July 9, 2021 Great animal clinic... great service.. i've been there several times for my cats. Dr. Esther is the best among the best. But.. and this is a big BUT (can we do a double caption??) But please.. on your IG profile, you guys said that you're open on July 9, 2021. I've made a call few days before, the person who answered my call said "we're close due to COVID, please come on July. 9" This morning, I came at 9.30 AM sharp. The receptionist said that I should make an appointment first. I just wanna see dr. Esther and consult about my cat health. And an appointment? Since when ACJ applies appointment, yes I've ever made an appointment once, that is because my doctor asked me to come on specified date and time. Other than that, when we want to make an appointment, receptionist always said "just come.." I know that this COVID stuff is annoying, but please... why you asked me to come when I need to have an appointment? And if... IF I do made an appointment, why did you asked me to come instead of note it down ? Sorry, I need to reduce my star, but only applies to the clinic and service only. For dr. Esther... can I give her more than 5 stars??

Dokternya profesional, diagnosis dan terapi selalu tepat.. anjing saya Molly sudah sangat senior (17 tahun) dan sudah berobat ke klinik lain, diberikan obat-obatan untuk jantung dan nyeri dll tanpa dikontrol kondisi sistemiknya.. di klinik lain itu saya sudah minta apakah perlu di cek lab, tetapi selalu dibilang tidak perlu. Molly sampai ada episode kejang/panic attack malam2, Saya bawa ke klinik dekat rumah juga disuntik lagi anti nyeri tetapi kondisi tidak membaik. karena kondisi molly menurun, saya bawa ke drh Ooy untuk second opinion Karena dibawa kesini, Molly diperiksa dengan teliti, dicheck lab akhirnya ketawan bahwa obat-obatan yang sebetulnya tidak perlu itu rupanya merusak liver, pankreas dan ginjalnya.. seluruh obat distop, lalu dilanjutkan obat sesuai indikasi. Akhirnya setelah 1 bulan++ berobat, liver pankreas nya sudah normal kembali, dan Molly tampak sehat dan ceria. Yang saya suka disini adalah diagnosisnya yang tepat karena dikonfirmasi dengan supporting exams nya, dan selalu dicocokkan kembali dengan klinisnya.. Terimakasih banyak ACJ telah menyembuhkan dan meningkatkan quality of life anjing senior saya

During this Covid19, not much choice we went to this place. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPEN. We were waiting since 1:40PM, we saw the doctor checked 2 cats, after that she went upstair. The receptionist who I think only smile and nice to expatriate, told us to wait and informed that the doctor is praying Dzuhur. Waiting..waiting...till finally, 1.5hrs, we could not wait anymore. Afraid of Covid 19 and so tired n sleepy, we decided to go home. When we were ready to go out, the parking officer informed the doctor is ready, she was sleeping, taking a nap before. NO WAYY So BAD... Kami harus menunggu 1.5 Jam, karena dokter setelah sholat Dzuhur, tidur sampai nunggu Azhar....ck..ck..ck...dan tidak ada 1 orang pun yg menginformasikan kepada kami, sampai akhirnya pak Parkir yg tergopoh gopoh memanggil kami di parkiran dan memberikan informasi yg paling jujur. DOKTER TERTIDUR, TIDAK ADA YG BERANI BANGUNKAN. Parahnya, TIdak ada juga yg menginformasikan kepada customer...dg resiko akan terpapar COVID19

I think this clinic is one of the best places to take your pet in Jakarta; the problem is that veterinary care in general is lacking here. I cannot understand why they don’t take appointments. The wait times are really long and there’s nothing you can do except try to show up really early. Several times I had appointments for procedures (not a regular visit), but suddenly they want to change the day .. several times .. Different vets say very different things, and I often have to go back multiple times before the problem is accurately identified. They don’t do a thorough check of things unless you ask them to (failed to notice that my friend’s dog was pregnant..). I’ve been to many clinics, and some of the other clinics have better service. Both Groovy and Jakpets’ vets took much more time to check my dogs and looked at them more thoroughly. However, overall the vets at animal clinic are more experienced.

My wife and I have just got back from this clinic with our cat. He suffers from IBS, and we just needed a check up on a flair up. The animal Doctor we met spoke native English and Indonesian, and while this isn't essential for me, it can be a huge benefit for some, clearly. The Doctor was quick and to the point with the check up. She also taught us a lot more about our cat's condition and the food which could help him, and she took the extra time to do this, which was appreciated. We have been to a few places for check ups with this long term ailment, and this is the first time in a long time we had someone spend the extra time to talk and also give us some new information on it. This will be our new go-to place for him, and any other issue with our cats.

LALU RECEPTIONIST NYALAHIN SAYA KARENA BIKIN APPOINTMENT KE NOMOR YANG SAYA WHATSAPP DAN OKE IN APPOINTMENT SAYA ( INFO DR RECEPTIONIST ITU NOMOR SHOP BUAT BELI BARANG BUKAN BUAT JANJI DOKTER). LAH KALAU GITU NGAPAIN APPOINTMENT SAYA DI IYAIN ,UDA GITU DI GOOGLE JUGA NOMOR CUMA YANG ITU.

I can not fault anything here, everything is great. Even though it is located inside an old house/building, it is clean and there is no foul smell. The receptionists are friendly, the doctors are thorough when handling the animals. It is not only for sick animals but we can take our beloved pets here for some tender loving grooming. But the star of ACJ is of course Karin, the Director. She is a remarkable woman who dedicates her life to help the wounded, abandoned, forgotten animals in Indonesia. ACJ was founded to fund JAAN as well as to provide affordable and decent health care for those animals in need. So in a way, when we use ACJ's services, we also contribute to help those animals in need.

Sayang banget punya nama bagus tapi pelayanan kurang maksimal. Saya setuju dengan bbrp komen bahwa para staff lebih menunjukan full service ke expatriate. Mending sekalian aja utk WNI ga bisa bawa peliharaannya ke ACJ. Kami dipandang sebelah mata sm para staff. Apalagi MBAK RESEPSIONIS YG BERPONI, macam anda bukan org indonesiah. Kalau masalah diselak saya sudah biasa...bertahan karena tanggung vaksin selesaiin. Suatu hari pernah tanya utk nitipin kucing saya 2 ekor, belum info tanggal sudah dibilang ga ada kamar....penuh....gpp....cukup tau....terima kasih atas pelayanannya....jadinya kita 1 keluarga dengan 6 kucing pindah deh ke PET LOVER BLOK M....cinta banget ama Pet Lover ini.....

Definitely one of the most legitimate vets in Jakarta but sadly I won't be returning... Overpriced for such lousy service. The staff were horrendously rude. What a shame. :( The receptionists showed me a bit of respect towards the end when I switched to my native language (English). Genuinely, I don't understand this rampant discrimination against WNI (locals) by staff who are also pribumi. My friend sent me to drop her cats because she knew 'bules' would get better treatment. Alas, she was wrong. Astonishingly poor quality service for such a recognised clinic.

Best place for your pet in Jakarta! Animal Clinic is the operating arm of Jakarta Animal Aid Network (JAAN) so you will also support an admirable cause when you patronise this place! The clinic also provides grooming services. Better call the land-line for appointments, as the WA is often not closely monitored. We have two dogs (one adopted from JAAN) and currently two rescued cats. Our go-to vet is Dr Esther, who's always taking the time to explain what is going on with our pets. In these pandemic times, organisations like JAAN need all our help to operate.

Seluruh kucing-kucing rescue dan non rescue saya percayakan disini. Mulai dr klinik lama mereka d depan jln kecapi hingga lokasi baru mereka. Memang waktu menunggu cukup lama, tapi buat saya itu semua terbayarkan oleh kualitas konsultasi kita dengan para dokter dan para asistennya. Terkait resepsionis, saya sbg WNI merasa semua diperlakukan sama.. sopan dan professional. Selama kita pun juga sopan dan mengikuti aturan, para resepsionis vibes nya pasti akan positif dan netral.

Brought in 2 of my kitten, they conducted blood test and made raw guess (which later turned out to be wrong). Unlike other pet boarding services, this clinic doesn't text you daily update about your pet. Checked them out 4 days later with little to no progress. I moved them to another vet and a more specific test was given, only to found out that the initial diagnosis was wrong. I hope they're in better hands now, and it's not too late for them.

Jujur belom pernah periksain kucing ke sini. Tapi waktu itu pernah pertama kali punya kucing (masih newbie banget) ujan ujan kucing saya flu berat saya belain ke sini.. pas masuk resepsionisnya ngeliat saya kayak orang asing trus nanya dengan nada gaenak bilang gabisa skrg dan disuruh balik besok aja karena saya baru dan mungkin karena keadaan tempat rame. Barusan ke sini untuk vaksin rabies kucing saya mumpung ada program vaksin rabies & steril gratis dalam rangka memperingati hari rabies sedunia. Tempatnya bersih, ga bau. Lahan parkirnya muat untuk banyak motor dan beberapa mobil. Prosesnya cepat bgt, ga ngantri (mungkin karena weekday dan PSBB?). Datang, isi form, langsung dipanggil, periksa, lalu disuntik vaksin. My favorite animal clinic. They're also the owner of JAAN (Jakarta Animal Aid Network) so you can tell that they really care about animals! The waiting room is air conditioned, clean, and they also sell a wide variation of animal goods. My dog had 2 surgeries here, one for pyometra and the other one for tumor removal. Both went well and she is doing great now. Sure it was pricey but totally worth it.

Pertama kali ke Vet ini. Tempatnya cukup besar, area tunggunya bersih & banyak tempat duduknya. Staff klinik baik-baik & ramah. Ke sini hanya daily check up kucingku, Terima kasih drh Regina atas penjelasan sangat detail & mudah dimengerti, ada edukasinya juga tentang kucing. Klinik ini juga terima grooming & prt hospital. Sudah langganan di sini, kliniknya nyaman, stafnya semua sayang binatang, jadi ngerasa aman bawa anabul ke sini. Disarankan reservasi dulu kalau mau datang. Siap2 menunggu agak lama saja. Sepertinya tidak selalu on time walaupun sudah reservasi. Saya buat reservasi untuk jam 3, tapi baru mulai diperiksa jam 3.40.

My go to place for my 4 legged child's healthcare. The staff are nice, really taking care of my dog when he stayed in the hotel, and keep updating frequently and sending me pictures of him while i was away. And i don't have to worry if he fell sick when he was there, as there're always doctors on standby.

Receptionist dan 1 doktor yang hanya ramah ke bule serta yang terlihat fancy... Setiap bertanya dan berbicara jangankan menjawab dengan sopan melihat lawan berbicara saja tidak... Kami membayar disana bukan berhutang atau meminta sumbangan... Sebaiknya mereka ditatar kembali untuk belajar sopan santun!!!

Great services, friendly staff and all of the veteranians here are so helpful and communicative. Had excellent services from dr. Regina & Esther. Be sure to come as early as possible mainly on Saturday or near holiday seasons (around 9.30 am) to avoid the long line of waiting.

Lokasi mudah diakses. Dokter dan stafnya ramah. Kalau berkunjung, sebaiknya di hari kerja supaya tidak menunggu lama. Biaya pemeriksaan dan lainnya standar. Parkir cukup lumayan. Tapi tempat duduk di ruang tunggu sebaiknya ditambah.

Poor service, ridiculous waiting times, they'll make you wait more than 1 hour. If they ask you to come at 10 am, believe me you wont get your service done on time. And worst, the staff is very bitter and far from friendly.

Tempatnya dari luar agak kurang keliatan, namun cukup untuk parkir mobil besar dan motor. Lalu clinicnya berukuran sedang, ada beberapa bangku untuk menunggu anabul kita dokternya ramah (apalagi dokter yang kerudung hehe)

The doctors are professional, and the handlers are good at holding my rowdy cats. Waiting time is too long though, so make sure both you and your pet are prepared to wait.

Limited car park, very expensive, applied so many test kits without prior confirmation, some of them weren't useful or even overacting, and the invoice was too much.

Terrible waiting times, and the vet I saw for my dog was very very unprofessional. Glad we made the swap to Groovey pets. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
