Kismis (cat) had a very pleasant experience with two different doctors (Dr. Khairi & Dr. Moha) here on two different occassions. Extremely pleased with the service and treatment rendered. Also, very grateful to the kind and wonderful staff at the counter and the nurses who sat through both of Kismis’ treatments. My vet of choice.

My visit to the veterinary clinic was disheartening. The service moved at an incredibly slow pace, the waiting time extended far beyond expectations, and there was a lack of staff at the counter to provide updates on the delays. I found myself waiting for more than an hour, making the overall experience quite frustrating.

went to this clinic with my cats for medical check up. the staff Hana was very polite and friendly the way she explained about things that i ask was very detailed and good . the Dr thats are on duty also was very gentle with my cats . will definitely come to this clinic for future check up .

I honestly think this clinic needs more exposure. Dr. Khairi is an excellent doctor, he always explains everything to me everytime we went to visit. The support staff are kind and helpful too. Price is very competitive, i wish i had found this clinic sooner.

Staff with bad attitude, bad service, not helpful, not friendly and serve customer without smiles and no stand up when customer approach the counter. Plan to wait till the Dr back frm Friday prayers but due to staff bad attitude we decided to leave
