I normally don’t write reviews but I had to on this. I used this service as a recommendation from a friend with high hopes of a good outcome. I paid the consultation fee and shortly after the retainer fee. My case was mark as high urgency due the nature of the situation. In almost a years time I spoke with my attorney twice before she left the firm. In one of those time the attorney reached out to tell me she’s been dealing with a sick family member. I was informed by email that a new attorney was assigned to my case which ultimately started the whole process over. I was billed again for her to go through the case file. Now I understand if I requested a change of attorneys, then it would make sense to bill me again. It feels like this firm took my money and did absolutely nothing. No communication except calling to collect payment. Never had a court date of any sort. Now they’ve filed a motion to withdraw service while my son is still in a unhealthy living situation. A Whole Year Later.

This is not a neutral unbiased law firm as it presents itself to be. Very manipulative and in line with poor reputations of substandard firm. Angela Faye Brown attempted to play the race card with me as if she was in support of black fathers. This firms represents the status quo of the courts. They will hand you over to the courts and the other attorney like they did me. I filed for separation and divorce, but Ms. Brown and her team treated me like I was on the other team. They are ripping people off. The offer promises they can't keep or make. I don't know why people are falling for Ms Brown's legal advice about family and children. She won't even put herself on the webpage to show her true self. She sounds like a caring woman and mother, but she is far from it. Make sure you see her in person. Look at the outward and inner appearance. Spend some time with her. She's a scam artis. She doesn't represent what you think.

Great opening that addressed the structure of the consultation, expectations, and the purpose of the meeting. Ms. Brown clearly defines what she thinks and explains the next steps that should be taken while working towards a strategic solution to a problem. However, the best part of the consult is Ms. Brown didn't over-talk or speak until I was finished and then she asked any clarifying questions versus making assumptions. Very well done, professional, and customer centric experience.

Atty Brown and Suzette were both very professional and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. Atty Briwn was able to offer alternative avenues of assistance and support, instead of rushing to a court case. She explained things clearly, detailing her plan of action and what I might expect. No false hopes, just honest straightforward professionalism.
