicure! She took her time, and I was very satisfied with how my nails turned out. Very friendly and charismatic! Highly recommend this place!

My friends and came in for a walk in appointment and they were able to take us in immediately. They were super kind and accommodating to us and did an absolutely fabulous job on my gel manicure. Plus the music playing was great :) thank you again to Diana for the great manicure!

Really above & beyond service. We’re three American girls with very elementary Spanish and we’re able to get by perfectly. I had an injured nail that Diana was able to repair perfectly. Would pay double for the service they provided if I could. Skip the hotel spa and come here

My husband and I went in for pedicures and I was so impressed with the service that I booked another appointment for a gel manicure. They did an amazing job! We plan on visiting Cartagena again soon and this will definitely be one of our regular spots. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect at the name states. Its been 2 weeks, I wash my hands frequently yet my nails are still perfect. 10 stars! I always give my gel manicures a day before I review the salon. My nails are perfect and I recommend them.
